        A New Interfacial Model for Transverse Mechanical Properties of Unidirectional Fiber Reinforced Composites

        Transverse mechanical properties play an important role in the study of fiber reinforced composite materials. Anexperimental and numerical study on mechanical properties and damage behavior of unidirectional fiber reinforcedcomposites under transverse load is presented. The quasi-static tensile and compressive tests were carried out to obtainmechanical properties of unidirectional fiber reinforced composites under transverse tension and compression. The fracturemorphologies of the specimens were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to reveal their distinct damagemechanism. Considering the effects of interface, a new interfacial model is proposed. Two representative volume elements(RVEs) of basic and interfacial models are established for comparison analysis. The predicted results agree well with theexperimental data. The introduction of interfacial layer has little effect on the prediction of transverse modulus, but canimprove the accuracy of the predicted transverse strength. The fiber volume fraction has a great influence on the transversemechanical properties of unidirectional fiber reinforced composites. As the fiber volume fraction increases, its transversemodulus increases, but both the transverse strength and the ultimate strain decrease.

        Dual User Selection for Security Enhancement in Uplink Multiuser Systems

        <P>This letter proposes a novel dual user selection scheme for uplink transmission with multiple users, where a jamming user and a served user are jointly selected to improve the secrecy performance. Specifically, the jamming user transmits jamming signal with a certain rate, so that the base station (BS) can decode the jamming signal before detecting the secret information signal. By carefully selecting the jamming user and the served user, it makes the eavesdropper to decode the jamming signal with a low probability; meanwhile the BS can achieve a high receive signal-to-noise ratio. Therefore, the uplink transmission achieves the dual secrecy improvement by jamming and scheduling. It is shown that the proposed scheme can significantly improve the security of the uplink transmission.</P>

        Growth of centimeter-scale perovskite single-crystalline thin film via surface engineering

        Modern electronic and photonic devices rely on single-crystalline thin film semiconductors for high performance and reproducibility. The emerging halide perovskites have extraordinary electronic and photonic properties and can be synthesized via low cost solution-based methods. They have been used in a variety of devices with performance approaching or over the devices based on conventional materials. However, their solution based growth method is intrinsically challenge to grow large scale single-crystalline thin film due to the random nucleation and isotropous growth of the crystal. Here, we report the growth of centimeter-scale perovskite single-crystalline thin films by con‑ trolling the nucleation density and growth rate of the crystal under a spatially confined growth condition. The hydro‑ phobic treatment on substrates inhibits nucleation and accelerates the growth of single-crystalline thin film, provid‑ ing enough space for initial nucleus growing up quickly without touching each other. Single-crystalline perovskite thin-film with an aspect ratio of 1000 (1 cm in side length, 10 μm in thickness) has been successfully grown. The low trap density and the high mobility of the as-grown thin film show a high crystallinity. The photodetector based on the perovskite thin film has achieved a gain ~ 10 4 , benefitting from the short transit time of the carries due to the high mobility and thin thickness of the active layer. Our work opens up a new route to grow large scale perovskite singlecrystalline thin films, providing a platform to develop high- performance devices.

        사전 지식, 온라인 한류 문화체험, 국가 이미지가 한국유학의도에 미치는 영향: TPB 모델에 기초하여

        본 연구의 목적은 코로나 19 발생한 후 중국 유학자들의 한국유학의도, 특히 온라인 한류 문화체험이 유학생 유치에 대하여 어떤 영향을 주는지 확인하고자 한다. 본 연구는 과거의 사회과학연구에서 널리 사용되어온 계획행동이론에 기초하고 사전 지식, 온라인 한류 문화체험, 국가 이미지 등 3개 요소를 추가하여 중국에 소재하는 대학생 및 교사들을 대상으로 한국유학의도, 그리고 각 결정요인들 간의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 설문 조사 방식을 이용하여 2022년 11월 1일부터 2022년 12월 1일까지 중국 요녕성 안산사범대학교의 재학생 및 재직 중인 교직원을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사 방식을 이용하여 총 406개(385개 유효)의 설문지를 수집하였다. 연구 결과 온라인 한류 문화체험(K-pop, 영화, 드라마)은 국가 이미지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 국가 이미지는 한국유학의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사전 지식은 한국유학에 대한 태도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 한국유학의도에도 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국유학에 대한 태도, 한국유학의 주관적 규범, 한국유학의 지각된 행위 통제는 각각 한국유학의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 한국의 대학교 유학생 유치 정책의 설정, 그리고 한류 문화콘텐츠 산업에 종사하는 기업들에게도 유용한 전략적 방향을 제시해 줄 수 있다.

        2012년도에 행한 중국민사소송법의 개정은 중국 사회의 거대한 환경 변화를 배경으로 한 것이며, 이는 주로 사회민중의 보편적 요구와 민사소송상 나타난 새로운 문제의 출현에 따른 제도적 조정이다. 개정은 비교적 전면적이었으며 그 필요성과 실현 가능성이 인정되고 있다. 그러나 여전히 제도상의 미흡함이 존재하고 있으며, 최고인민법원의 사법해석을 통한 보완이 필요하다. 그리고 새로이 신설된 제도나 내용도 실천상의 검증이 요구되고 있다. In 2012, an amendment to Civil Procedure Law was issued by the NPC Standing Committee of China as a result of great change in social context and new problems in trial practice. The amendment is overall, and most of it is necessary and feasible. However, there are still some chances left to the judicial interpretation by the Supreme People’s Court, and new systems to the test of trial practice.

        Sublimable materials facilitate the TEM sample preparation of oil-soluble nanomaterials

        Sample preparation is significantly important to the high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) characterization of nanomaterials. However, many general organic solvents can dissolve the necessary organic polymer support layer in TEM grid, which causes it difficult to obtain high-quality samples of oil-soluble nanomaterials. In this study, a new sample preparation method for oil-soluble nanomaterials has been developed by using the sublimable material as a transition layer. Experiments also show that there is no damage to TEM grids and high-quality HRTEM images can be obtained via this method. This approach paves the way to applicable HRTEM sample preparation of oil-soluble nanomaterials.

        실현(實現)담보(擔保)물권(物權)질서적(程序的)실천문제(實踐問題)여(與) 처리(處理)

        담보물권절차의 실현은 2012년 중국 개정 「민사소송법」에서 신설한 내용이 고, 그 목적은 「물권법」에서 정한 담보물권의 실현문제를 명확하게 규정하여 실체법과 절차법의 유효한 연결을 완성하는 데에 있다. 담보물권의 실현을 위 하여, 2015년 최고인민법원은 사법해석으로 입법규정을 세부화하고 구체화 하였다. 그러나 실무에서는 법률에서 규정하지 않은 경우가 있어서, 이론적으로 파악하고 처리방안을 제기할 필요가 있다. 이 논고에서는 담보물권절차의 실 현하는 데에 있어서, 법률구제, 비(非)소송절차와 소송절차간의 조화 및 파산 관리인의 취소권의 행사문제를 다루면서 사법실무와 입법보완에 유익한 참고로 되기를 기대한다. In order to define the procedure to realize the security interest stipulated in the Property Law, the Procedure of Realizing Security Interest was added to the Civil Procedure Law in 2012, that achieved the interlinking of the substantive law and the procedural law. In 2015, The Supreme People``s Court specified and improved the Procedure of Realizing Security Interest in the judicial interpretation to the Civil Procedure Law. But there are still many practical issues on which no rules can be applied, thus theoretical study is necessary for certain solutions. For the sake of, this paper discusses the legal remedy in the Procedure of Realizing Security Interest, the interlinking of contentious procedure and non-contentious procedure, and the exercise of the right to rescind by bankruptcy trustee concerning the Procedure of Realizing Security Interest.

      • Network Analysis of microRNAs, Genes and their Regulation in Mantle Cell Lymphoma

        The pathogenesis of mantle cell lymphoma, a special subtype of lymphoma that is invasive and indolent and has a median survival of 3 to 4 years, is still partially unexplained. Much research about genes and miRNAs has been conducted in recent years, but interactions and regulatory relations of genetic elements which may play a vital role in genesis of MCL have attracted only limited attention. The present study concentrated on regulatory relations about genes and miRNAs contributing to MCL pathogenesis. Numerous experimentally validated raw data were organized into three topology networks, comprising differentially expressed, associated and global examples. Comparison of similarities and dissimilarities of the three regulating networks, paired with the analysis of the interactions between pairs of elements in every network, revealed that the differentially expressed network illuminated the carcinogenicity mechanism of MCL and the related network further described the regulatory relations involved, including prevention, diagnosis, development and therapy. Three kinds of regulatory relations for host genes including miRNAs, miRNAs targeting genes and genes regulating miRNAs were concluded macroscopically. Regulation of the differentially expressed miRNAs was also analyzed, in terms of abnormal gene expression affecting the MCL pathogenesis. Special regulatory relations were uncovered. For example, auto-regulatory loops were found in the three topology networks, key pathways of the nodes being highlighted. The present study focused on a novel point of view revealing important influencing factors for MCL pathogenesis.

        Growth hormone and receptor gene mutations in Chinese Banna miniature pig

        The Banna miniature pig (BNMP) is a representative miniature pig breed in China. Even though BNMP dwarfism is obvious, its underlying causative mutations remain unknown. In this study, the BNMP and Large White pig (LWP) serum growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) levels were detected by ELISA and compared. BNMP serum IGF-1 levels were significantly lower than LWP levels (P<0.05). The miniature condition may arise from mutations in the GH and GH receptor (GHR) genes. Therefore, GH and GHR cDNA from the BNMP were cloned into a pMD18-T vector by RT-PCR using the total RNA obtained from the BNMP's pituitary and liver tissues. Sequencing results indicated that the open reading frame of the BNMP GH gene is composed of a 26-residue signal peptide and a 191-residue mature peptide. The coding sequence of the BNMP GHR gene contained 639 amino acids, including a signal peptide that is 18 amino acids long. Two amino acid substitutions, A09V and R22Q, were found in the signal peptide of the GH gene. Additionally, the S104P mutation was found in the BNMP's mature GH protein. Four mutations in the cytoplasmic domain of GHR may influence the downstream signal transduction of GHR, which needs further experimental evidence.

        In Vitro and In Vivo Studies of Different Liposomes Containing Topotecan

        Liposome as a carrier of topotecan (TPT), a promising anticancer drug, has been reported in attempt to improve the stability and antitumor activity of TPT. However, the biodistr ibution pattern of TPT liposome in vivo and PEG-modified liposome containing TPT have not been studied systemically. In this paper, the in vitro stability and in vivo biodistribution behavior of several liposomes containing TPT with different lipid compositions and PEG-modification were studied. Compared with the 'fluid' liposome (S-Lip) composed of soybean phosphatidylcholine (SPC), the 'solid' liposome (H-Lip) composed of hydrogenated soybean phosphatidylcholine HSPC decreased the leaking efficiency of TPT from liposome and enhanced the stability of liposome in fetal bovine serum (FBS) or human blood plasma (HBP). The results of biodistribution studies in S$_{180}$ tumor-bearing mice showed that liposomal encapsulation increased the concentrations of total TPT and the ratio of lactone form in plasma. Compared with free TPT, S-Lip and H-Lip resulted in 5- and 19- fold increase in the area under the curve (AUC$_{0\rightarrow\propto}$), respectively. PEG- modified H-Lip (H-PEG) showed 3.7-fold increase in AUC$_{0\rightarrow\propto}$ compared with H-Lip, but there was no significant increase in t$_{1/2}$ and AUC$_{0\rightarrow\propto}$ for PEG-modified S-Lip (S-PEG) compared with S-Lip. Moreover, the liposomal encapsulation changed the biodistribution behavior, and H-Lip and H-PEG dramatically increased the accumulation of TPT in tumor, and the relative tumor uptake ratios were 3.4 and 4.3 compared with free drug, respectively. There was also a marked increase in the distribution of TPT in lung when the drug was encapsulated into H-Lip and H-PEG. Moreover, H-PEG decreased the accumulation of TPT in bore marrow compared with unmodified H-Lip. All these results indicated that the membrane fluidity of liposome has an important effect on in vitro stability and in vivo biodistribution pattern of liposomes containing TPT, and PEG-modified 'solid' liposome may be an efficient carrier of TPT.
