      • 아말감 접착제의 2년간 임상 평가

        이 실험은 크고 복잡한 아말감 수복물에서 재래형 핀 아말감에 비하여 아말감 접착제의 유효성을 비교하기 위한 것이다. 수복물의 유지, 보강, 시술후 과민증, 변역적합성 및 재발성우식 등을 평가하였다. 2년후 모든 수복물은 완전히 유지되었고 평가한 각 변수에 대하여 Alfa 등급이었다. 아말갑 접착젠느 핀유지의 대체재로 효과가 있음을 증명하였다.

        체육교육에 참여하는 여학생의 위치: 후기 구조주의적 관점

        이 글을 통해 내가 의도하는 바는 체육시간에 보이지 않았던 여학생을 ‘보일 수 있게’ 하는 것이다. 이것은 반대가 아닌 차이의 인정이며 자아를 변하지 않은 참된 본질로 간주하는 낭만적인 관점에서 본질을 강조하지 않고 사회적으로 생산되고 위치 지워진 다양한 사회적 실천의 결합으로 보려는 것이다. 또한 체육시간에 소외된 여학생의 정체성은 여학생의 일그러진 모습이니까 고쳐야 한다거나 문제시하지 않았다. 오히려 이들의 문제를 통해 남성우월주의로 사회에서 나타나는 폭력성을 문제시했다. 정상, 동일화 과정을 문제시 했으며, 후기 구조주의자들의 주 관심사인 누가 누구를 타자로서 규정하고, 배제 혹은 포함시키는가, 타자를 주변화 시키고 소외시키는 과정을 제시했다. Qualitative research becomes pervasive among Korean sport education researchers since 2000s. Their limited research concerns, however, have restricted boundaries of research on teacher education, physical education, and pedagogy. My aim was to probe the possibilities of both feminist poststructuralism and postmodernism and tried to reinterpret the already published articles about girls or women in physical education and sports. In other words, I re-interpreted through lens of feminist poststructuralism girls' positioning in physical education which is socially constructed. Also, I problematized their positions, practices and roles in patriarchical society, i.e. physical education. From now on most qualitative researchers in sport pedagogy kept their positions on realistic ethnography which means they likely focused on the classification of participants in physical education in terms of topical framework like classifying, imposing, labeling or naming some students dependant on their emergent actions and behaviors by observers without referring to any epistemological strands. I took my position seriously because in order to help understand my work, I told my brief personal information but it was vulnerable to me. Consiously or unconsiously my work was influenced by my academic background on qualitative research methodology and feminist poststructuralism in which proponents of poststructuralism assumed that there is no text out there and pursuit social justice and equality over ageism, patriarchism, elitism, and classism.

      • 체육학의 질적연구에 관한 고찰

        The quantity and quality of research in physical education has improved within the last twenty years(Silverman, 1996). This review will probe into the distinctions in inquiry within physical education and highlight the shift from positivism to postpositivisim. Initially, the debates and gradual acceptance of the shift in paradigms are discussed, followed by the presentation of models and frameworks available for analyzing and classifying qualitative research. Secondly, the non-quantitative research that has been completed in physical education will be analyzed giving attention to the method of inquiry utilized. Thirdly, qualitative research implemented in Korea will be analyzed by using the method of inquiry adopted in the above chapter. The last section of the paper will examine alternatives that may be under-utilized or developed in the study of physical education. A quantitative research methodology(i. e; experimental, quasi-experimental, and correlational) has been the dominant approach to research in physical education. But The doubt about their objectivity of their knowledge mainly obtained by experiment has been presented when forming hypothesis and interpreting their results(Martens, 1987). Thus we need to go beyond surface meanings and delve more clearly and deeply into the human condition, what Fahlberg and Fahlberg(1994) are called 'meaning'. Expanding the fornis of inquiry makes the positivistic paradigm with quantitative methodology be no longer the only way to understand all phenomena. Moreover multiple methodologies and research practices in qualitative research are exploded and would contribute to survive and accept the legitimation of qualitative inquiry within the scholars and scholarship. Past non-qualitative inquiry in physical education was criticized for a history and atheoretical approach. Templin and Schempps'(1989) text Socialization into physical education: Learning to teach shed lights on the appearance of non-qualitative research. The JTPE, RQES, and the Physical Educator as psychology dominant journal in physical education published many studies between 1980 and 1995. In the area of sport psychology The Sport Psychologist and Journal of applied sport psychology begin to get their concern about qualitative research. The articles published are categorized as quantitative and qualitative, traditional, ethnography, critical ethnography, life history, phenomenology, and discourse analysis and presented as chronically and thematically(Second and third authors take away it in this article because of preventing this article from broadening research concern although first author suggests genealogy would involve in there.). In conclusion, physical education has not examined or utilized many alternative research perspectives that exist there. Within ethnography changing the nature of the telling of research story would expand the field, for instance Van Maanen's(1988) realist tales; confessional, impressionist, critical, literary, and jointly-told.

        Interaction Patterns of an Expert Wheelchair Rugby Coach

        본 연구의 목적은 한 휠체어럭비 전문지도자의 지도행동과 상호작용을 조사하기 위함이다. 특히 본 연구는 그 코치의 주된 지도 유형, 반복적인 지도행동 유형, 그리고 코치의 어떤 지도행동이 선수들의 반응과 관계가 있는지 조사하기 위함이다. 본 연구의 참가자는 전 미국 국가대표 휠체어럭비 코치로서 다음과 같은 기준에 의해서 선택되었다. (1) 최소 10년 이상의 코칭경험, (2) 7할 이상의 승률 (3) 코칭에 대한 수상경력. 본 연구방법은 양적과 질적 연구방법을 동시에 이용했고, 자료 수집은 총 18시간의 연습을 비디오촬영 했다. 자료분석은 CAFIAS (Cheffers & Mancini, 1989) 이 사용되었고 추가적인 설명을 위해 연습현장의 에피소드가 이용되었다(Schempp et al., 2004). 연구결과는 칭찬과 지식 전달, 그리고 지시로 나타났다. 또한, 휠체어럭비 전문 지도자와 학습자 간의 상호작용은 반복적인 지식전달, 지시, 그리고 칭찬이 주로 나타났다. 코치의 칭찬과 지도는 선수들의 연습을 촉진시키고 코치가 선수들의 생각을 받아들이면 더 대화에 참여하는 경향을 보였다. 마지막으로 코치가 선수들의 경기력에 대해서 부정적인일 때 선수들은 더 분석적으로 반응했다.

        The Importance of Absorptive Capacity in the Road to Becoming a ‘‘Giant Lion’’-ASUSTek Computer Inc

        In Taiwan, small businesses, which account for about 97% of all firms, spawned Taiwan’s economic miracle in the 1980s. For the past two decades, the information technology (IT) industry has formed the backbone of Taiwan’s economy. There are many theories that have identified a plethora of factors which contribute to the success of a small business. This case study applies the theory of absorptive capacity to ASUSTek Computer Inc., a small Taiwanese business founded on April 2, 1990 by four engineers with capital of NT$30 million (US$950,000) which has grown to become a global leader in the IT industry with a total revenue of NT$755 billion (US$24 billion) and market capitalization of NT$49 billion (US$1.5 billion) as of December 31, 2007. (Based on exchange rate US$1-NT$31.5. ASUS’s revenue dropped to NT$668 billion in 2008 mainly due to the global financial crisis.) ASUS’ business significantly took off after Jonney Shih joined the company as CEO in 1993. He remains a key anchor of ASUS. ASUS’ ability to not only absorb, transform, and utilize new knowledge but develop new technology in-house to create and sustain competitive advantage in the market place has ensured the company’s continuing success as well as propelling it to a position of leadership in the IT industry worldwide. This paper will discuss how ASUS’ in-house R&D; apprenticeship-style on-the-job training; management leadership’s organizational culture and structure*all of which stress learning and innovation; financial resources and conservative fiscal policy; as well as pro-business government policies have provided the foundation and environment for great absorptive capacity to develop and adapt technology, enabling ASUS to become a ‘‘Giant Lion’’ in the global computer industry.

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Urban land surface schemes have been developed to model the distinct features of the urban surface and the associated energy exchange processes. These models have been developed for a range of purposes and make different assumptions related to the inclusion and representation of the relevant processes. Here, the first results of Phase 2 from an international comparison project to evaluate 32 urban land surface schemes are presented. This is the first large‐scale systematic evaluation of these models. In four stages, participants were given increasingly detailed information about an urban site for which urban fluxes were directly observed. At each stage, each group returned their models' calculated surface energy balance fluxes. Wide variations are evident in the performance of the models for individual fluxes. No individual model performs best for all fluxes. Providing additional information about the surface generally results in better performance. However, there is clear evidence that poor choice of parameter values can cause a large drop in performance for models that otherwise perform well. As many models do not perform well across all fluxes, there is need for caution in their application, and users should be aware of the implications for applications and decision making.
