        택시 운행 중 상태변화에 대한 자율적 의사결정을 위한 퍼지 에이전트

        본 논문에서는 상태변화에 대한 자율적 의사결정을 하는 퍼지논리를 이용한 에이전트의 구현을 택시에 적용 하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 인공 지능 이론을 기반으로 한 실시간 반응형 에이전트를 통하여 인공 지능적으로 운행하는 자동차에 대해서 실험을 하였다. 실시간 반응형 에이전트를 구성하기 위한 추론방식으로는 max-product 기법과 n개 퍼지 규칙들 또는 연관들 ($A_l,\;B_l),\;{\ldots}(A_n,\;B_n$)을 가지는 상황을 고려하여 비퍼지화 작업을 수행하여 중심값을 추출하여 추론 작업을 실행하였다. In this paper, we apply software agents, which use fuzzy logic and make autonomous decisions according to state transitions, to car driving environment. We carry out an experiment on artificial intelligent car driving in terms of real-time reactive agents. Inference techniques for constructing real-time reactive agents consider the settings with max-product inference, n-fuzzy rules, and n-associatives ($A_l,\;B_l),\;{\ldots}(A_n,\;B_n$). Then we perform defuzzification processes, extract a central value, and work out inference processes.

        폐경여성의 호르몬치료와 운동효과와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to review the published research on the relationship between both hormone replacement and exercise with regards to common cardiovascular disease(CVD) risk factors and the relative importance of each. Following menopause, women show an increased vasomotor symptoms over 50%, and osteoporosis, hot flash, sweating, palpitation, anxiety. CVD elevated risk is thought to be at least partly, to change in blood lipid and fibrinogen levels. The major reason is primarily a deficiency in estrogen. Intervention may be justified since estrogen replacement therapy has been shown to decrease the risk of developing CVD and many of the CVD risk factors. The addition of progestogen to estrogen may negate some of the beneficial changes of estrogen, most notably the increase in HDL cholesterol leavels. The results vary from study to study. Thus, there are contradictory effect (both positive and negative) of hormone replacement on CVD risk factors in women. Increased regular cardiorespiratory exercise is thought to improve the risk profile, mainly through an increase in HDL cholesterol levels and decreases in triglycerides and fibrinogen.

        노인 여성의 한국무용 참여정도에 따른 기능체력, 신체조성 및 혈중지질 비교

        The purpose of this study was to find the effect of the korean dance in elderly women by comparing on functional fitness, body composition and blood lipids. In this study, the subjects were 54 women who were over the age of 65. They were classified into three groups, the A group(n=20) who have regularly participated in korean dance for more than three years, the B group(n=18) who have regularly participated in korean dance for more than six months less than one year, and the C group(n=16) who never exercised regularly. The statistical techniques were utilized in this; ANOVA and Scheffe test was used in Post-hoc analysis. The results of this study were as followed; First, in the comparison within the each group on the functional fitness, the A group was significantly higher than the other two groups in lower-body strength, aerobic endurance. The A group and B group were significantly higher than the C group in upper-body strength, lower-body strength, aerobic endurance, lower-body flexibility, upper-body flexibility, agility and dynamic balance. Second, in the comparison within the each group on the range of motion, the A group and B group were significantly higher than the C group in wrist joint curve·stretch reflex, shoulder joint curve·stretch reflex and hip joint curve·stretch reflex, but no significant differences were found between A group and B group. Third, in the comparison within the each group on the body composition, the A group was significantly higher than the other two groups in LBM, and A group was significantly lower than C group in % body fat, but higher in % LBM, and no significant differences were found among three groups in the TBF and BMI. Forth, in the comparison within the each group on the blood lipids, the A group was significantly lower than C group in T-C and LDL-C, but no significant differences were found among three in the other factors. In conclusion, we can define the korean dance as a field of sports for all, and it will be proposed as activation plan of life-long physical exercise for the elderly people`s healthy life. In addition, comparison between korean dance and other sports will be required for finding out more precise effect of korean dance in further studies.

        복합운동프로그램이 유아의 체력 및 ALP, CT, PTH에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was investigate and finding the effects of combined exercise program on physical fitness and Bone Metabolism Indicators(ALP, CT, PTH). B Gwangyuck-si D kindergarten infants who are blow 6 aged were tested exercising 45 minutes one time, 3 times a week during total 12 weeks. The first cycle(1~4 weeks) exercised amount of 55~64% HRR, second cycle(5~12 weeks) was 65~75HRR. The date from this study were analyzed using Two-way repeated measures ANOVA. The following result were obtained from the study; As to change in physical fitness within each group, the exercise group showed a significant increase in all variables including muscular endurance, flexibility, explosive strength, agility, but the exercise group did not show a significant increase in Balance. As to change in Bone metabolism within each group, the exercise group showed a significant increase in all variables including alkaline phosphatase, calcitonin, parathyroid hormone. The effects of combined exercise program interacted children`s flexibility, explosive Strength, alkaline phosphatase, calcitonin and regarded positive for their growth development and bone health improvement. More research as following the children`s age and bone mineral density be needed.

        복합운동프로그램이 경증치매여성노인의 일상생활활동 및 기능적 체력에 미치는 영향

        This study is to know that combined exercise program impacts on cognitive function of elderly women with mild dementia and Activities of Daily living(ADL) and Functional fitness. It was conducted from september to december 2008. The exercise program was conducted for the 14(EG: 7, CG: 7) people[They were elderly women with mild dementia] who were visiting to the dementia center which located in Busan B Women`s University for 12 weeks(2 times a week, 1 time 35-40 minutes). The change of ADL in this study improved statistically meaningfully pre movement(EG: 14.14±1.07pt, CG; 13.57±0.98pt) and post exercise(EG; 12.71±0.05pt, CG; 13.71±1.11pt). There was an interaction effect between group and period according to the factor, showing the effect of exercise. we had measurements following these. The lower leg muscular strength and muscle endurance measurements pre exercise(EG: 11.00±3.42, CG; 12.86±1.35) and post exercise(EG; 14.14±2.34, CG; 12.43±1.40). The upper leg muscular strength and muscle endurance measurements pre movent(EG; 13.71±1.CG, CG; 14.86±1.77) and post exercise(EG; 17.07±1.73, CG; 14.00±1.63). The lower leg muscular Flexibility measurements pre movement(EG; 8.50±3.53, CG; 8.50±3.53) and post exercise(EG; 54±3.86, CG; 7.49±3.55). The upper leg muscular Flexibility measurements pre movement(EG; 8.41±5.46, CG; 7.86±5.87) and post exercise(EG; 4.56±4.66, CG; 19.43±5.72). Agility and movement balance measurements pre movement(EG; 12.63±3.65, CG; 12.57±3.07) and post exercise(EG; 10.74±3.67, CG; 12.59±3.88), Heart and lung endurance measurements pre movement(EG; 49.29±6.40, CG; 57.00±9.85) and post exercise(EG; 71.14±5.46, CG; 54.29±6.58). There was an interaction effect between group and period according to the factor, showing the effect of exercise. As above, Measurement of these changes represents improvements in general and has a positive meaning. The result of comparing the changes of functional fitness pre and post rehabilitation exercise for elderly women with mild dementia in B dementia center, was improved statistically significantly.

        유산소운동이 여자 아동의 뇌세포 생성 관련인자에 미치는 영향

        운동은 신경의 생성, 적응, 보호 기능을 통해 뇌 기능 및 생성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 유산소운동은 뇌신경 성장인자(GH, IGF-1, estrogen, serotonin)를 변화시키는 것으로 보고되었다. 본 연구는 여자 아동의 뇌기능 발달 및 뇌세포 생성 유도인자의 유산소운동 효과를 알아보고자 유산소운동 프로그램에 따른 뇌신경 성장인자(GH, IGF-1, estrogen, serotonin)의 변화를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 반복측정 분산분석에 의해 운동군과 대조군의 평균을 비교한 결과 유산소운동은 집단간 유의한 차이를 보이며 체중, BMI, 체지방량, 체지방률을 감소시켰으며, 제지방률을 증가시켰다. 또한 뇌신경 성장인자인 serotonin을 감소시켰으며, GH와 IGF-1을 증가시켰다. 본 연구결과 유산소운동 프로그램이 아동의 체중, BMI, 체지방, 체지방률 감소와 제지방률 증가에 효과적이다. 또한 serotonin이 운동 후 감소된 결과를 볼 때 유산소운동 프로그램이 아동의 중추피로 감소에 효과적이며, GH, IGF-1의 운동 후 증가된 결과를 볼 때 유산소운동이 아동의 뇌기능 발달 및 뇌세포 생성 유도에 긍정적인 프로그램임을 알 수 있다. Exercise can favorably influence brain plasticity by facilitating neurogeneration, neuroadaptivity, and neuroprotection. Aerobic exercise has been reported to change brain nerve growth factors (growth hormone, insulin like factor-1, estrogen and serotonin). The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the effects of aerobic exercise for 12 weeks on brain nerve growth factors in girls. Fourteen female participants in elementary school grades 1 through 3 were randomly allocated to the exercise group (EG, n=6) and control group (CG, n=8). The EG participated in 60 minutes of modified ballet exercise as aerobic training three days a week for 12 weeks. Based on comparison between groups by two-way ANOVA with repeated measures, aerobic exercise program participants experienced decreased weight (p<0.01), BMI (p<0.01), fat mass (p<0.001), fat percent (p<0.001) and increased LBM (lean body mass) percent (p<0.001). In addition, we detected that aerobic exercise decreased the level of serotonin (p<0.05) and increased the level of GH (p<0.05) and IGF-1 (p<0.05). These findings suggest that aerobic exercise programs can be an efficient intervention to change body composition, alleviate central fatigue, improve brain function, and induce brain cell proliferation in girls.

      • 폐경기 여성을 위한 운동중재의 소고

        본 연구는 폐경기 여성의 운동중재를 통한 문헌적 고찰을 분석하여, 운동중재가 건강관련 변인들과 신체기능 향상에 도움을 주는 이론적 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 골밀도, 신체조성, 혈중지질, 근력, 성호르몬, 동맥탄성력, 심박수변화율, 에 초점을 맞춘 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 폐경기 여성을 위한 운동 강도는 평균 60-75% HRmax, RPE 11-13 정도며 운동 빈도는 주3-5회, 운동시간은 40-60분, 운동중재 기간은 보편적으로 12주였고, 저 강도 보다 중강도 혹은 이상일 때 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 골밀도 향상에는 중강도 이상의 유산소 운동과 근력운동이, 신체조성과 혈중지질에서는 중강도 혹은 고강도, 복합운동이 걷기보다 효과적이었다. 근력은 중강도가 적합하며, 편측성 보다 양측성 근력 운동이 더 효과적 이었다. 호르몬 대사는 저 강도 보다는, 중강도에서, 장기간 실시가 효과가 있었다. 동맥탄성의 향상은 에너지 소비량이 같을 시 유산소운동의 강도에 영향을 받지 않았고, 심박수 변화율은 적정수준의 에너지소비량과 중강도 운동에서 유의한 변화를 보였다. 결론적으로 운동중재를 통해 폐경기증상과 생리적 신체변인 들이 개선되고 향상되는데 긍정적인 효과를 보였다.

Thus the permament is defined like the determinant except it`s easier because we don`t put a+or-in front of each term according to the parity of the corresponding permutation. However this change form the determinant makes the permament hard to compute.
