Objectives : To investigate the effects of herb-acupunctures of Qi tonification herbs or formula on the rat immune depression induced by an anticancer drug, methotrexate (MTX) Methods: Animals were divided into 5 groups; Normal control group was not given any treatment. Immune depression was induced by oral administration of 1mg/kg MTX b.i.d for 4 days in Control, Sample I, II, and III groups. We treated on CV 4 (Guanyuan) with saline, Bojoongiggi-tang (Buzhongyiqi-tang), Ginseng Radix and Astragali Radix herb-acupunctures in Control, Sample I, II, and Ill groups, respectively. In both blood and spleen, the assessment of CD4+ T-cell count, CD8+ T-cell count, CD4/CD8 T-cell ratio was performed. Results: Here we show that 3 herb- acupuncture groups have an influence, to some extent, on CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell counts and CD4/CD8 T-cell ratio in both blood and spleen. Astragali Radix herb-acupuncture, in particular, was found to have significantly increased CD4+ T-cell count in blood and CD4/CD8 T-cell ratio in blood and spleen. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that herb-acupunctures of Bojoongiggi-tang (Buzhongyiqi-tang), Ginseng Radix and Astragali Radix may have an influence over rat immune depression induced by MTX.

본 연구에서는 경상북도 북부지역 5개 지점의 소수력발전 후보지점에 대한 소수력발전 지원조사를 실시하였다. 소수력발전자원조사는 각각 평·갈수기, 및 홍수기에 유량조사, 수위-유량관계곡선식의 유도, 유량지속곡선의 작성, 발전용량의 산정 및 경제성분석 등으로 구성되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 경상북도 북부지역의 최적 소수력 발전지점 선정을 위한 기초자료를 제시하였으며, 경상북도 예천군 형호리와 경상북도 영주시 문수면 권선리 후보지가 가장 경제성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 소수력발전소 후보지점중 설비용량 500 kW 이하의 경우 개발시 소용량으로 인해 개발효과가 없을 것으로 판단되며, 설비용량 500 kW 이상인 최적 개발 후보지는 경상북도 영양군 입암면 후보지 1개소인 것으로 나타났다. In this study, the resources investigations of small hydropower generation were carried out for the five proposed sites in northern Gyeong-buk area. They consisted of the discharge measurements, rating-curve, flow duration curves, electricity generation, and economic analysis, respectively. The basic data were suggested to select the optimal small hydropower sites in northern Gyeong-buk area. The sites for Yecheon Gun and Munsu Myeon as a result are the best proposed ones using economic analysis. We considered, however, that the finacial benefit for small hydropower development may be small under 500 kW facility. The optimal proposed site over 500 kW facility was suggested as Yeongyang Gun in this study.

머위(Petasites japonicus) 잎에서 알레르기성 천식 억제 효능이 있는 bakkenolide B의 최적 추출공정을 반응표면 분석법을 이용하여 결정하였다. Box-Behnken design에 따라 설정한 추출온도(80, 100, 120℃), 추출시간(30, 45, 60 min) 및 추출용매의 pH (5, 7, 9)를 독립변수로 하고, 추출물의 특성 즉, bakkenolide B의 함량과 항알러지의 측정 지표인 비만세포의 탈과립반응 억제효과를 종속변수로 하여 분석을 실시하였다. Bakkenolide B의 추출함량은 추출온도, 시간, pH의 유의적인 영향을 받았으며, 추출온도 127.1℃, 시간 46.6분, 추출용매의 pH 7.7에서 최대치 121.6 μg/g이 예측되었다. 비만세포의 탈과립반응 억제효과의 회귀분석 결과는 유의성이 인정되지 않았고 낮은 상관계수를 보였다. Optimal conditions for extraction of bakkenolide B from Petasites japonicus leaves were determined by using response surface methodology. A second-order Box-Behnken design representing three extraction temperatures (80, 100, 120℃), three extraction times (30, 45, 60 min), and three solvent pH’s (5, 7, 9) was executed. The efficiency of the extraction conditions was defined using the β-hexosamidase assay by comparing both the bakkenolide B content and its anti-allergic activity expressed as extract inhibition on degranulation. The response surface plot described for the bakkenolide B content showed that the maximum content was predicted as 121.6 μg/g with extraction conditions of 127.1℃, 46.6 min, and pH 7.7. Extraction temperature and time were important factors in determining bakkenolide B content. Using regression analysis, correlation between the inhibition effect of mast cell degranulation and bakkenolide B content was found to be low.

자연식물에서 양봉의 부산물로 생산되고 있는 화분하의 식품영양학적인 평가를 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 1986년 6월부터 9월사이에 경기도 안성지역에서 꿀벌들에 의해 수집된 혼합화분하 및 화분하의 효율적 이용을 위하여 벌꿀과 7:3의 비율로 섞어 만든 화분꿀에 대하여 일반성분, 유리당, 무기질, 지방산, 아미노산조성과 탄수화물 및 단백질의 인공소화율을 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 화분하의 단백질은 27.0%, 지방 5.8%, 섬유질 11.1% 이었다. 유리당조성은 과당이 26.6%, 포도당 13.1%, 서당 0.2%, 맥아당 1.3% , F/G비는 2.0이었다. 무기질조성은 칼륨이 661.2㎎/100g으로 가장 많았고 인, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 철의 순이며 구리가 가장 낮았고 특히 철은 16.7㎎/100g이었다. 지방산 조성은 C_(18:2)가 28.6%, C_(18:3) 21.7%, C_(16:0) 21.2%, C_(18:1)이 17.4%로 대부분이었으며 SFA / MUFA / PUFA비는 0.61 : 0.37: 1.00, PUFA / SFA비는 1.63이었다. 아미노산조성은 프롤린이 가장 많았고 Glu>Leu>Asp>Val>Phe순이었으며 필수아미노산은 39.2%이었다. 단백질의 화학가는 E/T비가 2.03, 단백가는 65.2(Lys), A/E 화학가중 난가(egg score)는 61.7(Lys), 아미노산가는 51.7(Lys)이었다. 신선한 화분하의 탄수화물인 공소화율은 1시간후 66.7%, 2시간후 67.0%이었고, 단백질 인공소화율은 각각 67.3%, 75.5%이었다. 신선한 화분꿀의 탄수화물과 단백질의 인공소화율도 신선한 화분하의 인공소화율과 비슷한 수준이었다. Proximate composition and the contents of free sugars, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids and in vitro digestibility of mixed pollen load were analyzed. The protein in pollen load per 100g was 25.2g, lipid 5.4g, non-fibrous carbohydrate 50.0g and fiber 10.4g. Free sugars in pollen load, as dry basis g per 100g, was fructose 26.6g, glucose 13.1g, sucrose 0.2g, maltose 1.3g, melezitose 0.02g and F/G ratio was 2.0. The content of mineral in pollen load was in the order K > P > Mg > Ca > Fe > Na > Mn > Zn > Cu. Unsaturated fatty acid of pollen load was about 69.1% and polyunsaturated fatty acid being about 50.3%. The ratios of SFA : MUFA : PUFA and PUFA : SFA were 0.61 : 0.37 : 1.00 and 1.63 respectively. The total amino acid contained in pollen load 22,337.5㎎/100g and total essential amino acid was 39.2% of the total amino acid. Proline was the most abundant amino acid (2,824.7㎎/100g), followed by Glu, Leu, Asp, Val, Phe, Ile, Ala and Thr. E/T ratio of protein in pollen load was 2.03 ; protein score, 65.2(Lys) : A/E ratio(egg), 61.7(Lys) : amino acid score, 51.7(Lys). In vitro digestibility of carbohydrate in pollen load, based on total carbohydrate was 66.7% after 1hr and on non-fibrous carbohydrate was 80.6%. But that of protein was 67.3% after 1hr, 75.5% after 2hr.
시판 지방성 가공식품의 지질함량과 지방산 조성(Ⅱ) - 인스탄트 유탕면을 중심으로 -

This study was performed to investigate lipid content, melting point, refractive index, fatty acid composition and energy intake from lipid of commercial fried instant noodles. Sixty five samples were collected in Seoul area, and analyzed. The average of lipid content was 16.7%, melting point and refractive index were 29℃ and 1.46, respectively. The fatty acid composition mainly consisted of C_(16:0), C_(18:1) and C_(18:2). The ratio of P/M/S in fried instant noodles was 0.19 : 0.77 : 1.00. The average energy intake from lipid of l00g fried instant noodles was 150.3㎉.
