한반도 평화창출형 관광정책개발에 관한 연구 : 관광공동체구현을 위한 관광프로세스를 중심으로

A half century ago our fathers experienced terrible 6·25 war named as Korean War which has resulted in hard spiritual and psychological gap between South and North. Many persons said that history is to be repeating. Nevertheless we are agreeing with this phrase, cold political and military climate don't permit to make peace process in Korea peninsula. US global strategy reorientation resulted from the change of USA's political and foreign affairs, the appearance of axis of evil and 9·11 terror, is enough to make the world people being at a loss. Increasing and incremental tension-oriented atmosphere surrounding Korea peninsula will be producing more confusions and conflicts between South and North Korea. Pope Paul Ⅱ of the speakings, it is very easy to find the beautiful massage-" tourism creates peace and tourism industry is contributing to prevent the international and regional dispute". Many peace loving people are agreeing that the tourism is the guard to maintain global peace and to increase humanism and mankind's happiness. With this conception, the objective of this paper is summarized as follows ; (1) to set up the theoretical framework on relationship between peace and tourism in Korea peninsula. (2) to make up the judgement guidelines of the Kumgang mountain tour (3) to analyze the present status of the tension state between two Koreas (4) to systemize the peace-oriented tourism policy development as step by step The time span of this paper is to 2012 named and judged the year of Korea unification achievement from many scholars and specialists investigated in the proceedings of the Third National Land Use Plan of Korea. The writer suggested the very important conclusions, that is 'tourism peace process' which is as the first stage - to make the common announcement of the Kumgang mountain tourism special zone, as the second stage - to formulate the tourism cooperation and interchange agreements between South and North Korea government, as the third stage - to achieve the historical tourism community in Korea peninsula.

In the world-wide context are man, goods & service, money, credit and information moving more and more freely with age. The extension of this Globalization trends will force the Island to be exposed to the turbulent World Economic Transaction System by medium of international tourism. International tourism, the main subject of Globalization, is coming nearer and nearer the Island with two opposing aspects : one is the face of the vital force for peace, granting the Island the opportunities of physical and mental prosperity, the other that of imperial means by which the super powers exploit the weak and poor, driving the Island to the economic and cultural dependency. The purpose of this study is to establish the Alternative Island Tourism Model in the local context, the basic directions and principles for the new Island tourism development, and to explore the practicable policy framework of above model. Alternative Island Tourism Model is the possible concept based upon the SCTD(sustainable community tourism development) and the political ecology, which emphasize the equity and sustainability as well as the network and governance, characterized by 'the island', 'the mutual', and 'the potential'. Nowadays, authentication is essential to identify the legal users in a network communication. Usually, there are few wars to achieve authentication over a publicly accessible network system in order to protect certain private data from the unauthorized users, ranging from simple ID/Password to Biometrics System. One of the most active areas in OTP(One Time Password) research today aims at exploiting OTP to provide authentication in the finance and security industry. OTP is usually discarded once it has been used. this prevents huge loophole of traditional authentication system which employs the same ID and Password every time. However this OTP system also has its weaknesses in surviving some attacks. this paper proposes an advanced OTP protocol using PingPong-128 without loop hole of pre-existing OTP. 현재 네트워크상에서 사용자 인증은 시스템 보안에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 공개된 네트워크에서는 개인 정보를 보호하기 위해 여러 가지 인증 절차를 거치게 된다. 이러한 인증 방법에는 간단한 ID/Password 인증부터 복잡한 생체 공학 인증까지 다양한 기술들이 존재 한다. 최근 금융보안업계가 주축이 되어 일회용 패스워드(OTP: One Time Password) 인증 시스템을 활용하기 위한 기술적 시도 및 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 일회용 패스워드는 사용자가 인증 받고자 할 때 새로운 패스워드를 생성하고, 사용 후 폐기하는 구조를 취하고 있다. 이는 매번 같은 패스워드를 사용했을 때 발생하는 보안 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 그러나 OTP 인증 방법에도 MITM 공격, 도청, 재전송 공격 등에 의한 취약한 문제점들이 노출되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 인증 프로토콜 문제점을 개선하고 PingPong-128을 이용한 OTP 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다.

A cultural enterprise got to be a globally leading competitive industry of a country in 21th century. Thus, with creating cultural artistic area from the grayish city area generated in the process of economic growth, national cultural life elevation and the satisfaction of national and foreign tourist's tour desire and economic efficiency have to be maximized. The purpose of this article is to present a comparative model of cultural tourism street by devising to arrange the phase of Korean cultural tourism street as the international theme tourism. In other words, it is to suggest the comparative model of cultural tourism street as a method for solving the problem and task of policy in encouraging cultural tourism street.
