Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonates 분해세균의 생태학적 연구 : 수영천과 온천천을 중심으로

부산시 수영만으로 유입되는 수영천과 온천천의 4개지점에서 1985년 5월부터 1986년 4월까지 매월 1회 채수한 시료로부터 분해세균을 분리동정하여 그 생태학적 특성에 관해 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 수온은 평균 18.2±7.72℃ 이었으며, 그 범위는 4.5-30.0℃이었다. 월별 수온변화는 2월이 가장 낮고 8월이 가장 높았다. 2. pH는 평균 6.8±0.26 이었으며, 그 범위는 6.4-7.2이었다. 여름철은 약알카리성, 겨울철은 약산성을 나타내었다. 3. LAS 농도는 평균 4.8±2.11ppm 이었으며, 그 범위는 1-9 ppm이었다. 지점별로는 온천교 6.0±1.88ppm, 이섭교 5.9±2.30ppm, 원동교 4.0±1.33ppm, 수영교 3.5±1.51ppm의 순이었다. 4. LAS 분해균수의 변화는 LAS 농도보다는 오히려 계절적인 영향을 많이 받는것으로 나타났다. 5. 총균수에 대한 LAS 분해균의 점유율은 봄철이 0.4%로 가장 높았으며, 지점별로는 온천교 부근이 가장 높았고 수영교 부근이 가장 낮았다. 6. 분리된 LAS분해균주를 분류동정한 결과 총 15속으로 대부분 그람음성세균이었으며, Listeria속만이 그람양성세균으로 나타났다. 7. 전 지점에서 년평균 10% 이상의 출현빈도를 보인 LAS 분해세균은 Alcaligenes속, Klebsiella속, Pasteurella속이었다. 8. Pasteurella 속이 전지점에서 우점종으로 나타났으며, 온천교 부근과 이섭교 부근에서는 Klebsiella속, 원동교와 수영교 부근에서는 Alcaligenes 속이 준우점종으로 나타났다. Lenear alkylbenzene sulfonates(LAS) degrading bacteria were isolated from the Oncheon and the Sooyoung streams in Pusan area. Samples were monthly taken from the surface waters at four designated sites from May, 1985 to April, 1986. The isolates strains were identified and ecological studies on these identified strains were investigated. The results obtained were as follows: 1) Average water temperature was 18.2±7.72℃ with range of 4.5 to 30.0℃. Water temperature was the lowest in February and the highest in August. 2) The mean value of pH was 6.8±0.26 with range of 6.4 to 7.2. The pH value showed slight alkalinity in the summer and slight acidity in the winter. 3) The mean concentration of LAS was 4.8±2.11ppm with range of 1 to 9 ppm. The highest concentration of LAS was found in the water sample of the Oncheon bridge area(6.0±1.88ppm) followed by the Iseup bridge (5.9±2.30ppm), the Weondong bridge(4.0±1.33ppm), and the Sooyoung bridge area(3.5±1.51ppm). 4) Number of the LAS degrading bacteria was effected by the seasonal change rather than LAS concentration. 5) The ratio of the LAS degrading bacteria to the total cells was the highest as 0.4% in spring. The highest and lowest ratio was at the Oncheon and the Sooyoung bridge area respectively. 6) All isolated strains were characteristically Gram-negative bacteria except only Listeria genus. 7) The appearance frequency of Alcaligenes, Klebsiella, and Pasteurella was showed more than 10% at all sites. 8) The dominant strains of LAS degrading bacteria were genus Pasteurella at all sites. The subdominants were genus Klebsiella at the Oncheon and the Iseup bridge area, and genus Alcaligenes at the Weondong and the Sooyoung bridge area.

Comparison of Adult Brassier between Korea and Japan : Based on the Information on the Internet

A brassier supports and protects breasts and makes a better shape of the upper half of the body through shaping breasts. A brassier, therefore, is recognized as the key underwear for female. Recently, the distribution structure and channels of the brassiere industry is diversified from conventional type of markets to department stores, convenience stores, and internet shopping mall. Studies on the sales of brassieres via internet, however, is not sufficient even though the market size has been dramatically increased thursdays. The study on the size structure (including the size and the materials fabric of brassieres circulating via internet) is especially rare. Therefore, this study tries to comply with increasing requests of consumers through comparing brassier brands on internet. In depth, this study compares cases of Korea and Japan in terms of availability of website on sales, quality indication like materials and functions, and size. The results indicated that there were three companies in Korea which run a website and make a sale through a website. All three Japanese companies operate a website and make sales on a website as well. In terms of size, Korean companies diversify their size of products in two ways. It varies from A cup to D cup based on cup size, and 65 to 100 according to its entire size. On the other hand, Japanese companies use AA, A to I to measure cup size, and 65 to 100 for entire size.

Diagnostic value of procalcitonin and CRP in critically ill patients admitted with suspected sepsis

Background: Identifying early markers of septic complications can aid in the diagnosis and therapeutic management of hospitalized patients. In this study, the utility of procalcitonin (PCT) vs. C-reactive protein (CRP) as early markers of sepsis was compared. Methods: A series of 2,697 consecutive blood samples was collected from hospitalized patients and serum PCT and CRP levels were measured. Patients were categorized by PCT level as follows: < 0.05 ng/ml, 0.05-0.49 ng/ml, 0.5-1.99 ng/ml, 2-9.99 ng/ml, and > 10 ng/ml. Diagnostic utility was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results: Mean CRP levels varied among the five PCT categories at $0.31{\pm}2.87$, $5.65{\pm}6.26$, $13.78{\pm}8.01$, $12.15{\pm}10.16$, and $17.77{\pm}10.59$, respectively (P < 0.05). PCT and CRP differed between positive and negative blood culture groups (PCT: 15.9 vs. 4.78 mg/dl;CRP: 11.5 ng/ml vs. 9.57 ng/ml;P < 0.05). The areas under the ROC curves (PCT, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.743, range: 0.698-0.789 at a threshold of 0.5 ng/ml; CRP, 95% CI: 0.540, range: 0.478-0.602 at a threshold of 8 mg/l) differed for PCT and CRP (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Therefore, PCT is a reliable marker for sepsis diagnosis and is more relevant than CRP in patients with a positive blood culture. These findings can be useful for the treatment of critically ill sepsis patients.

신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19)으로 커져버린 배달 시장에 자율주행차가 필요하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 아직 안전을 위한 기술이 부족해 실용화되지 않았다. 본 논문은 좀 더 안전한 주행을 찾아보고 어떤식으로 물건을 안전하게 전달할 건지에 대한 방법을 찾기 위한 연구입니다. 추진 계획으로는 주행을 위한 신호등 표지판 인식과 자동주차 그리고 여러 상황에 대한 긴급정지 및 Database를 연결한 후 학교 근처나 사고가 많이 일어났던 장소에서는 서행을 하도록 하는 성능을 실험한다. 그리고 배달에서 가장 중요한 물품받을 사람을 찾기위한 휴대폰과 연결하여 구매자에게 전달하기 위한 다양한 통신 체계를 구축한다.

The purpose of this paper is to understand the academic features of Korean philosophy, 'Joseon philosophy' in North Korea. More specifically, this paper analyzes North Korean philosophy by focusing on the North Korean's most authoritative Journals of philosophy, Research of Philosophy and Journal of Kim 11 Sung University. In North Korea, the philosophy has been distorted by dictatorial political power and restructured by unitarian ideology, Juche philosophy since 1960. Consequently North Korean philosophy became a means to develope their political ideology. Korean philosophical circles produced a large quantity of output every year in various fields of philosophy. But, most philosophical opinions were based on 'Juche Philosophy'. Evidently, there is neither controversy nor academic argument in North Korean academic circles. The studies of Korean traditional philosophy, Joseon philosophy, have been researched by a guiding principle of Juche methodology. Consequently a difference of a point of view of traditional philosophy between South and North Korea is severe. One of the most significant difference is the materialistic conception of the history of philosophy.
