이형기 부경역사연구소 2011 지역과 역사 Vol.- No.29
In the 6th century, the big change in the Korean Peninsula was rapid growth of Silla(新羅). Silla promoted stabilization through diplomatic relations with Baekje(百濟), Daegaya(大加耶). In the meantime, it advanced into Southern Gyoungsangdo. Allaguk(安羅國) threatened by this movement held Alla Conference(安羅會議). This superficial reason of holding this meeting was reconstruction of Namgara(南加羅) and Takgitan(㖨己呑) conquered by Silla. Alla Conference was held in threats to Allaguk, Silla’s advance into southern Gaya area and Baekje’s advance into Seomjin river Basin. It was held for conservation of Allaguk and by the economic reason but the result is not known clearly through historical records. Japan(倭) also participated in this conference and it is understood to participate in the meeting with regard to the fall of Gaya, which was the trading partner. Ahominogenanoomi(近江毛野臣) participating in here is the first Japanese envoy dispatched from Japan and is seen as the starting point of ‘Imnailbonbu(任那日本府)’. But, examining past research achievements, though a lot of access to true nature of Imnailbonbu, actually the results on the activities etc. are not much. The academia needs to pay more attention to it. In the 6th century, the big change in the Korean Peninsula was rapid growth of Silla(新羅). Finite Element Study on the Micro-cavity Effect in OLED Devices
이형기,황영욱,원태영 대한전자공학회 2014 Journal of semiconductor technology and science Vol.14 No.1
In this paper, we discuss on the optimal design scheme of the bilayer OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) with micro-cavity structure. We carried out the optical simulation on the OLED device and calculated optimal scale of devices with taking the micro-cavity effect into account. Our emission model is based upon an ensemble of radiating dipole antennas. Consequently, we applied Maxwell’s equation to this sequence, followed by the analysis on the electrical behaviors of OLED device using Poisson’s equation. It contains carrier injection and transportation mechanism. In this process, we found out the thickness of each layer can affect the recombination rate at the emission layer. Therefore, we optimized the thickness of each layer to improve the efficiency of the device.
Self-calibration of Gyro using Monocular SLAM for an Indoor Mobile Robot
이형기,명현,최기환,박지영 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2012 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.10 No.3
Rate gyros are widely used to calculate the heading angle for mobile robot localization. They are normally calibrated in the factory using an expensive rate table prior to their use. In this paper, a self-calibration method using a monocular camera without a rate table is proposed. The suggested method saves time and cost for extra calibration procedure. SLAM (Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) based on visual features and odometry gives reference heading (yaw) angles. Using these, the coefficients of a scale factor function are estimated through Kalman filtering. A new undelayed fea-ture initialization method is proposed to estimate the heading angle without any delay. Experimental results show the efficiency of the proposed method.
