『간접접근』 개념의 최소저항접근로 탐색을 위한 초소형 자율 무인기 군집비행(Swarming)에 관한 연구

Our military is making a transition to the notion of an aggressive war that can win with minimum sacrifice in the shortest period of time, but there is no breakthrough alternative to sacrifice at least. Therefore, Liddell Hart’s indirect approach theory emphasizing “minimal sacrifice” and “Swarming” tactical operation by autonomous UAVs recognized the necessity of presenting a new concept of war performance in the future. Therefore, this study presents the empirical justification of the autonomous unmanned swarming tactics of the concept of “indirect approach” in consideration of the battlefield environment and future characteristics of the Korean peninsula. In addition, we propose an autonomous UAV - based community flight plan that can operate a large number of UAVs with a minimum number of people by utilizing the herd intelligence that appears in ants and bees. In addition to this, a technique to minimize the marine combat damage trough a* algorithm based minimum resistance approach is implemented technically using simulation.

1998년 소위 ‘IMF 신탁통치’ 국면에서 한국 정부는 한국조폐공사 구조조정 계획을 세우고, 이에 반대하는 노조가 ‘불법’ 파업을 일으키지 않을 수 없도록 유도한 후, 노조가 파업하자 경찰병력을 투입하여 노동자들의 저항을 제압하고, 계획대로 구조조정을 단행했다. 이글은 방대한 문헌자료와 핵심 관련자 심층면담자료에 의존하여 정부의 그런 행동이 구조개편에 반대하는 노조에 대한 강경대응의 ‘시범 사례’를 보임으로써 노동자들의 저항 의지를 꺾겠다는 의도 아래 치밀하게 계획되어 연출된 것임을 밝힌다. 이 글은 한국 정부의 그런 행동이 한편으로는 재벌과 초국적자본이 지배하는 경제적 상황을 반영한 것이지만, 다른 한편으로는 반노조 성향이 강한 영ㆍ미식 신자유주의의 이론과 실제 노조 탄압 사례들―항공관제사노조(PATCO) 파업과 탄광노조(NUM) 파업에 대한 레이건 정부와 대처 정부의 탄압 사례 등 ― 로부터 영향받은 국가의 적극적인 선택에 의한 것이기도 했다고 주장한다. 이 글은 부분적으로는 노조에 대한 정부의 강경대응에 힘입어 노동체제와 사회경제 시스템의 신자유주의화가 진행되었지만, 그 사회적 결과는 양극화의 심화로 나타났다는 견해에 동의를 표하며, 정부가 반노조 정책을 포함하는 신자유주의 정책을 버리고 대안을 찾을 필요가 있다고 주장한다. In 1998, in a situation of so-called ‘IMF Trusteeship’, the South Korean government set up a plan for a restructuring of Hankookjopyegongsa (KOMSCO). The government drove the resistant labor union to the verge of desperation such that the union had no choice but to go on an ‘illegal’ strike, and then oppressed the strike by means of the police force, executing the restructuring as willed. Consulting an expansive range of documents and an in-depth interview, this paper attempts to show that such actions taken on the government’s part was a premeditated and pre-schemed showcase aimed to discourage the resistivity of the labor union. The paper will argue that such actions of the South Korean government is not only a reflection of the economic base dominated by Chaebol and transnational capital, but also an active choice undertaken by a state under a big and lasting influence of the Anglo-American neoliberalist ideology and the cases of past labor union oppression, such as the Reagan administration’s oppression of the PATCO and the Thatcher administration’s brutal attack on the NUM strike. The paper agrees that the neoliberalization of labor system and socioeconomic system has been due in part to strong government actions as mentioned above, and that it resulted in a further polarization of the society. In the end, it calls for a need for the government to cast the neoliberal policies in general, and the anti-labor policies in particular.

사유화 옹호세력은 철도산업이 비효율적이며 그 원인이 국유국영체제에 있다고 주장하면서 추가적인 구조개편과 사유화를 추진할 것을 제고 있다. 이 글은 ①철도산업이 '계획된 적자'를 감수하도록 되어 있는 공익서비스산업이고 ⑦사유화 옹호론자들의 주장과는 달리 한국 철도산업이 국유체제하에서 상당히 효율적으로 작동해왔으며. ③ 이미 사유화를 겪은 나라들에서 나타난 사유화의 결과가 공익적 관점에서 보았을 때 대체로 부정적이라는 점 등을 근거로 한국에서의 추가적인 구조개편 및 사유화사영화가 결코 좋은 대안이 될 수 없다고 주장하고, 국유체제로 두면서 철도를 발전시킬 수 있는 대안을 개발하는 데에서 참고할 만한 점들을 제시한다. The advocates of privatization diagnose Korea’s rail industry to be inefficient, ascribing it to the state-ownership, and insist on further restructuring and/or privatization of the industry. This article argues that, from the perspective of public interest, to change the industry towards the direction they suggest will not be a favorable solution to the current challenges the industry faces on the grounds that: 1)deficit is an intrinsic part of rail, a necessary public service industry; 2)compared to those of other countries with advanced rail systems, the Korean rail industry has in fact been functioning very effectively in real terms under the state-ownership; 3)the rail privatizations that had already undergone in some countries generally turned out to be, seen from the perspective of public interest, ineffective. This article conclusively suggests some potentially propitious solutions the Korean rail industry might consider and develop while maintaining the state-ownership.

보육교사의 성인애착이 교사-영아 간 상호작용에 미치는 영향:민감성의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study aims to examine how childcare teachers’ adult attachment and teacher sensitivity affect teacher-child interaction and how teacher sensitivity has a mediating influence on the relationship between childcare teachers’ adult attachment and teacher-child interaction. For this purpose, three hundred and twenty childcare teachers in Andong-city were surveyed and 310 out of 316 cases were analyzed. All the collected data was analyzed with descriptive statics and t-tests. In order to verify the effect of childcare teachers’ attachment on teacher- child interaction and the mediating effects of teacher sensitivity, I conducted a multiple regression analysis on the variables. The mediating effects of teacher sensitivity were investigated through Sobel test(1982). The results were as follows. First, teacher sensitivity and teacher-child interaction were widely different depending on teacher s age and marital status. Second, the relationship between adult attachment and teacher sensitivity was found to be negatively correlated. In other words, teachers with unstable attachment were less sensitive and had less interaction with children. Third, age and adult attachment variables showed significant negative impact on teacher-child interaction except for teachers’ marital and parental status. Fourth, with the exception of age, marital status, and parental status as control variables, teacher sensitivity variables had a significant effect on teacher-child interaction. As a result, when teacher sensitivity mediates the effects of childcare teachers’ adult attachment on teacher-child interaction, the negative influence of teachers’ unstable adult attachment on teacher-child interaction could be reduced. In that case, teacher sensitivity acts as a perfect mediator.
