Gang Yuan,Rui-zhi Sun,Yong Xiang,Yin-xue Shi 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.10 No.2
In order to achieve the interconnection between different workflow management systems, it was proposed that all the distributed workflow systems would be encapsulated as web services to perform the entire business process collaboratively by the way of processes’ composition in this paper. By analyzing the comparison between the composition of processes and ordinary Web service, we studied interactive control, the parameters required to be passed through the distributed workflow systems, the workflow system service’s interfaces and its packaging. Furthermore we put forward a general method of the workflow systems interactive interfaces’ extension and the way of the workflow service’s encapsulating and invoking. By this approach, it can easily combine the processes or process fragments which deployed on different workflow systems without other agents and components. It also provides support for the interconnection of the workflow systems in distributed environment, and ultimately achieves a coordinated operation between different workflow engines.

Amorphous materials have the advantages of high permeability and low core losses. Their application in the motor can reduce the energy consumption and improve the efficiency. To investigate the advantage of amorphous materials on the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) at lower speed situation, three 1.5 kW motors used in steering pumps of electric vehicles are analyzed and compared. Two prototypes and the experimental platform are built. The experimental results indicate that the efficiency of the PMSM motor with amorphous materials increases by 1.4 % at 1200 rpm, which shows that amorphous materials can also improve the motor performance at lower speed. To further take advantage of amorphous materials, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the dimensions of amorphous motor and the efficiency is increased by 0.54 %.

CeO2–CuO catalyst prepared by citric acid method was investigated for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3. The activity of the CeO2 catalyst was enhanced about 8–27% in the temperature range of 125–225 ℃ at a space velocity of 28,000 h 1 by the addition of Cu. It was found that the state of Cu species had great impact on the SCR performance of CeO2–CuO catalyst. Cu2+ can enhance the low temperature activity of SCR reaction, while CuO would promote NH3 oxidation before SCR reaction at high temperature, which would cause the decrease of its high temperature SCR activity.

CeO2/Al2O3 catalysts prepared by three methods were investigated for selective reduction of NO with NH3. It was found that the catalyst prepared by the single step sol–gel method had the best SCR activity and SO2 resistance performance. From the results of BET, XRD, TPD and TPR, it can be concluded that large surface area, strong interaction, highly dispersed nano-crystalline ceria, high NH3 adsorption capacity and good redox ability might be the main reasons for the excellent performance of CeO2/Al2O3catalyst prepared by the single step sol–gel method.

Purpose: The universal organic solvent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)can be used as a differentiation inducer of many cancer cells andhas been widely used as a solvent in laboratories. However, itseffects on breast cancer cells are not well understood. The aimof this study is to investigate the effect and associated mechanismsof DMSO on mouse breast cancer. Methods: We appliedDMSO to observe the effect on tumors in a mouse breast cancermodel. Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) were tested byflow cytometry. Ex vivo tumor microenvironment was imitated by4T1 cultured cell conditioned medium. Enzyme-linked immunosorbentassays were performed to detect interleukin (IL)-10 andIL-12 expression in medium. To investigate the cytotoxicity ofDMSO on TAMs, 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazoliumbromide (MTT) assays were performed. Results: We foundthat DMSO produced tumor retardation when injected into mouseperitoneal cavities in a certain concentration range (0.5–1.0 mg/g). Furthermore, as detected by flow cytometry, TAM subtypeswere found to be transformed. We further imitated a tumor microenvironmentin vitro by using 4T1 cultured cell conditionedmedium. Similarly, by using low concentration DMSO (1.0%–2.0% v/v), TAMs were induced to polarize to the classically activatedmacrophage (M1-type) and inhibited from polarizing intothe alternatively activated macrophage (M2-type) in the conditionedmedium. IL-10 expression in tumors was reduced, whileIL-12 was increased compared with the control. Furthermore, wereported that 2.0% (v/v) DMSO could lead to cytotoxicity in peritonealmacrophages after 48 hours in MTT assays. Conclusion:Our findings suggest that DMSO could exert antitumor effects in4T1 cancer-bearing mice by reversing TAM orientation and polarizationfrom M2- to M1-type TAMs. These data may providenovel insight into studying breast cancer immunotherapy.

The snakehead fish, Channa siamensis, belongs to the genus of Channa (perciformes: Channidae) and was first reported by Günther in 1861. Despite it has been described approximately for 15 decades, the genetic information is limited and the taxon status of this kind of fish is still unclear. The primary objective of this study is to get more genomic data and calculate the taxon location of this kind of fish. The next generation sequencing method was used to obtain the whole mitochondrial DNA information, and bioinformatic analysis was performed to investigate the evolutionary status and taxon location of C. siamensis. The circular mitochondrial DNA was 16,570 bp in length, and which showed typical piscine structure and arrangement. The overall nucleotide composition was 29.28% A, 24.72% T, 30.71% C, 15.29% G, with 54.1% AT, respectively. Phylogenetic analyses using concatenated amino acid and nucleotide sequences of the 13 protein-coding genes with two different methods (Maximum likelihood and Bayesian analysis) both highly supported C. siamensis belongs to the genus Channa and shows a close relationship with C. micropeltes. These data will provide more useful information for a better understanding of the mitochondrial genomic diversities and evolution in fish as well as novel genetic markers for studying population genetics and species identification.
A Multi-group Multi-agent System Based on Reinforcement Learning and Flocking
Gang Wang,Jian Xiao,Rui Xue,Yongting Yuan 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2022 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.20 No.7
In this paper, we present an inter-group confrontation and intra-group cooperation method for a predator group and prey group, and construct a multi-group multi-agent system. We model the motion of the prey group using the flocking control algorithm. The prey group can cooperatively avoid predators and maintain the integrity of the group after the predators have been detected. The autonomous decision-making of the predator group is implemented based on the distributed reinforcement learning algorithm. To efficiently share the learning experience among agents in the predator group, a distributed cooperative reinforcement learning algorithm with variable weights is proposed to accelerate the convergence of the learning algorithm. Simulations show the feasibility of this proposed method.

Distant hybridization between rice species and their genome interactions have become the hot points of genetic research. The new formed hybrid was unstable and many of the alien chromosomes would be excluded out in the meiosis procedure. In this study, we investigated the phenomenon that the monosomic alien addition lines (MAALs) of Oryza officinalis (CC)–Oryza sativa (AA)inherited in the genomic and cytoplasmic environments of cultivated rice. In a series of backcross programs, every time the MAALs were backcrossed with the recurrent parent Hejiang19, we get a portion of the backcross progenies that were similar to the female parent MAALs in morphological characters (with rolled leaves) and chromosome constitutions (2n+1). The monosomic alien chromosome exhibited stable inheritance in the genomic and cytoplasmic environments of cultivated rice. Molecular biology and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)analyses on mitotic cells showed that the alien chromosomes in MAALs were inclined to be transferred integrated into the backcross progenies with rolled leaves and no big fragments of alien chromosomes introgressing into the chromosomes of cultivated rice. By FISH analysis on the meiotic cells, we proved that the single alien chromosome performing nonstandard meiosis and behaving like a dispensable genetic factor, which would be the cytological reasons for the stable inheritance of alien chromosomes.
