      • 비선형상태피드백을 이용한 송전용 무효전력보상기의 제어시스템 설계

        This paper describes a control system design for the transmission STATCOM by applying a no-linear state feedback, and the performance analysis of the control system by simulations and scaled-model experiments. A mathematical model for the STATCOM was derived using a 3-phase equivalent circuit and a perturbation state equation with respect to a typical operating point. A transfer function to describe the dynamics of STATCOM was derived by considering non-linear state feedback. A controller design was completed by anaylzing the feedback system stability with bode plot and root locus methods. The performance analysis of the conceived control system was verified by simulations with the EMTP and experiments with scaled model, assuming that the STATCOM is connected to an 154kV transmission system. The results show that the conceived control system has excellant performance to control the reactive power of the transmission system.

      • 4각덕트의 입구영역에서 난류진동유동의 유동특성에 관한 연구

        The flow characteristics of developing turbulent oscillatory flow are investigated experimentally in the entrance region of a square duct (40 ㎜ X 40 ㎜ and 4,000 ㎜). Experimental results of mean velocity profiles, turbulence intensity and entrance length are measured by using a hot-wire anemometer system together with data acquisition and processing systems. For turbulent oscillatory flow, the turbulent components in the velocity waveforms increase as the dimensionless transverse position approaches the wall. Velocity distribution are not change fully developed region. Inflow and outflow are nearly symmetrical form in the fully developed region such as x/D_h≥40. Turbulence intensity increases as the dimensionless transverse position increases from the center to the wall of the duct, and is slightly smaller in the accelerating phase than in the decelerating phase for the developing turbulent oscillatory flows. The entrance length of the turbulent oscillatory flow is about 40 times as large as the hydraulic diameter in the present experimental conditions.

      • 交感丹 煎陽液이 心臟機能에 미치는 影響

        The present experiments were designed to investigate the effects of Kyogamdan(交感丹) water extract on the Heart Functions. The inhibitory effects of Kyogamdan on the contractility of cardiac muscle and ATPase activities were analyzed with Physiogram and enzyme Kinetics. 1. Kyogamdan water extract decreased the contractility of ventricular muscle with the increased concentration of Kyogamdan extract. 2. The (Mg^++ -Ca^++) -ATPase activity decreased with the increased concentration of Kyogamdan EXTRACT, AND THE VALUES OF Ki and Km were 0.1 and 2.2 respectively. 3. The cerebral cell membrane(Na^+ -K^+)-ATPase activity increased with the increased concentration of Kyogamdan extract. 4. Verapamil (calcium antagonist )also inhibits the (Mg^++ -Ca^++)-ATPase and thus Kyogamdan was suggested to act as a blocking agent on the calcium active transport. 5. Electric Shock induced the abnormal secretion of AST, CK and LDH, however, the oral administration of Kyogamdan extract recovered the abnormal release of the enzymes. From the above results, it was suggested that the effects of Kyogamdan on the heart act as a stabilizer against stress.

      • 溫膽湯 煎湯液이 家兎의 心血管系에 미치는 影響

        The present experiments were designed to investigate the effects of Ondamtang water extract(Ondamtang) on the blood circulation, bile acid secretion and mental tension in normal and hyperlipidemia induced rabbits. In order to control the precise chemical and physical conditions, the experimental rabbits were supplied with calorie limited food, and the hyperlipidemia rabbits were induced by oral administration of cholesterol(500㎎/㎏) for 3 weeks. The results obtained were summerized as follows: 1. Ondamtang increased the bile secretion and serum bile acid level in rabbits. 2. Bile solution decreased the blood pressure after injection through the ear vien in rabbits. 3. The blood pressure was decreased after injecting Ondamtang through the ear vein. And it was also decreased after oral administration of Ondamtang for 5 days. 4. The decrease of blood pressure was not dependant on the autonomic nervous system. 5. Ondamtang activated the Mg^2+ -Ca^2+ -ATPase activity of cardiac indoplasmic reticulum, and thus inhibited the cardiac muscle contraction. 6. Ondamtang stimulated the dilatation of the peripheral blood vessel. 7. Ondamtang decreased the serum creatinine level by stimulating the renal filtration and thus it increased the kidney function in hypelipidemia rabbits. 8. Ondamtang decreased the arteriosclerosis index by effecting the metabolism of cholesterol and lipid in hypdrlipidemia induced rabbits. 9. Ondamtang inhibited the Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase activity of the cerebral cortex, and decreased the sensitivity of the electrical shock. According to the above results, Ondamtang improved blood circulation by dilatation the capillary lumen and decreasing in blood viscosity, promoted bile acid secretion, inhibited the nerve transmission, and relieved the mental tension.

      • 導痰湯이 家兎의 高脂血症 및 血栓症에 미치는 影響

        The present experiment was designed to investigate the effects of Dodamtang(導痰湯) on the hyperlipidemia and intravasculr coagulation induced rabbits. In order to control the precise condition, the experimental rabbits were sypplied with calorie limited food. The hyperlipidemia was induced by oral administration of cholesterol(500㎎/㎏) for 4weeks and the intravascular coagulation was induced by indotoxin injection(0.15㎎/㎏). The therapeutic effects of Dodamtang (250㎎/㎏ and 500㎎/㎏) on the lipid metabolism, histological changes of fat deposition in tissues, and the FDP were studied. The results were summurized as followings : 1. The food efficiency rate was decreased significantly with the increased concentration of Dodamtang. 2. The concentration of the serum glucose and total lipid decreased significantly with the increased concentration of Dodamtang. 3. The arteriosclerosis index for phospholipid (triglyceride/phosphokipid) decreased with the increased concentration of Dodamtang. 4. The concentration of the serum total cholesterol, free cholesterol and the arteriosclerosis index for HDL-cholesterol(LDL, VLDL-chloesterol/HDL-cholesterol) decreased with the increased concentration of Dodamtang. 5. The concentration of the serum total protein decreased significantly with the increased concentration of Dodamtang, however, the metabolic rate of albumin/globulin increased with the increased concentration on Dodamtang. 6. The concentration of the serum creatinine decreased significantly with the increased concentration of Dodamtang. 7. The activities of GOT, GPT, and LDH decreased significantly with the increased concentration of Dodamtang. 8. The fat deposition in tissues decreased significantly with the increased concentration of Dodamtang. 9. The concentration of FDP decreased significantly with the increased concentration of Dodamtang. According to the above results, Dodamtang is assumed to have a curative effects against hyperlipidemia and intravascular coagulation.

      • 溫膽湯 煎湯液이 心臟機能에 미치는 影響

        The present experiment was designed to investigate the effects of Ondamtang(溫膽蕩) on the heart function. And thus the blood preassure and heart rate were measured after injecting the drug and bile. In order to understand the action mechanism of the Ondamtang on the cardiac muscle cell, Mg^2+ -Ca^2+ -ATPase activity and Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase activity at the presence of the drug were also measured. The results were obtained as follows : 1. Ondamtang decreased the blood pressure in the anesthetic rabbits. 2. It seems that Ondamtang doesn't stimulate the antonomic nerves for decreasing the blood pressure and heart rate. 3. Ondamtang activated the Mg^2+ -Ca^2+ -ATPase activity of cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum, therefore Ca2+ ions of sarcoplasm reticulum were concentrated into the membrane system. 4. Ondamtang inhibited the Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase activity of brain cortex nerve cell. 5. Bile injection decreased the blood pressure and heart rate. According to the above results, Ondamtang inhibits the cardiac muscle contraction and nerve conduction, on the other hand the drug changes the bile content and thus decreases the blood pressure.

      • 三黃瀉心湯이 ACONITINE 投與 흰쥐의 血壓 및 血淸 酵素活性度에 미치는 影響

        In order to study the effect of Samhwangsasimtang(三黃瀉心湯) on the blood pressure and serum enzyme(LDH, CPK, GOT and GPT) activities of the rats treated with aconitine, this experiment was conducted. Experimental groups divided into four groups, Normal, Control, Sample I and sample Ⅱ. The control group treated with aconitine by 0.05㎎/㎏ I.P. injection. The sample groups treated with aconitine same as control and administrated 6mg/100g(Sample I) and 60mg/100g(Sample Ⅱ) of Samhwangsasimtang extract. The blood pressure and rectal temperature measured at pre-treat(0), 30, 60, 120 and 180 mins after the aconitine injection and the serum LDH, CPK, GOT and GPT activities evaluated by biochemically. The results were obtained as follows: 1. In changes of the blood pressure the 6mg/100g of Samhwangsasimtang was not effective, and the 60mg/100g of Samhwangsasimtang was significantly effective on the changes of blood pressure induced by aconitine at 30, 60 and 120 mins after administration. 2. In changed of the rectal temperature, the 6mg/100g of Samhwangsasimtang was not effective, and the 60mg/100g of Samhwangsasimtang was significantly effective on the increase of rectal temperature induced by aconitine at 60mins afer administration. 3. In serum LDH activity, and inhibitory effect was shown by the 6mg/100g of Samhwangsasimtang, and significant inhibitory effect was shown by the 60mg/100g of Samhwangsasimtang on the increase of serum LDH activity induced by aconitine. 4. In serum CPK activity, and inhibitory effect was shown by the 6mg/100g and the 60mg/100g of Samhwangsasimtang on the increase of serum CPK activity induced by aconitine. 5. In serum GOT activity, the 6mg/100g of Samhwnagsasimtang was not effective, and an inhibitory effect was shown by the 60mg/100g of Samhwangsasimtang on the increase of serum GOT activity induced by aconitine. 6. In serum GPT activity, the 6mg/100g and the 60mg/100g of Samhwangsasimtang were not effective on the increase of serum GPT activity induced by aconitine.

      • 점유후 평가(Post-Occupancy Evaluation:POE)를 통한 대학 공공시설의 건축계획연구 : 성균관대학교 자연과학캠퍼스의 학생회관과 도서관의 조사 POE

        The purpose of this thesis is to study the theory of Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE) and its application to existing buildings. POE is the process of evaluationg building in a systematic and rigorous manner after they have been built and occupied for some time. POE's focus on building occupants and their needs, and thus provide insights into the consequences of past design decisions and the resulting building performance. In this study, with recognizing the importance and usefulness of POE, two buildings were evaluated according to the process of POE that are the liberary and the student center at Natural Science Campus, Sung Kwun Kwan University. The resultant lessons learned from this POE will provide a line of achieving better building utilization for two buildings and be u sed to set up criteria useful to design similar buildings in the future.

      • 레반다이어트 식품섭취가 비만여성의 신체구성성분, 혈중 렙틴 및 지질수준에 미치는 영향

        This study was to varify the effects of levan diet administration on body composition, blood leptin level and lipids components (TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C) in obese women during 8 weeks. The subjects of study were divided into 20-29year group (n=15) and 30-39year group (n=15) randomly selected. Administration of Levan Diet in this study was 2 times (breakfast, lunch or dinner) per day, 11tablets per 1times. Statistical method for data processing produced mean and SD of total variable. To analyze difference between groups and periods had executed 2? ANOVA. This study was given conclusion as follows: First, systolic blood pressure showed decrease after administration of levan diet in 30-39years, but it was not statistically significant. Second, body weight and %fat gradually decreased according to the application period of levan diet administration in 20-29years and 30-39years, and it was statistically significant (p<.05). Third, blood leptin level and blood lipid levels (TC, TG, LDL-C) showed decrease after administration of levan diet in 20-29years and 30-39years, but it was not statistically significant. In conclusion, this study shows that the administration of levan diet play a positive role as assistant diet. Therfore, levan diet administration should be recommended as ergogenic aids for these who do obese adults.

      • 油壓曲管路에서 非定常流의 壓力降下에 관한 硏究

        The pressure props of coiled tubes were studied experimentally with hydraulic oil Gulf Harmony 32 for unsteady flows. In addition, friction factors are investigated as function of Curvature ratio(a/R), Reynolds number (Re), Dean number(De), and frequency parameter(α). The three coils were used with curvature ratio (a/R) of O.1, O.04, and O.02, and the total length of coiled tube is 11.3m, respectively. The experimental results are obtained as follows; 1). Pressure drops of straight tubes agree with Hagen-Poiseuille fomula. 2). Ratio of friction factors (fc/fs) is more than 1, and increases with Reynolds number. 3). Friction factor increases as curvature ratio (a/R) and number of coil are higher. 4). The ratio of friction factor (fc/fs) is higher when frequency parameter is of about 2∼3.
