The study aims to evaluate the impact of corporate social responsibility on customers’ repurchase intention in Vietnam’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This study employs primary data surveyed from 417 Vietnamese consumers, and the sample is selected based on the willingness to participate in providing information. The results show corporate social responsibility’s positive impact on repurchase intention in the FMCG industry in the Vietnam market. There are three components of corporate social responsibility, including ethical responsibility, legal responsibility, and economic responsibility have a positive impact on repurchase intention. The economic responsibility component has the greatest effect on repurchase intention. There is not enough statistical basis for the philanthropic responsibility component of corporate social responsibility to recognize its impact on repurchase intention. The findings of this study suggest that companies dealing in the FMCG industry in Vietnam need to invest more in further developing their corporate social responsibility, it not only helps to improve their customer loyalty to businesses but also contributes to promoting the country’s economic and social development in a better and more sustainable direction.

This paper proposes a novel scheme which can compensate the common-mode voltage (CMV) for five-level active neutralpoint clamped (5L-ANPC) inverters, which is based on modifying the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) and adding an auxiliary leg to the inverter. For the modified SVPWM, only the 55 voltage vectors producing low CMV values among the 125 possible voltage vectors are utilized, which varies over the three voltage levels of –Vdc/12, 0 V, and Vdc/12. In addition, the compensating voltage, which is injected into the 5L-ANPC inverter system to cancel the remaining CVM through a commonmode transformer (CMT) is generated by the additional NPC leg. By the proposed method, the CMV of the inverter is fully eliminated, while the utilization of the DC-link voltage is not decreased at all. Furthermore, all of the DC-link and flying capacitor voltages of the inverter are well controlled. Simulation and experimental results have verified the validity of the proposed scheme.

For the modified SVPWM, only the 55 voltage vectors producing low CMV values among the 125 possible voltage vectors are utilized, which varies over the three voltage levels of $-V_{dc}/12$, 0 V, and $V_{dc}/12$. In addition, the compensating voltage, which is injected into the 5L-ANPC inverter system to cancel the remaining CVM through a common-mode transformer (CMT) is generated by the additional NPC leg.
In this paper, a novel space-vector pulse-width modulation (PWM) scheme for reducing the common-mode voltage (CMV) in the three-phase five-level active neutral-point clamped (5L-ANPC) inverter is proposed, where only the 55 selected voltage vectors among the entire 125 that produce low values of the CMV are utilized. This PWM scheme can significantly reduce the CMV without the increase of switching losses and total harmonic distortion of the output voltages. With the 55 selected voltage vectors, the inverter can still operate up to the maximum modulation index. In addition, the capacitor voltages are controlled by redundant switches of the 5L-ANPC inverters. It has been shown that the peak value of the CMV is decreased to one-twelfth of the dc-link voltage from the simulation and experimental results.

The hybrid material of magnetic graphene oxide (MNPs/GO) was prepared with a facile route and adsorption properties for removal of methylene blue (MB) were investigated. Initially, the surface of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) was modified with poly(glycidyl methacrylate) by the surface-initiated reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. The modified MNPs and graphene oxide (GO) were fabricated to form MNPs/GO in N, N-dimethylformamide at 60 degrees C. The composites were characterized by using XRD, SEM, TEM, and vibrating sample magnetometry analyses. The adsorptive removal of MB on the adsorbent obeyed a pseudo-second-order kinetic whose equilibrium data were fitted well to the Langmuir isotherm model and the maximum MB uptake of MNPs/GO was estimated from this model to be 153.85 mg/g. MNPs/GO adsorbent could be recycled and maintained 75.3% of its initial adsorption capacity for MB after five regeneration cycles.

In this paper, a novel scheme to eliminate common-mode voltage (CMV) is proposed for three-level neutral-point clamped (NPC) inverters. In the proposed scheme, a low-power full-bridge converter is utilized to produce compensatory voltage for CMV, which is injected into an NPC inverter through a single-phase four-winding transformer. With the proposed circuit, the power range for applications is not limited, and the maximum modulation index of the inverter is not reduced. These features are suitable for high-power medium-voltage machine drives. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation and experimental results.

This research aims to study Vietnamese consumers’ intention toward TV home shopping. Researcher used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Flow Theory to perform the study by means of quantitative research with dataset of 480 samples. In order to analyze this dataset, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmation Factor Analysis (CFA), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were utilized. As the result, the study showed that intention of Vietnamese consumers toward TV home shopping is affected by perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment and attitudes toward TV home shopping. The study also found that attitudes towards TV home shopping is affected by two main factors are perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment. The combination of Flow theory and TAM is a new exploration that helps researcher to understand the psychological development of TV shoppers in making purchase decision process.

The aim of this study is to determine the critical factors and construction requirements for a new deep-water seaport system in the Lach Huyen area in northern Vietnam. In this study, the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) method was used to evaluate the importance of the criteria and subcriteria. The results were as follows: the principal criterion “geographical location (0.151)” ranked as the most important criterion for building a new deep-water port system, which is affected by the subcriteria “direct sea route with mega-vessel” and “good liner connectivity index”. The principal criterion “port competency (0.145)” ranked second; thus, it can be concluded that good competitiveness of a port’ will provide many benefits to the port and the region. Regarding the implication, the established evaluation framework can be used for port construction to make a more reasonable judgment. In a future study, the scope of evaluation factors should be widened, involving participation of broader stakeholders, such as shipping companies, forwarders, and logistics companies.
