        논문 : Top-Down 공법이 적용된 흙막이벽의 역해석을 이용한 거동분석

        본 연구에서는 흙막이벽 설계시 널리 사용되고 있는 SUNEX 프로그램을 이용하여 Top-Down 공법이 적용된 지중연 속벽, 주열식 흙막이벽 (CIP벽, SCW벽)의 변형거동을 분석하였다. 해석프로그램에 Rankine의 토압(l857), Terzaghi and Peck의 토압(1967), Tschebotarioff의 토압(1973), 홍원표·윤중만의 토압(1995a)을 적용하여 흙막이벽의 수평변위를 예측하였다. 프로그램 해석결과, 흙막이벽의 수평변위량은 토압의 종류에 따라 큰 차이를 나타내고 있다. 홍원표·윤중만의 토압(I995a)을 적용하여 얻은 흙막이벽의 예측수평변위량이 실측수평변위량과 가장 유사하게 나타났다. 따라서 프로 그램 해석시 홍원표·윤중만의 경험토압(l995a)을 적용하면, Top-Down 공법이 적용된 흙막이벽의 변형거동을 비교적 정확히 예측할 수 있다. Abstract: The behaviors of a diaphragm wall and a contiguous pile wall such as CIP (Case-in-place pile) and SCW (Soil-cement wall), applied to the top-down construction method, were analyzed using the SUNEX program, which is widely used to design earth retaining walls. Four types of earth pressures, as described by Rankine (1857), Terzaghi and Peck (1967), Tchbotarioff (1973), and Hong and Yun (1995a), were applied to the analysis program to predict the lateral displacement of walls, The results show that the displacements of an earth retaining walls vary with the applied earth pressure. The predicted lateral displacement based on Hong & Yun`s (1995a) earth pressure is similar to the measured displacement. Therefore, the actual lateral displacement of an earth retaining wall, as applied to top-down construction method, can be accurately predicted by using an analysis program considering Hong and Yun`s (1995a) earth pressure.

      • Study on the Thermal Decomposition of Waste Polystyrene in Motor Oil Using Microwave Energy

        A novel microwave-induced pyrolysis of waste polystyrene in motor oil was performed in quartz tube reactor. Different pyrolysis conditions were investigated, such as time range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and effective microwave power range from 180 to 250 watt. The distillate components were analyzed with GC-MS, and styrene, 1-methyl styrene, toluene, ethyl benzene were the four main products. Among these distillate products, styrene took over 70 percentages. Temperature of pyrolysis suing microwave was much lower than that of conventional thermal pyrolysis method.

        Top-Down 공법이 적용된 지중연속벽의 설계시 측방토압의 적합성 평가

        본 연구에서는 지중연속벽 설계시 사용되는 범용 해석프로그램에 Rankin(1857)의 이론토압과 홍원표와 윤중만(1995a)의 경험 토압을 각각 적용하여 Top-Down 공법에 적용된 지중연속벽의 수평변위를 분석하였다. 그리고 이들 해석 프로그램에서 산정된 예측변위량과 지중경사계로 측정된 실측변위량을 비교 검토하였다. 현재 지중연속벽 설계에 적용되는 해석프로그램에는 Rankine의 토압이 주로 적용되고 있다. 검토결과, 지중연속벽의 예측수평변위는 적용되는 토압에 따라 상당히 큰 차이를 나타내고 있다. Rankine의 토압을 적용하여 산정된 예측수평변위 형상은 실측결과와 큰 차이를 보이고 있으며 벽체의 하부에서 예측치가 실측치보다 과다하게 산정되었다. 반면, 홍원표·윤중만의 토압을 적용하여 얻은 예측수평변위 형상과 최대수평변위 량은 실측결과와 유사하게 나타났다. 따라서 Top-Down 공법이 적용된 지중연속벽의 설계시 Rankine의 토압보다는 홍원표·윤중만의 경험토압을 적용하는 것이 적합함을 알 수 있다. The Rankine(1857)'s earth pressure and the Hong and Yun(1995a)'s earth pressure was applied to analyze the lateral displacement of diaphragm wall applied to the Top-Down construction method using the computer program, which is a common design program for diaphragm wall. The lateral displacement estimated by the computer program was compared with the lateral displacement measured by inclinometer. The Rankine's earth pressure has been widely used to design the diaphragm wall in the analysis of computer program. As the result of comparison, the lateral displacement of diaphragm wall was predicted differently according to the applied earth pressures. The behavior of lateral displacement predicted by the Rankine's earth pressure was different with displacement measured by inclinometer and the lateral displacement at the bottom part was overestimated. However, the lateral displacement predicted by the Hong and Yun's earth pressure is similar to the behavior and maximum value of real displacement. Therefore, the Hong and Yun's earth pressure is more suitable than the Rankine' earth pressure to design the diaphragm walls applied to the Top-Down Construction Method.

        사상체질에 따른 신체화 기제의 차이에 대한 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of somatization psychological mechanism among Sasang constitution. Methods: Subjects were seventy four students of Won-Kwang university responded the questionnaire. We evaulated teh subjects using Minnesota Questionnaire for the Sasang Constitution Classification Ⅱ(QSCC Ⅱ), Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2(MMPI-2), 20-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20), Somato-Sensory Amplification Scale(SSAS), Symptom Interpretation Questionnaire(SIQ) and The Ways of Stress Coping Questionnaire(SCQ). Results: From the results of Clinical scale of MMPI-2, the scores of 2nd, 9th, 10th scales was significantly difference. In Lesser Yin group 10th score was the significantly highest of the others, 1st, 3rd, 6th, 7th, 8th score were the highest but not significant. and From the results of PSY-5 scale(The Personality Psychopathology Five scale) of MMPI-2, In Lesser Yin goup, INTR(Introversion/Low Positive Emotion) score was significantly highest, PSYC(psychoticism), NEGE (Negative Emotionality/Neuroticism) was higher than the others. In TAS-20K, SSAS, SIQ and SCQ Lesser Yin group was not significantly difference. but Lesser Yin group had the tendency of difficulty describing feelings and externally oriented thinking and higher score in physical and psychological interpretation. We observed generally lower levels of stress coping strategy scores than the others. Conclusions: These results showed that Lesser Yin group tend to somatization compared other constitution.

        오공약침의 안전성에 대한 임상적 연구

        Objective: Recently scolopendrid aquacupuncture has been a good effect on pain control but it has not been known about clinical safety. So, In order to prove the clinical safety of scolopendrid aquacupuncture, We have observed the physical reac-tion and clinical pathology test after scolopendrid aquacupuncture treatment. Methods: We analyzed physical reaction and clinical pathology test before and after Scolopendrid aquacupuncture treatment of 30 patients suffering from pain, who admitted department of Acupunture and Moxibustion, College of Oriental Medicine, Won-Kwang University Kwangju hospital. Results & Conclusions: The results were summarized as follows. 1) The distribution of sex was 14 males and 16 females, and the average of patients age was 46.2 years. 2) The distribution of symptom was lumbago, lumbago with radiating pain, nuchal pain and knee joint pain. 3) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture, hematologic test did not show remarkable change. 4) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture, Liver function test(AST, ALT, ALP) showed a slight decrease on the contrary, and abnormal rate showed a decrease of 1.0%(from 3.3% to 2.3%) compared with previous study. 5) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture, Renal function test(BUN, Cr) and abnormal rate(from 2.5% to 2.0%) showed a slight decrease on the contrary. 6) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture. Electrolyte were normal range before & after treatment. 7) In the results of the Urine analysis of 30 patients, Leukocyte, Protein. Glucose, Keton, Bilirubin, U-bilinogen were not detected before and after Scolopendrid aquacupuncture treatment, and the rest almost made no difference. 8) In the Physical reactions, all of the patients complained of pain of body partially, only one patient showed reddish and itch, but symptoms like those were entirely disappeared within 24 hours and whole body pain, swelling, headache, dizziness, fatigue and nausea was not observed.

        Effect of Culture Conditions on the Production of Succinate by Enterococcus faecalis RKY1

        Bioconversion of fumarate to succinate was anaerobically conducted in a synthetic medium containing glycerol as a hydrogen donor and fumarate as a hydrogen acceptor. We investigated the effects of pH, carbon and nitrogen sources, conversion substrate, and other culture conditions on the production of succinate using a newly isolated Enterococcus faecalis RKY1. Addition of a variety of carbonates to the medium significantly increased the rates of production of succinate. The production of succinate and cell growth were relatively satisfactory in the pH range of 7.0-7.6. By using glycerol as a hydrogen donor, high purity succinate was produced with few byproducts. Yeast extract as a sole nitrogen source was the most effective for producing succinate. As a result, the optimum condition of bioconversion was obtained at a medium containing 20g/l glycerol, 50g/l fumarate, 15g/l yeast extract, 10g/l K_2HPO_4 1g/l NaCl, 50 ppm MgCl_2, .6H_2O, 10ppm FeSO_4, . 7H_2O, and 5g/l Na_2CO_3 at pH 7.0-7.6. Under the optimum condition, a succinate concentration of 153g/l was produced in 36h. The total volumetric production rate and the molar yield of succinate were 4.3g/l/h and 85%, respectively.

      • Synergetic effects of ligand exchange and reduction process enhancing both electrical and optical properties of Ag nanocrystals for multifunctional transparent electrodes

        <P>In this work, we introduce a low cost, room-temperature and atmospheric pressure based chemical method to produce highly transparent, conductive, and flexible nano-mesh structured electrodes using Ag nanocrystals (NCs). Sequential treatments of ligand exchange and reduction processes were developed to engineer the optoelectronic properties of Ag NC thin films. Combinatorial analysis indicates that the origin of the relatively low conductivity comes from the non-metallic compounds that are introduced during ligand exchange. The reduction process successfully removed these non-metallic compounds, yielding structurally uniform, optically more transparent, dispersive, and electrically more conductive thin films. We optimized the design of Ag NC thin film mesh structures, and achieved low sheet resistance (9.12 Ω □<SUP>−1</SUP>), high optical transmittance (94.7%), and the highest figure of merit (FOM) of 6.37 × 10<SUP>−2</SUP>. Solution processed flexible transparent heaters, touch pads, and wearable sensors are demonstrated, emphasizing the potential applications of Ag NC transparent electrodes in multifunctional sensors and devices.</P>

      • Photophysical properties of structural isomers of homoleptic Ir-complexes derived from xylenyl-substituted N-heterocyclic carbene ligands

        <P>The phosphorescence properties of fac-Ir(pmp)3, mer-Ir(pmp)3, fac-Ir(dmpmp)3 and mer-Ir(dmpmp)3 (where pmp = 3-methyl-1-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1<I>H</I>-imidazo[4,5-<I>b</I>]pyridine and dmpmp = 1-(2′,6′-dimethylbiphenyl-2-yl)-3-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1<I>H</I>-imidazo[4,5-<I>b</I>]pyridine) in CH2Cl2 were investigated. At 77 K, the <I>fac</I>-isomers showed blue emission with a vibronic structure, while the <I>mer</I>-isomers showed less structured emissions. At 300 K, all complexes showed broad and markedly red-shifted emission spectra compared to those at 77 K. The quantum yields of the Ir(dmpmp)3 isomers were very low, and their emission lifetimes were very short compared to those of Ir(pmp)3. In order to understand the large differences between the photodynamic properties of Ir(pmp)3 and Ir(dmpmp)3, we performed femtosecond time-resolved transient absorption (TA) spectroscopic measurements. The TA spectra of Ir(dmpmp)3 were almost the same as those of Ir(pmp)3 at a short delay time. However, Ir(dmpmp)3 showed a new broad TA band at around 720 nm with increasing delay time. The rise time of this band was <I>ca.</I> 10 ps for both isomers, and this may be attributed to the geometrical change in the excited state, which is associated with the steric hindrance of the bulky dimethylphenyl substituent. Actually, Ir(dmpmp)3 showed a strong rigidochromic shift in the emission spectra with varying temperature. To understand the molecular orbitals and the energy levels, theoretical calculations were performed using density functional theory. As a result, structural displacement takes place accompanied by the fast migration of localization of excited states <I>via</I> intraligand charge transfer.</P>
