In order to prevent railway accidents due to human errors which have been recognized to be the most important cause in the railway accidents, human errors should have been controlled based on systematical analysis of the human errors, and countermeasures should be derived to reduce human error probability. Among several factors inducing human errors, task load (or task complexity) is representative. In order to reduce the human error, a systematic analysis should be undertaken to evaluate task load. In this study, task load according to task types of railway worker who are a safety critical staff have been quantitatively analyzed based on NASA-TLX(Task Load Index).

Multi-crystalline silicon surface etching without grain-boundary delineation is a challenging task for the fabrication of high efficiency solar cell. The use of sodium hydroxide - sodium hypochlorite (NaOH40% + NaOCl 12%) solution for texturing multi-crystalline silicon wafer surface in solar cell fabrication line is reported in this article. in light current-voltage results, the cells etched in NaOH 40% + NaOCl 12% = 1:2 exhibited higher short circuit current and open circuit voltage than those of the cells etched in NaOH 40% + NaOCl 12% = 1:1 solution. we have obtained 15.19% conversion efficiency in large area(156㎠) multi-Si solar cells etched in NaOH 40% + NaOCl 12% = 1:1 solution.
Stakeholder Orientation and the Alignment of CEO and Shareholders Wealth

We investigate whether the alignment of chief executive officer (CEO) and shareholders wealth influences decisions on engaging in stakeholder-oriented activities. CEOs maximizing their own utility are more likely to engage in such activities when they are not strongly aligned with shareholders wealth. Empirically, firms with CEOs whose wealth is more sensitive to the firm value are less likely to engage in external activities (communities, environments, and human rights). We find that this negative effect is mitigated after the conflict of interests between shareholders and stakeholders is reduced by the constituency statutes. Furthermore, after an exogenous reduction in the alignment of CEO and shareholders wealth, we find that firms that were prone to overinvestment before this exogenous reduction are more likely to engage stakeholder-oriented activities. Overall, our analysis suggests that strong alignment of CEO and shareholders wealth effectively prevents overinvestment in stakeholderoriented activities that might be motivated by agency problems.
가시화 엔진을 이용한 직분식 디젤엔진의 유동장 측정에 관한 연구

This paper studies the effects of the swirl for the variation of intake port configuration that is key parameters in the flow field of direct injection diesel engines. In-cylinder flow characteristics is known to have significant effects on air-fuel mixing, combustion, and emissions. To investigate the effects of the swirl flow, various rpm(250, 500, 750) and two different intake port were used. And to evaluate the swirl motion in the flow field visualization engine, steady state flow test was conducted. Helical port intake port and SCV(Swirl Control Valve) were selected as the design parameters to increase the swirl flow and parametric study was performed. In the case of non-SCV, intake flow rate and non-dimensional swirl ratio were higher than those of SCV for the swirl head type. So, we could strengthen the swirl in the flow field with the swirl head type and don't using SCV. From the results of steady state flow test, non-swirl head type has the most good advantage for intake flow rate, and also the flow rate could be increased by using the SCV slightly. The effects of the type of engine head on intake air flow capability are dominant with respect to the existence of the SCV. We could measure the qualitative grade of swirl by capturing the scattering signal of microballoon from ICCD camera in the visualization diesel engine.

Railway accidents/incidents occur because of many reasons. Human error by the railway staff or personnel takes a major part of those reasons. In order to reduce and prevent railway accidents/incidents, appropriate measures should be developed to remove root causes induced in human error. A systematic study for analysing causes of human errors and for developing an effective management is necessary. Detailed analysis of the railway traffic signaller"s tasks should be preferentially performed for this purpose. This paper introduces the results of analysis for the types and characteristics of the railway traffic signaller"s tasks. As a result of the analysis, the railway traffic signaller"s tasks can be decomposed into 24 tasks in total, and also be divided into the general task and the emergency task. The railway traffic signaller"s tasks are characterized to require continual confirmation and observation activities, and sometimes immediate decision and action.
