        Exploring the Impact of Live Commercial Anchors on BusinessPerformance and Survival Strategy: Focusing on Resource Configuration and Environmental Choice 1

        Purpose – Through the analysis and research of different characteristics and related mechanisms of live commerce anchors, this paper aimed to help live commerce anchors to strengthen their characteristic advantages, beautify the live broadcast environment, improve resource allocation and enhance business performance, so as to help live commerce anchors to achieve better high-quality development. Research design, data, and methodology – This study was conducted by sample survey method on 361 live commercial anchors who have experience in using major online shopping malls for more than one year. Data analysis methods were frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Result – Hypothesis 1 through Hypothesis 5 were all supported. The results of this study suggest that professionalism and mutual entertainment of live commercial anchors have a significant impact on business performance, survival strategy, resource allocation and environment selection. The resource allocation and environment selection of live commercial anchors play a mediating role in the professionalism and mutual entertainment of live commercial anchors on business performance and survival strategy. Conclusion –The results implied that the professionalism and inter entertainment of live commercial anchors have a positive impact on business performance and survival strategy. In the new situation, live commercial anchors should further improve their professionalism and mutual entertainment, so as to achieve better development.

        Preparation, Structural Investigation and Thermal Decomposition Behavior of Two High-Nitrogen Energetic Materials: ZTO·2H2O and ZTO(phen)·H2O

        Two new high-nitrogen energetic compounds ZTO·2H2O and ZTO(phen)·H2O have been synthesized (where ZTO = 4,4-azo-1,2,4-triazol-5-one and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline). The crystal structure, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy are presented. Compound 1 ZTO·2H2O crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system with space group Pnna and compound 2 ZTO(phen)·H2O in the triclinic crystal system with space group P-1. In ZTO(phen)·H2O, there is intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the -NH group of ZTO molecule (as donor) and N atom of phen molecule (as acceptor). Thermal decomposition process is studied by applying the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermo thermogravimetric differential analysis (TG-DTG). The DSC curve shows that there is one exothermic peak in ZTO·2H2O and ZTO(phen)·H2O, respectively. The critical temperature of thermal explosion (Tb) for ZTO·2H2O and ZTO(phen)·H2O is 282.21 oC and 195.94 oC, respectively.

        Infrared-to-visible upconversion enhanced photothermal catalytic degradation of toluene over Yb3+, Er3+: CeO2/attapulgite nanocomposite: Effect of rare earth doping

        Developing low cost and efficient strategy to eliminate volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are quite urgent and challenging. Herein, CeO2 nanoparticles co-doped with Yb3+ and Er3+ were immobilized on attapulgite clay (ATP) for photothermal catalytic oxidation of toluene. The CeO2:Yb3+, Er3+/ATP exhibited outstanding catalytic activity with low T90 of 295 °C (temperature at 90% degradation), satisfactory stability and highly water resistance. The enhanced photothermal catalytic performance can be attributed to the optimal introduction of Yb3+ and Er3+, which promoted the up-conversion of near-infrared light (NIR) to visible light increasing the light utilization. The defects caused by Yb3+/Er3+ doping facilitated the adsorption of O2, while the active oxygen species generated from the defects and the photoinduced reactive species not only favored the oxidation of toluene in photothermal catalytic process, but also accelerated the reoxidation of reduced catalyst. Notably ATP support provided large specific surface area and abundant adsorption sites for toluene molecules to promote the deep oxidation and hindered the deactivation of catalysts caused by the accumulation of intermediates. In-situ DRIFTS test revealed that the alkoxide and benzoate appeared as the main intermediates, which can be deeply oxidized under light irradiation. Current work provides a new alternative for photothermal catalytic degradation of VOCs.

        Two mitogenomes in Gruiformes (Amaurornis akool/A. phoenicurus) and the phylogenetic placement of Rallidae

        Rallidae, with 34 genera including 142 species, is the largest family in the Gruiformes, the phylogenetic placement of this family was still in debate. The complete mitochondrial genomes (mitogenomes), with many advantageous characters, have become popular markers in phylogenetic analyses. We sequenced the mitogenomes of brown crake (Amaurornis akool) and white-breasted waterhen (Amaurornis phoenicurus), analyzed the genomic characters of mitogenomes in Rallidae, and explored the phylogenetic relationships between Rallidae and other four families in Gruiformes based on mitogenome sequences of 32 species with Bayesian method. The mitogenome of A. akool/A. phoenicurus was 16,950/17,213 bp in length, and contained 37 genes typical to avian mitogenomes and one control region, respectively. The genomic characters of mitogenomes in Rallidae were similar. The phylogenetic results indicated that, among five families, Rallidae had closest relationship with Heliornithidae, which formed a sister taxa to Gruidae, while Rhynochetidae located in the basal lineage. Within Rallidae, Rallina was ancestral clade. Gallirallus & Rallus and Aramides were closely related, Gallicrex & Amaurornis and Fulica & Gallinula had close relationships, and these two taxa formed a sister clade to Porphyrio & Coturnicops. Our phylogenetic analyses provided solid evidence for the phylogenetic placement of Rallidae and the evolutionary relationships among different genus within this family. In addition, the mitogenome data presented here provide useful information for further molecular systematic investigations on Gruiformes as well as conservation biology research of these species.

        Aeroelastic Simulation Using CFD/CSD Coupling Based on Precise Integration Method

        Aeroelasticity studies the interaction between the aerodynamic loads and the flexible structures, and has gained much attention in the design of modern aircraft. Most of the existing computational fluid dynamics/computational structural dynamics (CFD/CSD) coupling approaches are based on Runge–Kutta method, central difference method, linear multi-step method and so on, which are conditionally stable and are unsuitable for the stiff problem that requires a very small time step to solve. In this paper, the precise integration method (PIM) formula is derived for the structural modal equations and then the PIM-based CFD/CSD coupling method is presented. The three-dimensional AGARD wing 445.6 and a sweptback wing are considered here for aeroelastic studies. The flutter results demonstrate that the presented method is comparable in accuracy to the traditional strong coupling method and has better numerical stability property than some exiting improved methods. For the static aeroelastic analyses, applying a large damping ratio to the structural equations helps to obtain the equilibrium quickly but may lead to the stiff problem, which was seldom discussed before. The results show that the presented PIM-based coupling method can overcome the stiff problem arising in static aeroelastic systems and is more efficient than the traditional coupling approach based on Runge–Kutta method, especially when a large damping ratio is applied.

        Bi-Lipschitz property and distortion theorems for planar harmonic mappings with $M$-linearly connected holomorphic part

        Let $f=h+\overline{g}$ be a harmonic mapping of the unit disk $\mathbb D$ with the holomorphic part $h$ satisfying that $h$ is injective and $h(\mathbb D)$ is an $M$-linearly connected domain. In this paper, we obtain the sufficient and necessary conditions for $f$ to be bi-Lipschitz, which is in particular, quasiconformal. Moreover, some distortion theorems are also obtained.

        <▼1><P>Molecular-atomic layer deposition (MALD) is employed to fabricate hydroquinone (HQ)/diethyl zinc (DEZ) organic–inorganic hybrid semiconductor thin films with accurate thickness control, sharp interfaces, and low deposition temperature.</P></▼1><▼2><P>Molecular-atomic layer deposition (MALD) is employed to fabricate hydroquinone (HQ)/diethyl zinc (DEZ) organic–inorganic hybrid semiconductor thin films with accurate thickness control, sharp interfaces, and low deposition temperature. Self-limiting growth is observed for both HQ and DEZ precursors. The growth rate remains constant at approximately 2.8 Å per cycle at 150 °C. The hybrid materials exhibit n-type semiconducting behavior with a field effect mobility of approximately 5.7 cm<SUP>2</SUP> V<SUP>−1</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP> and an on/off ratio of over 10<SUP>3</SUP> following post annealing at 200 °C in nitrogen. The resulting films are characterized using ellipsometry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-Vis spectroscopy, transistor behavior, and Hall-effect measurements. Density functional theory (DFT) and many-body perturbation theory within the GW approximation are also performed to assist the explanation and understanding of the experimental results.       • Three-Port Laparoscopic Exploration is not Sufficient for Patients with T4 Gastric Cancer

        Gastric cancer continues to be a leading cause of cancer death. The majority of patients with gastric adenocarcinoma in China present with advanced disease. Ruling out unresectable cancers from an unnecessary "open" exploration is very important. The aim of this study was to assess the value of five-port anatomical laparoscopic exploration in T4 gastric cancer in comparison with three-port laparoscopic exploration and laparotomy exploration. We conducted a retrospective study on 126 patients with T4 stage scheduled for D2 curative gastrectomy based on computed tomography (CT) staging at Department of Gastric Cancer and Soft Tissue Sarcoma, Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center, from Apr. 2011 to Apr. 2013. Laparotomy exploration (Group I), three-port laparoscopic exploration (Group II) or five-port anatomical laparoscopic exploration (Group III) were performed prior to radical gastrectomy. Accuracy rate for feasibility of D2 curative gastrectomy in laparotomy exploration and five-port anatomical laparoscopic exploration groups was higher than that in the three-port laparoscopic exploration group. Five-port anatomical laparoscopic exploration group had the highest accuracy resection rate (Group I vs Group II vs Group III,92.6% vs78.6% vs 97.7%; p<0.05) and shorter length of hospitalization (Group I vs Group II vs Group III, $9.58{\pm}4.17$ vs $6.13{\pm}2.85$ vs $5.00{\pm}1.81$; p<0.001). Three-port laparoscopic exploration has low accuracy rate for assessing feasibility of D2 curative gastrectomy and five-port anatomical laparoscopic exploration should be performed on patients with T4 gastric cancer.

        Characterization of sacbrood virus and its infection in Apis cerana in the Qiandao Lake region in Zhejiang Province, China

        Chinese sacbrood virus (CSBV) is a disastrous virus that fatally threatens honeybees (Apis cerana) in China. Here, we identified the complete genome of CSBV using the rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) method and compared the obtained sequences with those of other SBVs through multiple sequence alignment. The results showed that the full-length of CSBV genome from Zhejiang Province (CSBV-ZJ) is 8824 bp and contains a single, large open reading frame (ORF) that encodes 2842 amino acids flanked by 190 nucleotides (nts) of the 5′-untranslated region (UTR) and 108 nts of the 3′-UTR. The multiple genome comparison showed that SBVs have five conserved domains and that CSBV-ZJ belong to SBV type II. The phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that the CSBV-ZJ strain was similar to the CSBV from Fuzhou (CSBV-FZ) strain. Colonies collected from most of the sampling sites in the area surrounding Qiandao Lake were carriers of CSBV. The haplotypes of the VP1 gene formed a network with radiated and reticular structures. In conclusion, this characterization of the CSBV-ZJ genome will help us understand the SBV prevalence mechanism and aid the protection of honeybees.
