i-LEACH : 랜덤배치 고정형 WSN에서 헤더수 고정 클러스터링 알고리즘

무선센서 네트워크의 계층구조형 클러스터링 알고리즘은 센서노드의 효율적인 관리를 위해서 다양한 분야에 사용하고 있다. 계층형 클러스터링 구조에 많이 사용되는 LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy)는 확률 함수식을 사용하기 때문에 클러스터 헤드노드의 선출 개수가 일정하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 LEACH 알고리즘의 단점을 보완하여 매 라운드마다 고정된 개수의 클러스터 헤드노드를 선출하는 i-LEACH 알고리즘을 제안한다. i-LEACH(improved-LEACH)는 BS이 고정된 개수의 클러스터 헤드노드를 선출하여 네트워크 전체에 통보하기 때문에 클러스터링 구성과정의 네트워크 트래픽량을 줄일 수 있고, 네트워크의 에너지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다. 제안한 i-LEACH와 LEACH를 시뮬레이션 한 결과 i-LEACH에서는 클러스터 헤드노드의 선출과정이 제외되었기때문에 LEACH 보다 소비된 전력량은 25%, 네트워크 트래픽 량은 16% 향상되었다. Generally, the clustering of sensor nodes in WSN is a useful mechanism that helps to cope with scalability problem and, if combined with network data aggregation, may increase the energy efficiency of the network. The Hierarchical clustering routing algorithm is a typical algorithm for enhancing overall energy efficiency of network, which selects cluster-head in order to send the aggregated data arriving from the node in cluster to a base station. In this paper, we propose the improved-LEACH that uses comparably simple and light-weighted policy to select cluster-head nodes, which results in reduction of the clustering overhead and overall power consumption of network. By using fine-grained power model, the simulation results show that i-LEACH can reduce clustering overhead compared with the well-known previous works such as LEACH. As result, i-LEACH algorithm and LEACH algorithm was compared, network power-consumption of i-LEACH algorithm was improved than LEACH algorithm with 25%, and network-traffic was improved 16%.
분산형 태양광 발전 시스템을 위한 실시간 원격 모니터링 시스템 구현

본 논문에서는 분산형 태양광 발전 시스템에 적용 가능한 실시간 원격 모니터링 시스템을 소개한다. 제안된 시스템은 상태정보 수집 장치인 PVC(PhotoVoltaic Client), 모바일 애플리케이션인 UTC(User Terminal Client), 시스템 운영프로그램인 OTC(Operating Terminal Client), 그리고 통신서버와 데이터를 저장하는 서버로 구성되어 있으며, 상태정보 수집 장치는 인버터와 시리얼통신을 통하여 운영정보를 수집하고, 수집된 정보는 서버에 전송되어 데이터 서버에 저장된다. 저장된 정보는 모바일 애플리케이션을 통하여 모니터링 되고, 수집장치 및 사용자 등의 정보는 운영프로그램을 통하여 관리된다. 또한, 제안된 시스템은 사용자에게 실시간으로 발전량 및 고장진단에 관한 정보를 제공함으로써, 고장인지 향상 및 유지보수비용 감소의 가능성을 제시해 주었다. In this paper, we propose a real-time remote monitoring system for distributed solar power generation system. The proposed system consists of PVC, UTC, OTC and monitoring server. PVC collects the operational information from the PV's inverter via serial interface. The sensing data is transmitted to the server by wireless communications and stored in the DB server. The PV's status is monitored via UTC, and the operating of PVC and UTC are managed by OTC. In addition, by providing information about the power generated by PV system and failure diagnosis in real time, the proposed system shows the possibility of reducing the maintenance costs and improved failure recovery time.

As the novel's subtitle "Decline of a Family" indicates, the novel traces the downfall of a well-respected, affluent bourgeois merchant family of Lübeck over four generations, showing how an artistic streak not only unfits the family's later members for bourgeois demands and responsibilities, but it undermines their vitality as well. Johann Buddenbrook sen. represents the still unshaken life-feeling of a bourgeois. Self-assuredly and energetically he owes his possessions to intelligent spirit of enterprise and his will to live is unbroken. The same traditional principles of bourgeois life define his son, Consul Johann Buddenbrook. Nevertheless not a positive approach to life but a pietistic strict Ethos is the characteristic of him. In the characters and fates of his four children, diverse forms of the continuous decline of the family come to light. Thomas becomes a senator, and now the reputation of the family reaches its high point outwardly. But as a result of his intellectual nature and his suffering from nerves, he lacks the business acumen and vitality of his forebears. He comes into the crisis of identity. Underneath the very values, he embodies a public life full of balance, confidence and dignity, he is tortured by the sense of meaninglessness and alienation. Just before the end of his life he learns from the reading of Schopenhauer that life is a incessant struggle for existence and death is a release from suffering. His son Hanno represents the last stage of the process, in which the Buddenbrooks pay for the enhancement of sensitivity and consciousness with the loss of their vitality and also of their social position. Hanno is the epitome of life-strange delicacy and sensitive artistry and in his musical inclinations, the process of the decline completes itself. In the mean time, the decline for Thomas Mann is also condition for the new ways of life and the refinement and increase of the mental and aesthetic feeling ability.

This writing explains the definition, essence of mens rea, compositional factor, classes, systematical position in crime theory, and role about general idea of mens rea in criminal law of China and Japan in order to consider comparatively about mens rea theory of them. And it compares to get the points of sameness and differences in mens rea theory of both countries. In Chinese criminal law, the definition of crime and mens rea applies on it as "Social Hazard" that could be real standard of judgement. So criminal law theory in China describes the idea of crime and mens rea in substance. Also in "Crime Composition Theory" as crime systematical theory, objective four condition (Object Condition -> Objective Condition -> Subject Condition -> Subjective Condition) are common. So the mens rea is only one of the factor in subjective condition. Normally the four conditions social hazard that is basic characteristics of crime. So it is called substantial crime systematical theory. However in case of Japan, the idea of mens rea is defined formally in crime law and theory. Also the crime system consists of three stage that are formal condition such as relevance, illegality, and responsibility. It is common that mens rea is a factor of responsiblity that is indispensable for possibility of Consciousness of Ilegality(It is called limitable mens rea theory) as well as a conditional factor that has double position and function(Theory of dual function of mens rea). Therefore, formal crime theory and modern crime systematical theory are used normally than substantial crime theory and other crime systematical theory. The author insists in the conclusion that for realization of “Grundsatz Nulla Poena Sine Lege“ in crime law in China, they need to give up substantial idea of crime and mens rea and crime systematical theory and bring in formal crime theory and mens rea theory of Japan as Relation Theory.
