        Existence and multiplicity of solutions for nonlinear Schr\"{o}dinger-Kirchhoff-type equations

        In this paper, we consider the following Schr\"{o}dinger-Kirch\-hoff-type equations \[ \left[a+b\left(\int_{\mathbb{R}^{N}}(|\nabla u|^{2}+V(x)|u|^{2})dx\right)\right][-\Delta u+V(x)u]=f(x,u), ~~\mbox{in}~ \mathbb{R}^{N}. \] Under certain assumptions on $V$ and $f$, some new criteria on the existence and multiplicity of nontrivial solutions are established by the Morse theory with local linking and the genus properties in critical point theory. Some results from the previously literature are significantly extended and complemented.

        Experimental Study on Shear Behavior of Precast Concrete Segmental Beams with Hybrid Tendons and Dry Joints

        A series of tests were carried out on nine specimens to improve the understanding of the shear behavior of precast concrete segmental beams (PCSBs) with hybrid tendons and dry joints. The influences of the tendon layout (hybrid tendons and external tendons), shear span ratio, and joint type (monolithic joints, and dry joints) on shear behavior of PCSBs were experimentally studied. The test results indicated that hybrid tendons slightly improved the shear strength and stiffness of PCSBs with dry joints compared to external tendons. The shear strengths of PCSBs with hybrid tendons and dry joints reduced with an increasing shear span ratio. Compared to monolithic beams with hybrid tendons, the dry joints slightly decreased the shear strength and enhanced the nonlinear behavior of PCSBs with hybrid tendons. The shear strengths of PCSBs and monolithic beams can be conservatively predicted by the AASHTO, Chinese code, and British Standard. The strut-and-tie model of prestressing force can accurately estimate the shear strengths of all the beams.

        中国传统书画是以传统文化为素材所创作的书法、绘画作品,其除了具有书画的艺术特色以外,还蕴含了丰富的传统文化内涵,是传统文化现代化发展的重要形式。在企业的现代化发展过程中,管理文化建设是一项必要性的内容,不仅影响到企业自身的文化内涵,而且在凝聚企业发展力、创新力等方面都发挥着至关重要的价值。从表面上看,传统书画与现代企业管理文化之间并没有太大的关联性,但如果以传统文化为中介来对二者之间的关系进行梳理就会发现,中国传统书画中所包含的传统文化是现代企业管理文化建设中赖以需要的文化资源,也是强化现代企业管理文化建设的重要方式。尤其是在当前中国十分注重世界一流企业培育的背景下,如何通过传统书画来赋予企业管理文化以新的内涵和发展路径,是实践过程中高度关注的内容。 As an important carrier of Chinese traditional culture, the rich cultural connotation of Chinese traditional calligraphy and painting is the key resource in the process of modern enterprise management culture construction. For the development of enterprise management culture, how to enrich the path and achievement of cultural development with the help of the art form of traditional calligraphy and painting, and how to strengthen the soft power of enterprise development are the key issues to be paid attention to and solved. Based on the deep analysis of the relationship between traditional calligraphy and painting and modern enterprise management culture, this paper clarifies the problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture and the functions of traditional painting and calligraphy in the development of modern enterprise management culture. And the art of Chinese calligraphy and painting in the enterprise In order to deepen the development of traditional calligraphy and painting art and modern enterprise management culture, the innovative application of industry management culture is put forward.

        Real-Time Prediction Model for Infrared Characteristics of Turbofan Engine

        To improve the infrared stealth performance of the engine, an infrared characteristics real-time prediction model suitable for the overall design/control system simulation of small bypass ratio turbofan engine with typical exhaust system structure was developed. First, the accuracy and calculation speed of the model was proved to meet the requirements after comparing with CFD results; Then, the influence of the cycle parameters on the infrared characteristics was analyzed by the model. Steady-state numerical simulations were carried out for different flight missions, and the variation law of the engine infrared characteristics in the flight envelope was obtained. Finally, the dynamic response of infrared characteristics in transient state was studied. The results show that the infrared radiation intensity in the afterburner state increased by 1–2 orders of magnitude compared with the cruise state; The response speed of lateral infrared radiation intensity was basically consistent with that of thrust, while the response of backward infrared radiation intensity lagged greatly. Some useful implications from this study include turbofan overall optimized design and performance seeking control.

        The investigation of a new fast timing system based on DRS4 waveform sampling system

        In the study of nuclear structure, the fast timing technique can be used to measure the lifetime of excitedstates. In the paper, we have developed a new fast timing system, which is made up of two LaBr3:Cedetectors and a set of waveform sampling system. The sampling system based on domino ring samplerversion 4 chip (DRS4) can digitize and store the waveform information of detector signal, with a smallervolume and higher timing accuracy, and the waveform data are performed by means of digital waveformanalysis methods. The coincidence time resolution of the fast timing system for two annihilation 511 keVg photon is 200ps (FWHM), the energy resolution is 3.5%@511 keV, and the energy linear response in thelarge dynamic range is perfect. Meanwhile, to verify the fast timing performance of the system, the152Gd-21þ state form bþ decay of 152Eu source is measured. The measured lifetime is 45.3(±5.0)ps, veryclose to the value of the National Nuclear Data Center (NNDC: 46.2((±3.9)ps). The experimental resultsindicate that the fast timing system is capable of measuring the lifetime of dozens of ps. Therefore, thesystem can be widely used in the research of the fast timing technology.

      • New receipt-free voting scheme using double-trapdoor commitment

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>It is considered to be the most suitable solution for large scale elections to design an electronic voting scheme using blind signatures and anonymous channels. Based on this framework, Okamoto first proposed a receipt-free voting scheme <ce:cross-ref refid='b0150'>[30]</ce:cross-ref> for large scale elections. However, in the following paper, Okamoto <ce:cross-ref refid='b0155'>[31]</ce:cross-ref> proved that the scheme <ce:cross-ref refid='b0150'>[30]</ce:cross-ref> was not receipt-free and presented two improved schemes. One scheme requires the help of the parameter registration committee and the other needs a stronger physical assumption of the voting booth. In this paper, we utilize the double-trapdoor commitment to propose a new receipt-free voting scheme based on blind signatures for large scale elections. Neither the parameter registration committee nor the voting booth is required in our scheme. We also present a more efficient zero-knowledge proof for secret permutation. Therefore, our scheme is much more efficient than Okamoto’s schemes <ce:cross-refs refid='b0150 b0155'>[30,31]</ce:cross-refs> with the weaker physical assumptions. Moreover, we prove that our scheme can achieve the desired security properties.</P>

      • A Theoretical Framework on Logistics Outsourcing Performance Appraisal

        The wroldwide usage and importance of logistics outsourcing has grown dramatically over the last decades and will continue to do so, so clearly understanding the drivers of logistics outsourcing performance is critical knowledge for managers to have in today"s competitive business environment. In earlier time, firms aiming purely at cost reductions in the logistics outsourcing arrangement but now they emphasize other aspects. In this paper, by analyzing the benefits and risks of logistics outsourcing, we propose a method of how to make the decison of finding the optimal outsourcing scopes with respective firm. Based on the discussion of KSF and KPI of logistics outsourcing, we develop a logistics outsourcing performance appraisal system from the perspective of balance scorecard. We also address the challenges, future trends and some additional research needs in this area.

      • Push-out tests on demountable high-strength friction-grip bolt shear connectors in steel–precast UHPC composite beams for accelerated bridge construction

        Steel–precast ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) composite beams with demountable high-strength frictiongrip bolt (HSFGB) shear connectors can be used for accelerated bridge construction (ABC) and achieve excellent structural performance, which is expected to be dismantled and recycled at the end of the service life. However, no investigation focuses on the demountability and reusability of such composite beams, as well as the installation difficulties during construction. To address this issue, this study conducted twelve push-out tests to investigate the effects of assembly condition, bolt grade, bolt– hole clearance, infilling grout and pretension on the crack pattern, failure mode, load–slip/uplift relationship, and the structural performance in terms of ultimate shear strength, friction resistance, shear stiffness and slip capacity. The experimental results demonstrated that the presented composite beams exhibited favorable demountability and reusability, in which no significant reduction in strength (less than 3%) and stiffness (less than 5%), but a slight improvement in ductility was observed for the reassembled specimens. Employing oversized preformed holes could ease the fabrication and installation process, yet led to a considerable degradation in both strength and stiffness. With filling the oversized holes with grout, an effective enhancement of the strength and stiffness can be achieved, while causing a difficulty in the demounting of shear connectors. On the basis of the experimental results, more accurate formulations, which considered the effect of bolt–hole clearance, were proposed to predict the shear strength as well as the load–slip relationship of HSFGBs in steel–precast UHPC composite beams.

        Gradient Parameter Estimation of a Class of Nonlinear Systems Based on the Maximum Likelihood Principle

        This paper studies the maximum likelihood identification problems of the bilinear-in-parameter outputerror systems with colored noise. A hierarchical maximum likelihood gradient-based iterative (H-MLGI) algorithm, a filtering hierarchical maximum likelihood gradient-based iterative (F-H-MLGI) algorithm and a filtering hierarchical maximum likelihood multi-innovation gradient-based iterative (F-H-ML-MIGI) algorithm are developed for a bilinear-in-parameter output-error system by using the data filtering technique and multi-innovation identification theory. The analysis shows that compared with the H-MLGI algorithm, the F-H-MLGI algorithm can improve the parameter estimation accuracy. Additionally, the F-H-ML-MIGI can give more accurate parameter estimates than the F-H-MLGI algorithm and can track time-varying parameters based on the dynamical window data. The performances of the proposed identification algorithms are illustrated through simulation example.
