        Taxonomic Review of the family Platygastridae (Hymenoptera: Platygastroidea) from the Korean Peninsula

        A total of 41 species were investigated, including only one species in the check list of Korean insects, which contains five platygastrids. Eleven species of the family Platygastridae are described as new to science from Korea, viz. Allostemma bicolor Buhl & Choi, Amblyaspis koreana Choi & Buhl, Leptaeis koreana Buhl & Choi, L. ocellaris Choi & Buhl, Platygaster ciliata Buhl & Choi, P. flavifemorata Buhl & Choi, P. kui Choi & Buhl, P. tripotini Buhl & Choi, Synopeas eollinus Choi & Buhl, S. kimi Choi & Buhl, and S. pumilus Buhl & Choi. Further nineteen species are recorded from The Korean Peninsula for the first time, and some new records are added for eleven species, already known from the Peninsula. Keys are given to the genera and species of Platygastridae hitherto recorded from The Korean Peninsula. As a result, platygastrid fauna of The Korean Peninsula is composed of 68 species up to now.

        압축성 코드에서 예조건화 코드로의 이진

        이차원 범프 유동에 대한 다양한 예조건화 행렬의 수렴 특성을 살펴 Choi와 Merkle의 예조건화 행렬을 선택하여, 압축성 및 예조건화 Roe의 Riemann 해법의 수치 소산항을 수학적으로 비교하였다. 이 결과 코드의 구조는 동일하게 유지한 채, 고유치의 작은 수정만으로 압축성 해법을 예조건화 해법으로 이전할 수 있는 방법을 알 수 있었다. 아울러 점성 유동 영역에서의 안정성 및 정확성을 향상시키기 위하여 von Neumann 안정 조건 및 점성 자코비안을 고려하였으며, 개발된 코드는 표준 검증 문제에 적용하여 검증을 수행하였다. Comprehensive mathematical comparison of numerical dissipation vector was made for a compressible and the preconditioned version Roe's Riemann solvers. Choi and Merkle type preconditioning method was selected from the investigation of the convergence characteristics of the various preconditioning methods for the flows over a two-dimensional bump. The investigation suggests a way of migration from a compressible code to a preconditioning code with a minor changes in Eigenvalues while maintaining the same code structure. Von Neumann stability condition and viscous Jacobian were considered additionally to improve the stability and accuracy for the viscous flow analysis. The developed code was validated through the applications to the standard validation problems.

      • 유기농 및 관행 재배 벼 미강의 항산화 활성 분석

        To compare antioxidant activities between organic and conventional cultivation of rice bran, three kinds of rice species-Hopum, Hopyeong, and Yungwang-were selected and cultivated in Chonnam province. After cultivation, rice bran was extracted with 70% methanol and analyzed protective activity against oxidative stress induced-cell death and antioxidant activities such as inhibition of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and lipid peroxidation in hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells. When HepG2 cells were treated with three kinds of rice bran extracts for 24 h and followed by the treatment of 1 mM H2O2, organic Hopum and Hopyeong rice bran showed the higher protective activities against oxidative stress induced-cell death than their conventional cultivated rice brans. Yungkwang rice bran did not showed the difference between organic cultivation and conventional cultivation. Organic Hopum, Hopyeong, and Yungkwang rice bran extracts reduced the intracellular ROS generation induced by 1 mM H2O2 more efficiently than their conventional-cultivated rice bran extracts. However, tested rice bran extracts did not show the strong protective effects on lipid peroxidation. From the study, organic Hopum and Hopyeong rice bran extracts showed the higher antioxidant activities than their conventional cultivations and these results indicate that even though phytonutrient contents of rice bran were not measured, significant difference between two cultivation practices were evident.

      • 중·고등학생의 인터넷 중독수준에 따른 정신건강 및 학교적응의 차이

        Abstract This study is to find out the difference of mental health and school adaptation according to internet poisoning of junior and senior high school students, and the studyresults are as follows. First, it was found that the internet poisoning level of junior high school students is higher in all subordinate factors than that of senior high school. Second, regarding the difference of self among mental health according to inter-net poisoning level of junior and senior high school students, it was found that the higher the internet poisoning level, that is, the closer to internet poisoning stu-dents, the more problems were in emotion sell, learning self, coping self, body self. As to the difference among mental health, it was found the more the students used internet, the higher the degree of affect, neurosis, somaticization, acting, etc. Lastly, regarding the difference of social support among mental health, it was found that the lower the internet poisoning level, the more the students think that they receive more support from their families, friends and relatives. Third, in the difference of school adaptation according to internet poisoning level of junior and senior high school students, it was found that the higher the internet-poisoning level of students, the more difficult were they in adapting themselves to school life. Especially, the higher the internet poisoning level, the more difficult were they in all the subordinate factors of school adaptation. So, it was revealed that the more exposed to internet students, the more student failed in adapting to school where they stayed for the longest time, In conclusion, it was found that there was a difference in mental health and school adaptation according to internet poisoning level, and the closer to internet poisoning, the more difficulties they suffer in mental health and school adaptation. Therefore, it seems urgent to develop treatment or a prevention program for them.

        효과적인 공문서 바로쓰기 교육을 위한 교재 구성 방안

        공문서 작성법 교육은 교육 여건상 제약으로 인해 학습에 효과적인 교재 마련이 시급하다. 지금까지 다양한 종류의 교재가 발간되었으나 학습 효과의 측면에서 평가해 보았을 때 교재 구성에 아쉬움이 많았다. 본 논문에서는 최홍열 외(2013)와 최홍열?최윤(2014)에서 얻은 자료를 토대로 학습과 강의에 좀 더 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 공문서 작성법 교재의 구성 방안을 알아보았다. 본 논문에서 논의한 것과 같이 오류 빈도와 중요도를 바탕으로 교재를 구성하고 기존에 발간된 교재를 참고하고 개선한다면 더욱 효과적인 교재를 개발할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 이후 연구 사업을 통해 마련될 자료를 바탕으로 소통성 평가에 따른 세부 항목을 추가하여 교재를 구성한다면 더욱 효과적인 교재 구성 방안을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. Due to a range of constraints, there is an acute shortage of effective teaching materials associated with a method of writing official documents. In fact, a variety of teaching materials have been published for many years. However, none of them has led to noticeable education effect because of their structures. Based on data collected from prior research (Choi et al., 2013; Choi, H.Y. & Choi, Y., 2014), the current study discusses a way to create a teaching material that can be utilized effectively for lectures and other learning environments. As discussed in this study, it is important to take into consideration the frequency and significance of errors and improve previously published textbooks in order to develop a more effective teaching material. Moreover, if the communicative competence of official documents is assessed in further research projects and resulting details are included appropriately, it will be possible to design an influential teaching material.

      • A Study on Loading Arm Envelope and Alarm Setting according to Ship Movement

        This study was carried using the new approach method to design appropriately the Loading Arm length and the alarm setting according to ship movements on Loading and Unloading marine Berth. The quasi-static mooring analysis was performed to estimate 110,000DWT ship's movements based on environmental conditions such as wind, current and wave. The mooring motion of the ship is very important to determine the loading arm scope, and in this case, the operation condition is performed on the ship without considering the damaged condition of the mooring line because the ship movement in case of damage is larger than intact, and all operations are stopped, the loading arm being released due to control system. From the result of mooring analysis, motion displacements, velocities and accelerations were simulated. They were used to simulate the maximum drifting speeds and distances. The maximum drifting speeds were checked to be satisfied within drifting speed limits. The total maximum drifting distances were simulated with alarm steps of the new approach method. Finally, the loading arm envelopes using the total maximum drifting distances were completed. Therefore, it was confirmed that the new approach method for loading arm envelopes and alarm settings was appropriate from the above results. In the future, it will be necessary to perform the further advanced dynamic mooring analysis instead of the quasi-static mooring analysis and to use the precise computer program analysis for various environments and ship movement conditions.
