The purpose of this study is on the utilization of curing management method of concrete by wireless data aquisition system. Applied system is consisted of a data-logger to measure the concrete temperature and a wireless-modem to communicate with the data-logger. In this study, the process to monitor concrete temperature and to take an appropriate measure by the system was investigated. As the results, through the measurement of concrete temperature by wireless aquisition system, almost same results with the case of existing auto-recording system were acquired. The wireless aquisition system could make sensing the steep variation of temperature and proper measurements for additional curing possible.

Buildings are responsible for 30~40% of energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Energy performance of buildings is key to achieve the energy saving objectives, namely the reduction of a 20% of the greenhouse gases emissions. In Korea, building energy efficiency rating has been issued and is considered as an important way to achieve the agenda of the green growth. Experts such as energy assessors in EU are essential in order to improve the energy performance of buildings and the professional accreditation system is a cost-effective way of fighting against climate change and improving energy security, while also creating job opportunities, particularly in the building sector. In this paper, we conducted the online survey to investigate the need for professional accreditation system of building energy efficiency rating.
화학세정시 제거되는 protein과 carbohydrate의 정량을 위한 calibration curve 평가

본 연구에서는 MBR 공정에서 화학세정시 사용하는 detergent(NaOCl)에 대해 EPS의 주요 원인물질인 protein과 carbohydrate의 calibration curve를 검토함으로써, 향후 화학세정시 제거되는 protein과 carbohydrate의 정확한 정량의 기초실험을 수행하였다. 0.5% NaOCl 용액을 용매로 사용하여 protein과 carbohydrate의 calibration curve를 산정한 결과, carbohydrate의 경우에는 0.984의높은 상관계수뿐만 아니라 흡광도도 안정적이었던 반면, protein의 경우 상관계수가 0.9623으로 비교적 높은 상관성를 나타냈지만 흡광도 값이 저농도에서는 거의 측정되지 않아 향후 정량값의 재현성을 확보하기가 어려웠다. protein 농도에 따른 NaOCl과 흡광도 사이의 관계는 모든 protein 농도에서 0.1%, 0.07%, 0.05% NaOCl은 일정한 흡광도를 보인 반면 0.3%와 0.5%에서는 다른 조건에 비해 낮은 흡광도가 측정되어 0.3% 이상의 비교적 높은 NaOCl 농도에서는 흡광도가 detergent의 영향을 받는 것으로 판단된다. 또한 0.05% NaOCl 용액을 용매로 사용한 carbohydrate calibration curve에서 0.9931의 높은 상관계수가 산출되어 흡광도에 대한 carbohydrate 정량의 신뢰도가 매우 높음을 알 수 있었으며 향후 화학적 세정시 0.05% NaOCl 용액을 이용한 protein과 carbohydrate의 동시 정량이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, we investigated the calibration curves of protein and carbohydrate, the main substances of EPS(extracellular polymeric substances), of detergent(NaOCl) used for chemical cleaning. As a results of the calibration curve for the protein and carbohydrate using the 0.5% NaOCl as a solvent, correlation coefficient was very high value of 0.984 for carbohydrate calibration curve, on the other hand, correlation coefficient was relatively low showing 0.9623 and the absorbance value was not measured at low concentration of the protein. It showed that NaOCl had an effect on the measurement of protein. Hence, in the experiment according to NaOCl concentration for protein, absorbance was relatively constant at NaOCl of 0.1%, 0.07% and 0.05% in all protein concentrations, however, abosorbance at NaOCl of 0.3% and 0.5% was comparatively low due to high detergent concentration. Also, the correlation coefficients of 0.1%, 0.07% and 0.05%, showing stable absorbance according to protein concentration, were 0.9587, 0.9718 and 0.9856. Thus, it shows that calibration curve at NaOCl of 0.05% will present the most accurate protein concentration. In the examination to adapt NaOCl of 0.05% as a solvent on carbohydrate calibration curve, the correlation coefficient was very high value of 0.9931 as well as protein. Therefore, the accurate analysis is possible both protein and carbohydrate as using NaOCl of 0.05% with the cleaning chemical.

In this paper, modeling of a gate/body-tied (GBT) PMOSFET photodetector with built-in transfer gate is performed. It can control the photocurrent with a high-sensitivity. The GBT photodetector is a hybrid device consisted of a MOSFET, a lateral BJT, and a vertical BJT. This device allows for amplifying the photocurrent gain by 103 due to the GBT structure. However, the operating parameters of this photodetector, including its photocurrent and transfer characteristics, were not known because modeling has not yet been performed. The sophisticated model of GBT photodetector using a process simulator is not compatible with circuit simulator. For this reason, we have performed SPICE modeling of the photodetector with reduced complexity using Cadence`s Spectre program. The proposed modeling has been demonstrated by measuring fabricated chip by using 0.35 im 2-poly 4-metal standard CMOS technology.
