Fusarium crown root rot (FCRR) is a severe fungal disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici (FORL) in tomato. Resistance to FORL is conferred by single dominant locus Frl on chromosome 9, but its precise genomic location is not clearly determined. In this study, detailed location of Frl was assessed by using a set of molecular markers physically anchored on Chr.9 and F2 and RIL population derived from FORL-resistant inbred AV107-4 (S.lycopersicum) x susceptible L3708 (S. pimpinellifolium). Bioassay of the two populations with a FORL strain isolated from Korea resulted in single dominant heritance of the resistance. Two SCAR and 11 CAPS markers encompassing 3.6Mb~72Mb of Chr.9 were developed from the Tomato-EXPEN 2000 map and SolCAP SNP-array analysis. These markers were genotyped on 345 F2 plants. A high level of cosegregation with the resistance were observed for 5 markers which were mapped at a large physical interval of 5.1Mb (T1212) to 46.4Mb (SSR237), indicating that genetic recombination was highly suppressed in this region. Cosegregation of these markers with Frl was confirmed by using 126 RILs. The results implied that, in contrast with the previously reported long arm, Frl is present on a pericentromeric region of short arm of Chr. 9, in which crossing-over is severely suppressed. The marker set was further tested on 12 FORL-resistance or susceptibility commercial cultivars. Unlike the biparental populations, frequent linkage break was observed for T1212 and D4 in commercial cultivars. T1212 and D4 showed 50% and 100% match with the phenotype, respectively. D4, a CAPS, was converted to a high resolution melting (HRM) marker and tested on 55 breeding lines from private seed companies (Fig.3). All breeding lines showed the HRM genotype for resistance allele, indicating that D4 can be useful for selecting FORL-resistance tomato plants.

NOx conversion efficiency of Cu-Zeolite SCR catalysts in diesel engines decreases as the catalyst aging progresses. In order to optimize the NOx conversion performance, it is necessary to apply various NH₃ storage amount suitable for degree of aging of the catalyst. In this study, sensitivity coefficient for SCR is derived and by using this coefficient, the amount of NH₃ storage can be calculated according to thermal load. Finally, the development of SCR aging factor for predicting NH₃ storage amount according to degree of catalyst aging was improved NOx conversion performance at real road driving exhaust gas test
Improving the Linearity of CMOS LNA Using the Post IM3 Compensator

In this paper, a new linearization method has been proposed for a CMOS low noise amplifier(LNA) using the Post IM3 Compensator. The fundamental operating theory of the proposed method is to cancel the IM3 components of the LNA output signal by generating another IM3 components, which are out-phase with respect to that of the LNA, from the Post IM3 Compensator. A single stage common-source LNA has been designed to verify the linearity improvement of the proposed method through 0.13 ㎛ RF CMOS process for WiBro system. The designed LNA achieves +7.8 ㏈m of input-referred 3<SUP>rd</SUP>-order intercept point (ⅡP3) with 13.2 ㏈ of Power Gain, 1.3 ㏈ of noise figure and 5.7 mA @1.5 V power consumption. IIP3 is compared with a conventional single stage common-source LNA, and it shows IIP3 is increased by +12.5 ㏈ without degrading other features such as gain and noise figure.

We propose a new structure of TFET to enhance the ‘on’ current of the TFET, which has been considered as a potential show stopper. By adopting a vertical gate overlapped with the source structure, we could increase the depth of the gate, thereby can increase the Ion (on current) of TFET. Simulation result shows that Ion of TFET with only 100nm gate depth is 3.11× 10<SUP>-6</SUP>A/㎛ at VGS=1.5V and VDS=1.2V, which can be enhanced by increasing the depth. The main source of the enhancement is the unique structure where the gate is overlapped with the heavy doped source vertically. Also, surprisingly low sub-threshold swing (S.S.) of 8.7mV/decade and on/off ratio of 10<SUP>9</SUP>are obtained due to its superior gate controllability than the conventional TFET.
Near-Infrared Detection Using Pulsed Tunneling Junction in Silicon Devices

<P>We exploit the potential of the pulsed tunneling bias condition in silicon junctions (the Zener junction and the drain surface junction in nMOSFETs) to detect near-infrared (NIR) photon signals. A combination of the Franz-Keldysh effect and avalanche multiplication with minimization of the thermal effect through a pulsed tunneling bias is found to provide infrared radiation sensitivities as high as 1.18 and 0.89 A/W at the wavelengths of 1310 and 1550 nm, respectively, in a Zener diode. The potential of the drain surface junction in MOSFETs to function as an NIR sensor is also investigated using a similar bias scheme.</P>

<P>To enhance the on-current (I-ON) of a tunneling field-effect transistor (TFET), we investigated the structures of a TFET with a recessed active (RA) region, known as the 'RA-TFET', using three-dimensional (3D) simulation. The analyzed structure is different from the recessed dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) channel in terms of the positions of the source and drain. The benefit of this structure is that the tunneling length remains unchanged as the depth increases so that the current can be easily scaled up, thereby maintaining the subthreshold slope (SS) and active area. Using an RA-TFET with a 100 nm Si depth, a 9.45 x 10(-7) A I-ON is achieved with a minimum SS of 35 mV/dec; in addition, we propose RA-TFET modifications to mitigate the ambipolar characteristics and reduce the capacitance between the gate and the drain (C-GD) by up to 40%. 유아교사의 놀이신념과 수업전문성 간의 관계에서 핵심역량의 매개효과

본 연구는 유아교사의 놀이신념과 수업전문성, 핵심역량의 관계를 확인하고 놀이신념과 수업전문성의 관계에 있어 핵심역량의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 Y시에 소재한 유치원 10곳과 어린이집 15곳에 근무하는 유아교사 315명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 통해 기술통계와 Pearson 적률상관분석을 산출하였으며, 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 놀이신념, 수업전문성, 핵심역량 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 핵심역량은 유아교사의 놀이신념과 수업전문성 관계에서 부분매개효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 2019 개정 누리과정에서 강조하는 놀이 중심 및 유아 중심 교육과정을 운영하기 위해 요구되는 유아교사의 수업전문성 증진을 위해서 유아교사의 놀이신념을 증진시킴과 동시에 핵심역량을 발달시킬 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to confirm the relationship between play beliefs, teaching expertise, and core competencies of early childhood teachers, and also to verify a mediating effect of their core competencies in relation to play beliefs and teaching expertise. The subjects of this study were 315 early childhood teachers working in 10 kindergartens and 15 daycare centers located in Y city. For the collected data, descriptive statistics and Pearson moment correlation analysis were calculated through the SPSS 25.0 program, and mediated regression analysis was performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between play beliefs, class expertise, and core competencies of early childhood teachers. Second, their core competencies showed the partial mediating effect on the relationship between early childhood teachers’ play beliefs and instructional expertise. These results suggest that it is necessary to enhance the play beliefs of early childhood teachers and develop core competencies at the same time in order to improve the teaching expertise of early childhood teachers required to operate the play-centered and infant-centered curriculum emphasized in the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum.
