제조 데이터 가시화를 위한 모바일 대시보드 시스템 개발

As products have been more complex and customer’s demands of personalized products are increasing, manufacturing system has been changed from mass production to mass customization production that makes small quantity but different kinds of product. In addition, it becomes important that manufacturers quickly respond to variable customer’s demands and characteristic regulations in each country. Therefore, three prerequisites are essential for manufacturers to response agilely. First, manufacturing data should be monitored in real time, second, information is extracted from the data, and finally, the information is used to make manufacturing strategy. In this paper, the mobile dashboard system is presented. It visualizes manufacturing data on mobile devices, and measures performance of the shop floor through the information. The proposed system is composed of server and client, and is running on the R - the open source software for statistics. Four kinds of template are given for easy visualization through the system.

급변하는 시장 환경에 대응하기 위한 노력 중의 하나로 제조기업에서는 생산현장의 생산 활동을 추적 관리하기 위해 MES를 도입하고 있으나, 소규모의 기업에서는 비용과 인력 부족으로 도입이 어려운 실정이다. 중소 제조 기업에 MES의 보급 및 확산을 위하여 본 논문에서는 제조 기업의 정보화 수준 및 공정 수준에 따라 필요한 기능들만 조합할 수 있도록 맞춤형 제조실행시스템을 위한 기능 도출 방법을 제시한다.

In recent years, many companies have heavily invested in introducing production informatization systems in order to strengthen the competitiveness and to satisfy consumer’s desires in quickly changing market environment. However, it is not effective due to the lack of understanding of systems and of non-existence of an optimal system for each company. Therefore, in this paper, manufacturing companies were classified according to its properties; size of the firm, type of business, production method and job production. After that, a model has been built to calculate the production informatization level, and it has been applied to 450 companies. Results of 450 surveys would be the base for figuring out strategies of introducing the production informatization to the companies which are wishing to build production informatization systems. Finally, Developed in this paper rule base system refer customized guideline to company that wants to adapt production information system.

In these days, the importance of design becomes increasing and the design aspect that customers decide to purchase products such as television, mobile phone is more important than functional one. And the progress of virtual reality technology enables us to feel the reality from the virtual prototype as the real one. In this paper, we introduce the collaboration design review system consist of MEMPHIS, CORE. We can create a realistic virtual prototype more fastly, conveniently and efficiently using MEMPHIS and carry out the design review through collaboration using CORE. As a result of this study, it would be possible that decision making can be done effectively at early stage of the design process.
