In the context of triple play Ominimedia is not just the simple combination of various media, but the aggregation of all media with different features, communication power and influences, and the interaction and mutual fusion among media of different forms and functions. This paper, based on the development trend of triple play, focused on the theme of Ominimedia, studied the traditional media development strategies to Ominimedia and analyzed in detail the strategies of cloud, tube, end and content aggregation. At the same time it explored the strategies for Ominimedia core competitive strength improvement from multiple dimensions of 3D media, communication channel, AirSharing and brand operation with the expectation of offering references to Ominimedia globalization in the context of triple play.
Study on Tag, Trust and Probability Matrix Factorization Based Social Network Recommendation
( Zhigang Liu ),( Haidong Zhong ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2018 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.12 No.5
In recent years, social network related applications such as WeChat, Facebook, Twitter and so on, have attracted hundreds of millions of people to share their experience, plan or organize, and attend social events with friends. In these operations, plenty of valuable information is accumulated, which makes an innovative approach to explore users’ preference and overcome challenges in traditional recommender systems. Based on the study of the existing social network recommendation methods, we find there is an abundant information that can be incorporated into probability matrix factorization (PMF) model to handle challenges such as data sparsity in many recommender systems. Therefore, the research put forward a unified social network recommendation framework that combine tags, trust between users, ratings with PMF. The uniformed method is based on three existing recommendation models (SoRecUser, SoRecItem and SoRec), and the complexity analysis indicates that our approach has good effectiveness and can be applied to large-scale datasets. Furthermore, experimental results on publicly available Last.fm dataset show that our method outperforms the existing state-of-art social network recommendation approaches, measured by MAE and MRSE in different data sparse conditions.

Utilizing a computer-aided simulation approach, this work studies the impacts of different inter-stop transport distances on the transport efficiency evaluated by the transport time cost intensity of a typically composed Chinese freight train hauled by representative types of locomotives in view of different target speeds. It is found that the decelerated decrease of the transport time cost intensity with improving the target speed is much traded off by decreasing the stop-spacing especially below approximately 20.00 km. Moreover, the decrease of the inter-stop transport distance especially shorter than about 20.00 km obviously increases the transport time cost intensity in an accelerated way for the same target speed. Such a trend is more apparent when the target speed becomes relatively high. Therefore, it is suggested that the inter-stop transport distance of a freight train ought to be over 20.00 km for relatively high transport efficiency.

Temperature dependence of dark conductivity and photoconductivity has been studied in amorphous InSb thin films in the temperature range of 120―300 K. The experimental data suggest that conduction in the high temperature range occurs in the extended states; conduction in the intermediate temperature range is due to thermally assisted tunneling of charge carriers in localized states near the band edge; while conduction in low temperature range takes place through variable range hopping of charge carriers in the localized states near the Fermi level. The temperature dependence of photoconductivity shows that the temperature region is divided into two regions. Moreover the result of intensity dependence of steady state photoconductivity indicates that bimolecular recombination at high temperatures and monomolecular at low temperatures in amorphous InSb thin films.
Effect of phosphorus deficiency on erythrocytic morphology and function in cows

The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of phosphorus (P) deficiency on the morphological and functional characteristics of erythrocytes in cows. Forty Holstein-Friesian dairy cows in mid-lactation were randomly divided into two groups of 20 each and were fed either a low-P diet (0.03% P/kg dry matter [DM]) or a control diet (0.36% P/kg DM). Red blood cell (RBC) indices results showed RBC and mean corpuscular hemoglobin decreased while mean corpuscular volume increased significantly (p < 0.05) in P-deficient cows. Erythrocyte morphology showed erythrocyte destruction in P-deficient cows. Erythrocytes’ functional characteristics results showed total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin concentrations and aspartate transaminase and alanine transaminase activity levels in the serum of P-deficient cows were significantly higher than those in control diet-fed cows. Activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in erythrocytes were lower, while the malondialdehyde content was greater, in P-deficient cows than in control diet-fed cows. Na+/K+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase activities were lower in P-deficient cows than in control diet-fed cows; however, Ca2+-ATPase activity was not significantly different. The phospholipid composition of the erythrocyte membrane changed and membrane fluidity rigidified in P-deficient cows. The results indicate that P deficiency might impair erythrocyte integrity and functional characteristics in cows.
Fascia Suture Technique Is a Simple Approach to Reduce Postmastectomy Seroma Formation
Yizi Cong,Jianqiao Cao,Guangdong Qiao,Song Zhang,Xinjie Liu,Xiaoming Fang,Haidong Zou,Shiguang Zhu 한국유방암학회 2020 Journal of breast cancer Vol.23 No.5
Purpose: Seroma formation is a common complication in breast cancer patients undergoing mastectomy, and it negatively affects patient recovery after surgery. The present study aimed to evaluate a simple method using fascia suture technique to fix the flap and reduce the incidence of seroma. Methods: A single-center, prospective, randomized controlled trial was carried out among 160 patients who had undergone mastectomy from May 2018 to September 2019. All patients were randomly divided into the fascia suture group (n = 80) or control group (n = 80) and were followed up for at least 3 months for the assessment of immediate and late complications after surgery. Results: No significant differences were observed between the 2 groups with regard to the basic characteristics. Duration of surgery in the fascia suture group was longer by about 6 minutes compared with that in the control group (114.93 ± 13.67 minutes vs. 108.81 ± 15.20 minutes, p = 0.008). The fascia suture group had a shorter duration of drain placement (10.99 ± 3.26 days vs. 13.85 ± 5.37 days, p < 0.001), a smaller volume of the total drainage (460.95 ± 242.92 mL vs. 574.83 ± 285.23 mL, p = 0.007), and the first 3-day drainage (224.96 ± 101.01 mL vs. 272.3 ± 115.47 mL, p = 0.006), compared with the control group. The incidence of seroma formation (G2 or G3) was significantly lower in the fascia suture group compared with the control group (28.8% vs. 12.5%, p = 0.033). Besides, there was no statistical difference between the 2 groups in the assessment of other complications, including postoperative pain, hematoma, surgical site infections, flap necrosis, and skin dimpling (all p > 0.050). Conclusion: The fascia suture technique is a simple and effective method for reducing seroma formation and should be used to prevent seroma formation after mastectomy.
