본 연구는 아이스플랜트의 기능성 소금 대체제로서의 가능성을 조사하고자 천연 및 정제소금과의 NaCl, D-pinitol, 총 페놀, 총 플라보노이드 및 DPPH 라디칼 소거능에 대한 기초자료를 비교 조사하였다. 아이스플랜트 동결건조분말의 NaCl 함량을 분석한 결과 19%이었고 D-pinitol의 함량은 777 mg/100 g으로 천일염 및 정제염에 비해 NaCl 함량은 유의적으로 낮으나 D-pinitol을 함유하고 있어 건강기능성에는 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 아이스플랜트 동결건조분말의 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량은 각각 115 mg/100 g 및 985 mg/100 g을 함유하고 있어 DPPH라디칼 소거능의 항산화효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 아이스플랜트 분말의 bioactive compound을 함유한 대체 소금 천연소재로서 가능성을 확인한 기초 연구를 제공하였다. This study investigated the suitability of freeze-dried ice plant (Mesembryanthemum crystallinum) as the source of an edible healthy salt alternative by examining the content of NaCl, D-pinitol, total phenols, total flavonoids, and DPPH radical scavenging activity compared with those of natural and purified salts. Our results showed that the NaCl content of freeze-dried ice plant, natural and purified salts was 19, 94 and 99%, respectively. The D-pinitol content of freeze-dried ice plant was 777 mg/100 g, whereas D-pinitol was not detected in either natural or purified salts. The total phenol and flavonoid contents of freeze-dried ice plant were 115 mg GAE/100 g and 985 mg RE/100 g, respectively. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of freeze-dried ice plant was markedly higher than that of natural and purified salts. Altogether, these results show that freeze-dried ice plant contains both NaCl and bioactive compounds and can be used as a source of edible salt with positive health effects.

This paper is intended to improve the educational process in the Department of Electronic Engineering of the College of Industrial Education. A new curriculum is organized based on analysis of social demands in the electronic industries and the curricula of technical high schools. The conclusions are summarized as follows ; 1. The major subjects are structured in the three specialized courses in terms of electronics, communication, and computer. 2. Lab and practice are emphasized by increasing the credit hours up to 140% compared with the current curriculum.

본 연구에서는 코스피 상장 비금융기업 729개를 대상으로 주채무계열 제도가 Tobin’s Q로 측정된 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 패널 고정효과 모형과 이중차분법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 샘플기간은 2003년부터 2019년으로 설정하되, 패널 고정효과 모형의 경우 금융위기가 본격화한 2009년, 주채무계열 제도의 운영방식에 주요 변화가 있었던 2013년을 기준으로 구분한 3개 기간에 대해 분석을 시도하였다. 실증분석 결과 주채무계열 편입 여부는 3기간 모두에서 기업가치에 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 채권단 주도의 기업 구조조정이 본격화된 2010년부터 2013년까지의 기간에 주채무계열 여부가 기업가치에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 아울러 이중차분법을 활용하여 주채무계열 신규 지정 이후 그렇지 않은 기업과의 기업가치의 차이가 양(+)의 방향으로 유의미하게 확대됨을 알 수 있었다. 이는 주채무계열 제도에서 주채무계열 기업의 이해관계자가 납득할 만한 수준에서 채권은행의 모니터링 강화가 이루어지고 필요시 해당 기업에 자금지원이 가능하다는 측면에서 은행 모니터링의 긍정적 영향이 부각됨을 보여준다. This study analyses the effect of the main debtor group system in South Korea on corporate value of firms in main debtor groups. For identification, we exploit a sample of 729 KOSPI-listed non-financial firms for the period from 2003 to 2019. By the panel regression with fixed-effects, we find that the firms in the main debtor groups get higher corporate values at significant levels than those not in the groups. In particular, the impact of the inclusion in the main debtor groups was the greatest during the period (2010~2013) when the bank-driven restructuring was vigorously conducted. The difference-in-difference estimation also shows that the difference of the corporate values between the firms in the main debtor groups and those not in the groups is significantly extended in the positive direction after newly joining the main debtor groups. The results suggest that the positive impact of strict monitoring of the banks can be highlighted because the firms in the main debtor groups may have benefits from enhancing the monitoring at a level acceptable to their stakeholders and enabling emergency funding.
임신중독증 환자의 혈청 철 및 총철결합능 농도에 관한 임상적 연구

임신중독증환자에서 혈청 철 및 총철결합능의 농도를 측정하고 정상임부의 그것과 비교 관찰함으로서 임신중독증의 조기진단에 대한 임상적 적응가치를 평가하고저 본 연구를 시행하였다. Preeclampsia is one of the most common causes of maternal mortality, but the etiological factor is still obscure. And so, clinical parameters for predicting this desease have been required because early diagnosis of this disease is important. In order to evaluate clinical application, serum iron concentration and serum total iron binding capacity were studied in groups of women suffered from mild and severe preeclampsia, and compared with normal pregnant controls. The results were as follows : 1.The mean serum iron concentration of preeclampsia group and normal pregnant controls was 114.3±80.2㎍/dl and 64.3±18.9㎍/dl respectively. The concentration of preeclampsia group was higher than that of normal pregnant controls significantly. 2.The mean serum iron concentration of mild and severe preeclampsia groups was 90.2±29.8㎍/dl, and 128.3±96.5㎍/dl respecrively The concentration of severe preeclampsia group was higher than that of mild preeclampsia significantly. 3.There was no significant difference in the serum total iron binding capacity between preeclampsia group and normal pregnant controls. This findings suggest that increased serum iron concentration is crucial in the early detection of preeclampsia.

This report presents data on the dielectric properties of paper at microwave frequencies. This data is of important value to design microwave driers in the paper manufacturing factories and to measure moisture content of paper, as far as microwave drying is concerned. By varying moisture content, experiments are carried out at 25℃ and over a frequency range of 500 MHz to 12 GHz.
