감수계수 산정에는 도해법이 주로 사용되고 있다. 도해법 중에서 기존에 소개된 감수계수 산정방법으로는 Strip방법, Correlation방법, Tabulating 방법 등이 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법들은 주로 수작업에 의한 방법으로 많은 시간이 소요될 뿐만 아니라, 주관적인 관점이 포함되어 많은 오차를 포함하게 된다, 그래서 최근에는 컴퓨터를 이용하여 현재 사용되는 방법들 보다 효과적이고 실용적인 방법들이 제시되고 있다. 이러한 방법으로는 최소자승법, Vogel & Kroll법, 그리고 Brownlee의 방법을 이용하여 감수계수를 산정한 방법 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 방법들을 개괄하였고 감수계열로서는 일유출량 자료를 가지고 감수계수를 계산하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 효율적이고 정확한 감수계수를 산정하는 방법을 찾는데 있다. 연구의 결과로서는 Brownlee방법이 감수계수를 평가하는데 있어서 가장 효율적인 방법으로 나타났다. 또한 대상유역의 감수곡선식은 비선형 감수곡선식이 선형 감수곡선식에 비해 오차의 정도가 양호하게 평가되었다. Commonly, graphical methods are used for calculating a recession constant. These methods are strip method, correlation method and tabulating method. But, graphical methods are subjective and have many errors. Besides, need for much time to calculate. So, the computer methods to estimate a recession constant are suggested. These methods are objective. And, it is calculated by using only runoff data, automatically. These methods are least square method, the Vogel & Kroll`s method, and the Brownlee`s method. In this study, these methods are outlined. And the recession constant is calculated by using these methods. The group of recession curve is selected for calculating a recession constant in the daily runoff data. The purpose of this study is to draw the practical and the accurate method of them. As a result of our study, the Brownlee`s method is proven to be the best method for estimating the recession constant. Non-linear equation is more reasonable fit than the linear equation of the recession curve.
Unified Estimations for Parameter Changes in a Generalized Uniform Distribution

We shall propose several estimators for the shape and scale parameters in a generalized uniform distribution when both parameters are polynomial of a known exposure level, and obtain expectations and variances for their proposed estimators. And we shall compare numerically efficiencies for the several proposed estimators for the shape and scale parameters in a generalized uniform distribution in the small sample sizes.

This study was conducted to investigate the appropriate operation method minimizing the deviation between irrigation water demand and release from the reservoirs, and the simulation technique was used in the operation model. This model was applied to the grouped reservoirs system consisted of Dongsang, Daia and Keungchun reservoirs and Eowoo-weir in Chonbuk FLIA district. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows; 1. The area above the Eowoo weir point was divided into 6 small watersheds, and daily inflows from each watershed were calculated by Tank model. It showed that the average annual runoff ratio was 40-60% respectively. 2. Based on the Blaney-Criddle formula daily water requirement of Chonbuk FLIA irrigation area was estimated, mean water requirement for paddy field during the irrigation period was 818.1mm. 3. Using the basic data such as inflow and water demand, four different release types were selected. Through the simulated operation the difference between intake water required at Eowoo-weir point and release from the 3 reservoirs was estimated. The best result was obtained when Daia and Keungchun reservoirs are operated parallelly at fixed release ratio and the release of Dongsang reservoir was determined according to the storage of Daia reservoir.
