      • Vocational Education Teacher Training System Based on Ecological Civilization Perspective

        Ecological civilization is the advanced form of the development of human civilization. In the perspective of ecological civilization system, the vocational education teacher training system has some problems, such as imbalance of individual, imbalance of population and imbalance of environment. To solve these problems, we should think beyond industrial civilization, follow the principle of ecological civilization, on the premise of constructing harmonious coexistence overpass, adhere to independent life, eliminate niche overlap, strengthen the awareness of cooperation and competition ability, to integrate internal and external resources based on "Internet +" technology, to create ecological environment in the aspects of individual, population and environment.

        A brain somatic RHEB doublet mutation causes focal cortical dysplasia type II

        Focal cortical dysplasia type II (FCDII) is a cerebral cortex malformation characterized by local cortical structure disorganization, neuronal dysmorphology, and refractory epilepsy. Brain somatic mutations in several genes involved in the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway are associated with FCDII, but they are only found in a proportion of patients with FCDII. The genetic causes underlying the development FCDII in other patients remain unclear. Here, we carried out whole exome sequencing and targeted sequencing in paired brain–blood DNA from patients with FCDII and identified a brain somatic doublet mutation c.(A104T, C105A) in the Ras homolog, mTORC1 binding (RHEB) gene, which led to the RHEB p.Y35L mutation in one patient with FCDII. This RHEB mutation carrier had a dramatic increase of ribosomal protein S6 phosphorylation, indicating mTOR activation in the region of the brain lesion. The RHEB p.Y35L mutant protein had increased GTPλS-binding activity compared with wild-type RHEB. Overexpression of the RHEB p. Y35L variant in cultured cells also resulted in elevated S6 phosphorylation compared to wild-type RHEB. Importantly, in utero electroporation of the RHEB p.Y35L variant in mice induced S6 phosphorylation, cytomegalic neurons, dysregulated neuron migration, abnormal electroencephalogram, and seizures, all of which are found in patients with FCDII. Rapamycin treatment rescued abnormal electroencephalograms and alleviated seizures in these mice. These results demonstrate that brain somatic mutations in RHEB are also responsible for the pathogenesis of FCDII, indicating that aberrant activation of mTOR signaling is a primary driver and potential drug target for FCDII.

        A novel multi-physics field optimization method for GaN HEMT circuit design

        A device modeling and topology design method suitable for high-power-density and high-temperature applicationare important to develop with the development of devices. A novel multi-physics analysis model based on GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) is proposed in this paper. The coupled electromagnetic and electrothermal model for GaN HEMT is beneficial to simulate a device's external characteristic waveform affected by different stray parameters in the surrounding. In addition, the proposed method can accurately reflect the switching loss and transient switching process of GaN HEMT.

        The Effects of Reflective Training on the Disposition of Critical Thinking for Nursing Students in China: A Controlled Trial

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of reflective trainings for nursing students on their critical thinking disposition. Methods: A total of 157 senior undergraduate nursing students sampled from Hainan Medical University in China participated in this study in 2014. They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group students were provided the reflective training during their entire 12-month clinical internship, whereas students in the control group were requested to keep their reflective diaries but without a formal training. Before and after the intervention, nursing students' critical thinking disposition was rated using the Chinese version of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI-CV). Results: Before the start of the intervention, the critical thinking disposition scores of the two groups had no significant differences. At the end of the intervention, it was found that the experimental students performed better in each subscale of CTDI-CV. These include the search for truth, open mind, analytical ability, systematic ability, critical thinking, self-confidence, curiosity, and cognitive maturity. By summing the scores of all categories, the results showed that the experimental group had a significantly higher total score than that of the control group (p ≤ .044). Evaluating the score difference in each function indicated that there was a range of improvements on the critical thinking disposition because of the reflective training intervention. Conclusion: Reflective training during the internship period improves nursing students' disposition of critical thinking and promotes their readiness for their clinical practices in the rapidly increasing demands of the healthcare field.

        Cultural Connotation and Developmental Status of Chinese Boccaro Tea Set

        Boccaro Teapot is one of the main carriers of tea culture in China. This paper introduces the material and its applied characteristics, modelling, development history, appreciation, and cultural connotation of boccaro tea sets.This article mainly introduced some classical works of Chinese boccaro artists. The production characteristics, display form and artistic connotation are recommended. Chinese boccaro teapots are both practical tea sets and works of art, they fully conveys the culture connotation of tea culture. The author thinks the main connotation of tea culture is to respect and tolerate, hopes people’s the positive attitude and wishes to create a harmonious happy life together. Since the advent of boccaro teapots, they are popular all over the world, especially loved and collected by people from mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan and Southeast Asian countries

        Improve coati optimization algorithm for solving constrained engineering optimization problems

        The coati optimization algorithm (COA) is a meta-heuristic optimization algorithm proposed in 2022. It creates mathematical models according to the habits and social behaviors of coatis: (i) In the group organization of the coatis, half of the coatis climb trees to chase their prey away, while the other half wait beneath to catch it and (ii) Coatis avoidance predators behavior, which gives the algorithm strong global exploration ability. However, over the course of our experiment, we uncovered opportunities for enhancing the algorithm’s performance. When confronted with intricate optimization problems, certain limitations surfaced. Much like a long-nosed raccoon gradually narrowing its search range as it approaches the optimal solution, COA algorithm exhibited tendencies that could result in reduced convergence speed and the risk of becoming trapped in local optima. In this paper, we propose an improved coati optimization algorithm (ICOA) to enhance the algorithm’s efficiency. Through a sound-based search envelopment strategy, coatis can capture prey more quickly and accurately, allowing the algorithm to converge more rapidly. By employing a physical exertion strategy, coatis can have a greater variety of escape options when being chased, thereby enhancing the algorithm’s exploratory capabilities and the ability to escape local optima. Finally, the lens opposition-based learning strategy is added to improve the algorithm’s global performance. To validate the performance of the ICOA, we conducted tests using the IEEE CEC2014 and IEEE CEC2017 benchmark functions, as well as six engineering problems.
