초등학교 과학시간에 멀티미디어 활용 수업을 하였더니 학업 성취도, 과학탐구능력 및 태도 높아져, 과학의 원리를 이해하는데 많은 효과가 있었다. 이는 에니메이션과 등영상 및 배경 음악 등의 효과적인 이용으로 호기심과 관심을 가지고 학습에 참여하려는 태도가 형성되었다. The purpose of this study was the analysis of effect using of multimedia system with which, relative attitudes between science achievement and inquiry skills in primary science education. The results are as follws: 1.When using the multimedia system in classroom, the score(29.61) of the science achievements were higher than score(27.46) of traditional classrooms. 2.By using the methods through multimedia system, the inquiry skills score(67.87) of experimental class were increased more than score(56.40) of traditional classrooms. 3.On the scientific attitudes, the classroom which used to the multimedia system gained higher scores(76.26) than its(71.40) of traditional classrooms. Multimedia system supports many investigative materials in classroom by which used to them the learner encourages investigating, achievement skills, and will be helped understanding scientific principles in classroom. After used especially multimedia system, the interest score of science education is 95 credits in classroom. When using the multimedia system in classroom there are changing the method the method of teaching-learning and be able to individual teaching system. All of students and teachers had being able to encourage in science education and to technology using science apparatus. Instead of unable actually investigating or dangerously simulation are showing real situation with multimedia system, understand real matters of problem and notions showing over timeㆍspace ideas. Finally, the using of multimedia system may connect science learning among teacher and students, school, and school and home, school and school, and school and society.
Sesquiterpene Components from the Flower Buds of Magnolia fargesii

From the Chinese crude drug shin-i, the flower buds of Magnolia fargesii, four sesquiterpene, oplopanoe (1), oplodiol (2), homalomenol A (3) and $1{\beta},4{\beta},7{\alpha}$-trihydroxyeudesmane (4) were isolated. These structures were elucidated and the ${13}^C-NMR$ chemical shifts of these compounds were revised by means of various 2D-NMR techniques.
Acute oral toxicity of the ethyl acetate fraction of <i>Orostachys japonicus</i> in mice

<P><I>Context</I>: <I>Orostachys japonicus</I> (Crassulaceae) is referred to as Wa-song in Korea. It is used as an anti-inflammatory, antifebrile, hemostatic, and anti cancer agent, and as an antidote.</P><P><I>Objective</I>: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the acute toxicity of the ethyl acetate fraction of <I>O. japonicus</I> (OJE) after the oral administration in Balb/c mice of both sexes.</P><P><I>Materials and methods</I>: Mice were oral administered a single doses of 500, 1000, and 2000 mg/kg of body weight and were monitored for 14 d. Biochemical parameters [aspartate amino transferase (AST), alanine amino transferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), total protein (TP), globulin (GB), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and creatinine (CR)] and histopathological examination of liver were performed.</P><P><I>Results and conclusion</I>: No animals died and no toxic changes were observed in clinical signs, body weight, and organ weight. The LD<SUB>50</SUB> of orally administered OJE was higher than 2000 mg/kg/d in both sexes. No toxicological findings were found in biochemical parameters. In histophathological examination, neutrophilic infiltration was observed at a dose of 2000 mg/kg group in both sexes. These finding suggest that oral administration of OJE does not produce acute toxicity. Therefore, these results could provide satisfactory preclinical evidence of safety to launch clinical trials on standardized formulation of OJE to be a biohealth product.</P>
Characterization of Monoclonal Antibodies against Human Leukocyte Common Antigen (CD45)

Background: The leukocyte common antigen (CD45) is a transmembrane-type protein tyrosine phosphatase that has five isoforms. Methods: We generated seven murine mAbs against human CD45 by injecting cells from different origins, such as human thymocytes, PBMCs, and leukemic cell lines. By using various immunological methods including flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation, we evaluated the reactivity of those mAbs to CD45 of thymus as well as tonsil lysates. Furthermore, we transiently transfected COS-7 cells with each of gene constructs that express five human CD45 isoforms respectively, and examined the specificities of the mAbs against the transfected isoforms. Results: In case of thymocytes, lymphocytes, and monocytes, all the seven mAbs demonstrated positive reactivities whereas none was reactive to erythrocytes and platelets. The majority of immune cells in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded thymus and tonsil tissues displayed strong membranous immunoreactivity, and the main antigen was detected near 220 kDa in all cases. Among the mAbs, four mAbs (AP4, DN11, SHL-1, and P6) recognized a region commonly present in all the five isoforms. One mAb, YG27, recognized four isoforms (ABC, AB, BC, and O). Two mAbs, P1 and P14, recognized the isoforms that contain exon A encoded regions (ABC and AB). Conclusion: In this study, we confirmed that AP4, DN11, SHL-1, YG27 and P6, are mAbs reactive with the CD45 antigen whereas P1 and P14 are reactive with the CD45RA antigen.
상권 및 브랜드 요인이 프랜차이즈 치킨 전문점의 매출액에 미치는 요인분석

프랜차이즈는 외식업의 빠른 성장과 확산에 기여하며 새로운 매장의 형태로 자리매김하면서 우리 일상에 보편화 되어왔다. 치킨프랜차이즈는 다른 외식 업종과 달리 배달 매출의 비중이 높아 상대적으로 입지 및 매장규모에 따른 임대료 등 소요되는 창업비용이 적고 비교적 낮은 진입장벽으로 인해 창업자들이 선호하는 업종으로 손꼽히며 외식 프랜차이즈 중 많은 가맹점을 가진 업종으로 성장하고 있다. 반면 사업경험 및 지식이 부족한 자영업자들 의 섣부른 창업과 특정 업종의 쏠림 현상으로 치킨 업종은 포화상태에 이르고 있으며 이 과정에서 치킨 전문점의 폐업률은 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이처럼 치킨프랜차이즈에 대한 높은 관심에 따른 양면성이 존재함에도 불구하고 기존의 연구들은 타 프랜차이즈 업종에 집중되어 있으며 치킨 업종의 학술적 연구는 상당히 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 치킨프랜차이즈 전문점의 브랜드 및 상권 특성이 매출에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 서울시에 위치한 프랜차이즈 6개 치킨브랜드의 2015년부터 2017년까지 거래된 매출액 데이터를 기반으로 단위면적당 월평균매출액을 종속변수로 하여 실증분석하였다. 분석결과, 매출액은 거주세대, 직장인구, 유동인구, 유흥상업시설수, 동종경쟁업체수, 전면도로폭, 건물경과연수, 매장면적, 배달앱등록, 가맹점수에 따라 매출액이 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 전반적인 분석결과를 통해 치킨프랜차이즈 전문점은 점포 주변 배후상권의 유형에 따라 매출에 미치는 영향력의 차이가 존재하며, 특성 중에서도 상권 및 브랜드특성의 영향을 많이 받는다는 점이 주목할 만한 결과이다. 본 연구는 다른 프랜차이즈 업종에서도 한계점으로 보이는 시간적ㆍ공간적 범위를 확장하여 분석에 활용하였고, 종속변수를 소비자물가지수로 조정함으로써 가격변동에 따른 수치의 왜곡을 억제하여 기존 프랜차이즈 연구의 한계를 보완하였다. 또한 기존의 연구가 부족하였던 치킨프랜차이즈의 연구를 발전시켰다는 점에서 기초연구로써 의의를 가질 것이며 나아가 사업경험 및 지식이 부족한 자영업자들의 창업 의사결정에 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The franchise has established itself as a new store, contributing to the rapid growth and expansion of the restaurant business. Chicken franchise is a favorite of founders. The franchise is growing into an industry with many affiliates. On the other hand, the chicken industry was saturated due to the premature start-up of self-employed people who lacked experience and knowledge. Despite the high interest in the chicken franchise, the existing researches are concentrated in other franchise sectors and the academic research in the chicken industry is quite insufficient. This study analyzed the effect of chicken franchise characteristics on sales. We used actual sales data from six brands located in Seoul. The dependent variable is the average monthly sales per unit area. The analysis results show that chicken franchise sales vary depending on time. Sales of chicken franchise were affected by residential population, working population, floating population, number of commercial facilities, number of peers, total road width, building age, store area, delivery app registration, and franchise score. Overall, there is a difference in the influence of chicken franchise on sales by business and brand traits. This study extended and analyzed the temporal and spatial scopes that have limitations in other franchise sectors. In addition, the dependent variable was corrected by the consumer price index to compensate for the price change. It is meaningful as a basic research in that it developed the chicken franchise which lacked the existing research. It is also expected to be used for decision-making by self-employed people who lack business experience and knowledge.

This study was performed to recognize species composition of Anopheline mosquitoes and infection rates of Plasmodium vivax in the northern part of South Korea. Adult mosquitoes were collected at 9 Republic of Korea (ROK) army installations in northern part of Geyonggi Province near the demilitarized zone (DMZ) using black light traps. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to identify collected Anopheline specimens and detect P. vivax from them. During June to August 2016, total 481 anopheline mosquitoes were collected and identified. Anopheles kleini was the most frequently collected (56.1%), and followed by An. pullus (16.6%), An. sinensis (16.2%), An. belenrae (7.5%) and An. lesteri (1.5%). 6 pools (4.0%) were positive for P. vivax among 150 pools. The minimum infection rates (MIR) was 1.24. Our ongoing study will provide a meaningful data for the effective malaria elimination strategy.
