저급 벤토나이트를 이용하여 합성한 4A형 제올라이트의 응용

Amorphous silica produced from low grade bentonite B₁by acid treatment was used for zeolite synthesis. The zeolite 4A was used for detergent-use. The results are summerized as follows. (1) When the condition of water hardness was 40℉h, water temperature was 30℃ and the stirring rate of water was 200rpm. the cation(Ca) exchange capacity of synthetic zeolite was observed as 307㎎ CaCO₃/ g zeolite for fifteen minutes. The amount of Ca ion exchanged by zeolite was more than 95 percent within three minutes. (2) The brightness of the synthetic zeolite was between 91 and 93. The median particle size of the synthetic zeolite was 3.0㎛. (3) In differential thermal analysis, the dehydration of the synthetic zeolite was detected between 35℃ and 500℃, lattice transformation take place at about 800℃. In thermal gravimetric analysis, the weight loss of the snythetic zeolite was 20.94 percent by dehydration between 33℃ and 511℃.

The purpose of this study is to develop a system for the inspection of the outfitting arrangement design of for a ship design, which will increase the reliability and the efficiency of the inspection process. The system is composed of four major modules; material inspection module at the pipe piece level, material inspection module at the service level, tank-penetrating pipe piece inspection module, and the basic information management module. This system is integrated with a ORACLE database, for transferring and storing 3D CAD data into the inspection system, and a dVISE virtual reality system, for displaying the inspection results.

The Formation of silica sol was obtained to add water glass of 10 percents with in 3N-sulfurio aeid. This paper deals with the effect of pH and Temperature on the polymeriyation. Optimum point of the formative condition of Silica Sol and its Stability is the same as the follow: 1) At lower Temperature non-porous particle was formed and the best Stable Stare. 2) The stability of Silica Sol is the best at pH 2.8∼3.2, Temperature at 2∼5℃ 3) The growth of particle or poly Comden Sation was inhibited with a few electrolyte, Sodium ehloride of Sodium Sulfate.

A feasibility study for the treatment of flammable industrial solid wstes generated in Taejon was investigated. The results are summarized as follows. 1. The yearly generation rate of the industrial solid wastes from 124 companies was estimated to be 140,000 tons. 2. The flammable wastes occupied 66.2% of the total industrial solid wastes. They consisted predominently of synthetic resins and the sludges from paper and lather industries (88.3% out of the flammable industrial solid wastes). 3. Two rotary kiln incinerators to deal with 100 tons per day each were recommended. And an economic analysis for the operation of the incinerators was found to be promising.
저급 Bentonite를 이용한 A형 제올라이트의 합성

The A-type zeolite was synthesized from amorphous silica which was produced by acid(40%-H₂SO₄) treatment of bentonite which is low grade domestic clay minerals. At this time, the acid treatment condition was at 90℃for 30hrs. When the mole ratio of reactants were SiO₂/Al₂O₃=2,Na₂O/SiO₂=1, H₂O/Na₂O=30, the best rection time was 3hrs at 90℃ after aging at 60℃ for 1hr. But when the mole ratio of reactants were SiO₂/Al₂O₃=2,Na₂O/SiO₂=1, H₂O/Na₂O=24, it is difficult to controll the reaction time because the crystal conversion of A-type zeolite into hydroxysodalite was very fast. The spent acid was filtrated by compression, dehydrated at 110℃, and then Al₂O₃ was recovered by calcination at 700℃. NaAlO₂was prepared by solubilisation of recovered Al₂O₃in NaOH solution, and then Fe₂O₃ was removed by filltration. The A-type zeolite was synthesized at 90℃ for 4hrs without aging step from recovered Al₂O₃by reaction of NaAlO₂and Na₂SiO₃, at here the mole ratio of reactants were SiO₂/Al₂O₃=2,Na₂O/SiO₂=1, H₂O/Na₂O=30.
TEOS와 Condensed Ethyl Silicate(CES)로부터 제조된 고순도 SiO₂분말의 특성

SiO₂powders were manufactured from TEOS, CES(condensed ethyl silicates) and PHT(partially hydrated TEOS) by sol-gel method. Then the chemical and the physical properties of the SiO₂powders are measured by IR, GC, TGA-DTA, XRD, SEM and particle size analyser. The chemical properties in IR spectra and GC analysis of CES are similar to those of PHT. Also the physical properties of SiO₂powders made from PHT are very analogous with the one manufactured from CES. The results suggest that the PHT in manufacturing of mullite and cordierite ceramics can be replaced with the CES.

Primary cutaneous CD3O positive large cell Iymphoma is a cutaneous T-cell Iymphoma with a favorable prognosis, which is characterized by solitary or localized skin lesions with a tendency of spontaneous regression and frequent relapses. On the basis of the morphologic and immunophenotypic similarities between the large atypical cells in Iymphomatoid papulosis and the neoplastic cells in primary cutaneous CD30 positive large cell Iymphoma as well as their favorable prognosis, these two diseases are now regarded to be in a spectrum of primary cutaneous CD3O positive Iymphoproliferative disorder. We present a borderline case of primary cutaneous CD3O positive Iymphoproliferative disorder which recurred on the anatomic site different to the primary lesions despite multiple-agent chemotherapy.
