        중국 전통 원림에 나타난 경관 조형미에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find out the components and the beauty of the landscape formation in the traditional Chinese garden. Firstly, the formal is divided into the aesthetic characteristics and the method. And the aesthetic characteristics is divided into the impression of the sense organ time and space, visual field and visual sense, and enjoying the landscape in motion and in motionless which both have the sense of beauty. The method of the landscape formation is divided into 11 ways-①a main landscape and a secondary landscape, ②deepening space and landscape by degrees, ③ framing the landscape, ④borrowing the landscape, ⑤pointing out the landscape with a horizontal inscribed boards, written on scrolls, etc, ⑥a landscape which is situated in the end of a visual axis or a visual line, ⑦a landscape which can not be seen directly by obstacles, ⑧a landscape by using things of both sides with a perspective line or with a visual axis, ⑨a landscape which is divided by walls, creating more space, ⑩seeing a landscape by open work window and the like, ⑪an additional landscape. Secondary, the latter is divided into 6 ways-①proportion and scale, ②balance on stable, ③contrast and harmony, ④rhythm, ⑤association by metaphors, ⑥a variety of unity.

        Possible role of Pax-6 in promoting breast cancer cell proliferation and tumorigenesis

        Pax 6, a member of the paired box (Pax) family, has been implicated in oncogenesis. However, its therapeutic potential has been never examined in breast cancer. To explore the role of Pax6 in breast cancer development, a lentivirus based short hairpin RNA (shRNA) delivery system was used to knockdown Pax6 expression in estrogen receptor (ER)-positive (MCF-7) and ER-negative (MDA-MB-231) breast cancer cells. Effect of Pax6 silencing on breast cancer cell proliferation and tumorigenesis was analyzed. Pax6-RNAi-lentivirus infection remarkably downregulated the expression levels of Pax6 mRNA and protein in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells. Accordingly, the cell viability, DNA synthesis, and colony formation were strongly suppressed, and the tumorigenesis in xenograft nude mice was significantly inhibited. Moreover, tumor cells were arrested at G0/G1 phase after Pax6 was knocked down. Pax6 facilitates important regulatory roles in breast cancer cell proliferation and tumor progression, and could serve as a diagnostic marker for clinical investigation.         In situ synthesis of monomer casting nylon-6/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposites: Intercalation structure and electrically conductive properties

        Based on the industrialized reduced graphene oxide (RGO) product, MC nylon-6/RGO composites were insitu synthesized through anchoring effect of polyetheramine (PEA). Nylon-6 chains were confirmed tointercalate into RGO layers with high grafting ratio by formation of covalent bond and intermolecularhydrogen bond. By presence of PEA, RGO was well exfoliated by the nylon-6 chains and the average layerthickness increased remarkably. Moreover, the stacking of RGO layers was much more weakened andexhibited almost monolayer homogenous dispersion state in the matrix, resulting in the establishment ofthe electrically conductive network with a low threshold percolation.

        Roadway Engineering Mechanical Properties and Roadway Structural Instability Mechanisms in Deep Wells

        We proposed a new classification method for stress-bearing structures in very-deep roadways. We conducted tests for roadwayengineeringmechanical properties, including rock mechanical tests and ground stress measurement of two caverns in very-deepwells. We suggested a classification method for stress-bearing structures based on shear stress. Tests revealed that rock strength in theshear direction was the lowest; the stress distributions of acoustic emission and hollow inclusion were highly similar. Based on theroadway-engineering mechanical properties of two caverns and numerical simulation and in-situ tests, the key bearing structureswere classified based on the concentrated shear stress. In deep caverns, shear stress was more concentrated on the softer surroundingrock, the key bearing structure areas, and the more seriously fractured surrounding rocks. Using the loose circle in-situ test, wecompared the classification method of the key bearing structures with other classification methods. The results revealed agreementwith the classification methods used for the key bearing structures. The deformation in-situ test showed that the strata convergence ofconcentrated shear stress areas developed quickly. Therefore, the phenomena of concentrated shear stress and the expanded range ofkey bearing structures are the structural instability mechanisms of deep roadways.

        Reactive melt processing of polyamide 6/reduced graphene oxide nano-composites and its electrically conductive behavior

        Based on the industrialized reduced graphene oxide (RGO) product, the graphene precursor of RGO-TDI with reactive sites of isocyanate groups was prepared with high grafting ratio, and a series of PA6/RGO-TDI composites were prepared via reactive melt processing. The PA6 molecules were confirmed to reactively intercalate into RGO layers through covalent and hydrogen bonding, which had high grafting ratio and layer thickness, exhibiting almost monolayer dispersion state. The molecular bridge effect of exfoliated RGO-TDI lowered activation energy of electrically conductive network formation, which resulted in a rapid increase of electrical conductivity of the composites with a low threshold percolation.

        한중 고전 소재 드라마 OST의 선율 윤곽에 나타난 음악적 특징 비교분석 연구 ― 주요 삽입곡의 주제 선율 분석을 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 한중 고전 소재 드라마 OST의 선율 윤곽에 나타난 음악적 특징을 분석함으로써 고전 소재 드라마 OST를 제작하고자 하는 음악 제작 관련자들에게 기여 하고자 함에 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 한중 고전 소재 드라마 OST의 선율 윤곽에 나타난 음악적 특징의 공통점 및 차이점을 파악하기 위해 연구대상 드라마 OST의 전체적인 음악적 흐름을 살펴보고, 주요 삽입곡의 주제 선율 분석을 실행하였다. 연구의 범위는 2020년부터 2023년까지 한국과 중국의 드라마 시청률 3위권에 진입한 작품 중 OST가 음원 순위 2위권 안의 든 12곡을 선정하여 주제 선율을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과 한중 고전 소재 드라마 OST의 선율 윤곽에 나타난 음악적 특징은 아치형의 선율 윤곽을 가장 많이 사용의 공통점과 한국의 OST 사용하는 선율 윤곽의 종류는 많았으며, 중국의 OST 사용하는 선율 윤곽은 비교적 단일의 차이점 등이 도출되었다. 이를 통해 고전 소재 드라마 OST 제작을 위한 활용 방안 모색에 도움을 주고, 드라마 음악 장르의 발전을 위한 유익한 정보 및 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. The purpose of this paper is to understand the musical features in the melodic contour in Korean and Chinese classical drama OSTs, with the intention of providing assistance to music creators who wish to produce OSTs for classical dramas. To achieve this, we explore the overall musical flow of classical drama OSTs, focusing on the analysis of the main insert songs' thematic melodies. In order to grasp the commonalities and differences, we analyze the thematic melodies of key insert songs, covering the period from 2020 to 2023, selecting the top 12 OST songs from dramas that entered the top 3 viewership rankings in Korea and China. As a result, the musical characteristics of the melodic contour of the Korean-Chinese classic drama OST were the most common use of arch melodic contour and the types of melodic contour used by Korean OSTs, and relatively single differences were derived from Chinese OSTs. It is hoped that this will contribute to exploring ways to utilize classical drama OST production and serve as valuable information and foundationa material for the development of drama music genres.

        THEORETICAL INVESTIGATION OF SOLAR ENERGY HIGH TEMPERATURE HEAT STORAGE TECHNOLOGY BASED ON METAL HYDRIDES

        A solar energy storage system based on metal hydrides was proposed in this paper. The numerical simulation of processes of energy storage and thermal release were carried out. The dynamic behavior of heat and mass transfer in the metal hydride energy system were reported. Some factors which influence the whole system performance were discussed. The paper also made an economic analysis of the system, the results proved that the large amounts of metal hydride materials and the configurations of metal hydrides energy storage system involve a critical situation from an economical point of view. Then further analysis, particularly regarding the performance optimization and new plant arrangement of the metal hydrides energy storage system, has to be developed in order to attain the economical feasibility of the proposal.

        광고사진 이미지 중 감정을 유발하는 맥락적 요인 도출

        광고사진은 정보 전달의 목적을 가지고 있기 때문에 어떻게 정확한 정보를 전달할 것인지는 디자이너들이 가장 먼저 직시해야 할 과제이다. 관련 연구에서는 이미지의 중요성과 장점을 파악했지만 연구자들은 디자이너에게 어떻게 적절하게 광고 이미지를 처리하고 디자인해야 하는지 알려주지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 심층 인터뷰 및 KJ법을 주로 활용해 사진 전문가와 관련 문헌에서 광고사진 이미지에서 감정을 유발하는 맥락적 요인을 추출하였다. 본 연구는 우선 문헌 정리에 기초하여, 디자이너, 정보, 정보 수신자 삼자가 소비문화 맥락의 공유언어를 활용하고, 프레임 워크에서의 환경을 보다 높은 차원의 문화적 맥락 환경으로 정의해야 하며, 정보 수신자의 인지 처리 과정과 스키마도 고려해야 하기 때문에 크릴리(Crilly)의 디자인 전달 과정 모델을 조정하여 디자인 정보 전달의 인지 처리 모델을 구축하였다. 본 연구는 광고사진 이미지에서 감정을 유발하는 맥락적 요인을 추출하여, 14개의 맥락요인은 각각 감정 이입, 시각적 은유, 창의적 표현, 정경 조성, 시각적 유도, 시각적 초점, 구도 형식, 질감 표현, 색채 표현, 피사체의 특징, 광선 조성, 배경 배치, 렌즈 언어, 공간의 차원이다. 14개의 맥락적 요인으로 구성된 3단계의 맥락적 요인 관계 구조를 구축했다. 본 연구결과는 촬영 교육 커리큘럼 계획의 근거와 다음 단계 연구의 기반이 될 수 있다. Since commercial photography has the purpose of delivering information, how to deliver accurate information is the first task that image designers must face up to. In this study, in-depth interviews with experts, relevant literature, and the KJ method were used to derive the contextual factors that cause emotions in commercial photographic images. firstly, it shown that Cognition should be independent of the final response objective in the model established by Crilly, and should be between Senses and Response. According to this, designers, information and information receivers have built a cognitive processing model of design information delivery by adjusting the design delivery process model of Crilly. Then, a three-step contextual factor relationship structure consisting of 14 context factors was established. The result of this research can provide future researchers, photographers and learners with reference. It is also a foreword research of my following research.

        텍스트마이닝 기반의 중심기술 분석을 통한 경전철용 무선전력전송 기술 개발 전략

        In this paper, we extracted relevant patent data and conducted statistical analysis to understand the technical development trend related to Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) for Light Rail Transit (LRT). Recently, with the development of WPT technologies, the Light Rail Transit (LRT) industry is concentrating on applying WPT to the power supply system of trains because of their advantages compared wired counterpart, such as low maintenance cost and high stability. This technology is divided into three areas: wireless feeding and collecting technology, high-frequency power converter technology and orbital and infrastructure technology. From each specific area, key words in patent document were extracted by TF-IDF method and analyzed by social network. In the keyword network, core word of each specific technology were extracted according to their degree centrality. Then, the multi-word phrases were also built to represent the concept of core technologies. Finally, based on the analysis results, the development strategies for each specifics technical area of WPT in LRT filed will be provided.

        哲學 : 大慧宗고的看話禪體系

        Kan Hua Zen is the typical model of Zen Buddhism after the Song Dynasty. Its system had been perfected by Da Hui who lived in Song Dynasty. The system may be summarized as follows: Ideological preparation before enter Zen meditation. The preparation includes two aspects: one is encouraging the faith; the other is knowing the theories of Buddhism well. Encouraging the faith is to encourage the pupils to practice the doctrine. Knowing the theories of Buddhism well is mainly to obtain the thinking method of Zen Buddhism. In Da Hui`s option, both are the needs to enter Zen meditation. Particularly it is the foundation of the mental operation that holds Buddhism theories when one is entering the meditation of Zen. The relationship between meditation of Kan Hua(meditate Hua Tou) and Buddhism theories. Kan Hua is a method to practice Mahayana. What Hua Tou represents is the core of the Mahayana theories-the thought of noumenon. The Hua Tou(a sentence said by a Zen teacher) used by Zong Gao included "Cypress seeds in court", "To drink off the west river`s water in one mouthful", "A dog does not own Buddhata" etc. What every one of these Hua Tou expresses is noumenon. According to Mahayana theories, all the worlds are mental states. And so the key of practice moral teachings is to carry out the reversal of the consciousness. To meditate Hua Tau is a method to carry out the reversal of the consciousness. It is a perfect procedure to combine the process of the preparation of mind to Kan Hua in detail and evolution of psychology. The thought of awakening Self-cultivation. The thought of awakening self-cultivation is expressed in the sentence of "the self-will is free and unfettered". It is to protect the mental state of awakening that "the self-will is free and unfettered". Its basic direction is not arbitrary but clearing up sticking to something. Da Hui raised the awakening self-cultivation to the height matching the essence, making the mental activity connected with essence actively, To explain the awakening self-cultivation in the Mahayana`s inwardness theory, he made Ka Hua Zen theory perfect.
