        The ultrasonic welding is with features of high electric conductivity and hot conductivity when it is used in metallic bond, high electric conductivity and hot conductivity when it is used in various metallic bonds, excellent quality when it is used for advanced junction, easiness when it is used in various metallic bonds, being needless for the exhaustive material and being benefit for the environment. Currently the use of ultrasonic welding is increasing in the industrial fields such as the automobile battle, the refrigerator, the air conditioner, the battery and the solar cell junction. But the production ability is insufficient in our country and it is necessary to explore the core technology of the ultrasonic welding. In this paper, the output LC resonance filter and 35㎑ squal wave onion occurrence Full Bridge plans was designed. The output examination of the ultrasonic oscillator and the ultrasonic welding examination were done. The method for getting more smooth result in the ultrasonic welding machine system was researched.

        각화낭치성종양의 이장상피에서 Bcl-2 발현양상과 임상지표

        Purpose: The odontogenic keratocysts demonstrated a high recurrence rate and a biologically aggressive nature. This might be due to unknown factors inherent in the epithelium or enzymatic activity in the fibrous wall. Bcl-2 protein is characterized by its ability to inhibit apoptosis. The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression and distribution of bcl-2 in the OKCs, its possible relationship with the tumorous characteristics, such as the aggressive nature and high recurrence rate, and its usefulness to differentiate OKCs from dentigerous cysts. Materials and Methods: Formalin fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections of 53 OKCs, and 44 dentigerous cyst were immunohistochemically analyzed quantitatively for the immunoreactivity of the bcl-2 protein with i-solution. Results: More Bcl-2 expression was observed in the OKCs (mean34.387%) than dentigerous cyst (mean11.144%) with statistical significance (P<0.001). Seventeen and 15 of the 32 OKCs in this study showed positivity in the basal layer and basal/suprabasal layers, respectively. In dentigerous cyst, 2 of 3 showed positivity in the basal cell layer. Conclusion: Considering that bcl-2 over expression may lead to the increased survival of epithelial cells, this study demonstrated a possible relationship between the aggressive nature of OKC and the intrinsic growth potential of its lining epithelium. Furthermore, the basal/suprabasal distribution of bcl-2 positive cells was observed in some OKCs, which might have a significant impact on the behavior of cysts. The bcl-2 expression of OKCs can be useful for differentiating OKCs from dentigerous cysts.

The project was focused on the public at the same time as the residents joined together to create a continuous village, instead of concentrating on physical improvement. Wu Yi-dong, Gangbuk-gu, is the only region in the country that has separate urban revitalization plans. The government will actively utilize natural and historical elements to promote urban revitalization for residents" participation in areas of residential concentration where there is no plan in the right movement.

        대퇴골 경부 골절에 대한 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술에서의 실혈량: 위험 인자 분석

        목적: 고관절 대퇴 경부 골절로 인한 양극성 반 인공 관절 치환술 후 보이지 않는 실혈을 포함한 실질적인 총 실혈량을 계산하여 측정된 실혈량과의 차이를 알아보고 위험 인자가 술 후 실혈량에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2004년부터 2010년까지 본원에서 시행한 대퇴 경부 골절 후 양극성 반 인공관절 치환술을 시행한 환자 356예를 대상으로 하였고 총 실혈량의 계산은 Mercuriali와 Brecher에 의한 공식을 사용하였으며 실혈량에 미치는 위험 인자로 성별, body mass index (BMI), 마취 방법, 심혈관 질환이나 뇌혈관 질환 유무, 술전 빈혈 여부, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) 점수, 시멘트 사용 여부, 항혈전제 사용 여부를 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 계산된 총 실혈량은 1,408±72 ml이고 측정된 실혈량은 980±102 ml로 유의한 차이를 보였고 실혈량과 관련된 위험 인자 중 심혈관 질환이 있을 경우 1,526±369 ml, 전신 마취 시행 시 1,588±279 ml, 비만이 있는 경우 1,645±920 ml, 항혈전제 사용 시 1,605±439 ml로 증가된 결과를 보였다. 결론: 고관절 대퇴 경부 골절 후 양극성 반 인공 관절 치환술시 발생된 총실혈량은 측정된 실혈량에 비해 많은 많은 양이 측정되었으며 수술대상 환자 중 심혈관 질환 및 항혈전제 복용자, 비만 환자, 전신 마취 시에는 수술 시 출혈량을 줄이기 위한 세심한 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: We compared visible blood loss and calculated blood loss after bipolar hemiarthroplasty in femoral neck fracture, and evaluated correlation between blood loss and its risk factors. Materials and Methods: A total of 356 patients who underwent bipolar hemiarthroplasty in femoral neck fracture between 2004 and 2010 were enrolled in this study. The total blood loss was calculated using the formula reported by Mercuiali and Brecher. We analyzed several factors, including gender, age, body mass index (BMI), anesthesia method, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, preoperative anemia, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score, use of cement, and use of antithrombotic agents. Results: Total calculated blood loss(1,408±72 ml) differed significantly from visible blood loss(980±102 ml). In addition, calculated blood loss differed between risk factors(1,526±369 ml in cardiovascular disease, 1,588±279 ml in general anesthesia, 1,645±920 ml in obesity, and 1,605±439 ml in use of antithrombotic agents). Conclusion: Total calculated blood loss was much greater than visible blood loss. Patients with risk factors such as cardiovascular disease, obesity, use of antithrombotic agents, and general anesthesia should be treated with care in order to reduce blood loss.

        Head/Brain injury suffered from traffic accident has been usually assessed by HIC, Head Injury Criterion. HIC was formulated based on the statistical data of acceleration pulse applied to head and its injury outcomes. Because of the limited feature of HIC, it is known that there exists significant disagreement between prediction and actual occurrence of the injury. Human brain models with anatomical details have been adopted in this study in order to improve the understanding of head/brain injury mechanism. Contrary to the crash dummy, human body models provides additional injury measures such as CSDM, RMDM, DDM which are closely correlated with more physiological head/brain injuries. Three cases of head/brain injury analysis, free motion head form, side impact, and pedestrian impact have been selected to exhibit the application of human body models into the practical vehicle design process. The injury predictions obtained from human body models were then comparatively investigated for more bio-fidelic assessment of head/brain damage.

        Recently a fire risk has increased in Seoul due to the rapid increase in the number of high-rise buildings (50 floors or above 200m). Establishing fire safety of high-rise buildings is urgent through the establishment of an installation standard of the middle refuge floor (Ch.3), reinforcement of fire· refuge facilities (Ch.4-1), a measure to count stack effect and the ensurance of the high fire resistance of high strength concrete (Ch.4-2·3), the integrated system of the disaster management of buildings (Ch.5), The middle refuge floor of high-rise building is installed within 25 floor(s) in maximum, simultaneously the safety of occupants should be secured by adding refuge stairs in accordance with floor space, enlarging the width of the entrance. Installing the middle refuge floor of high-rise buildings on every 30th floor in maximum, which is the legal standard, can bring serious accidents by causing the refuge limit time exceed the final refuge competition time. Additionally, safety for the structure of high-rise buildings is secured by expanding fire fighting facilities with the performance based design and introducing the performance based design for the building structure. At the same time, reinforcement for the fire water source, automatic fire detection installation, wireless communication auxiliary devices, and smoke control system is established. To reduce the stack effect of high-rise buildings, a method based on the architecture plans and a scheme of facilities need to be considered concurrently. Also, the mitigation strategy of high strength concrete spalling needs to be established, The integrated system of the disaster management of high rise buildings with 3D indoor spacial information data base is required based on 『The special law for the safety management of high-rise buildings and complex buildings connecting to the underground』for the disaster management of high-rise building such as fire suppression and refuge plans.
