5-방향 탐색 알고리듬을 이용한 고속 움직임벡터 예측

본 논문은 동영상 부호화에 효과적인 고속 움직임추정 알고리즘 5DS를 제안하였다. 이 알고리듬에서 움직임을 추정하기 위해서는 대부분의 움직임이 상하좌우 4방향으로 일어나기 때문에 먼저 이 방향들로 MAD를 구하여 블록정함을 한 다음, 이들 정함오차가 작은 쪽의 대각선 방향 탐색점 1개를 추가로 선정하고 블록정함을 시도하였다. 이렇게 함으로써 LOG 탐색 알고리듬이 갖지 못한 대각선 방향의 탐색이 가능하였다. 제안된 알고리듬은 기존의 대표적인 3단계탐색법 TSS와 LOG탐색법과 비교하여 화질면에서는 대등하였으나 속도면에서 1.9배, 1.2배가 각각 빨라짐을 확인하였다. This paper presents a fast motion estimation algorithm. 5DS. useful for video coding. We first try block matching to 4 directions(N,E.W.S) to estimate motions in this algorithm sincc most of motions in video are orientrd to those directions and thrn try one additional diagonal matching between the matching ponts having small MADs. It makes this algorithm possible for searching through a diagonal direction which is not adequate to logarithmic (LOG) search algroithm. This proposed algorithm has almost same PSNR hut. 1.9, 1.2 times faster than classical block matching methods such as three steps search(TSS) and LOG search algorithm.

農村營養實態와 臨床에 關한 調査(Ⅰ)

1. If we consider that a farmer's aver age daily caloric requirement in the two villages is 2,400 Cal, each villager actually receives 94%(2,256 Cal.)/ of the required amount. But if we consider the desirable level to be 2600 calories,this would mean that the villagers have 87% of the required calories and the level of the food intake would therefore be low. It is recommended that farmers take an average 73g. of protein and 40g. of fat per day, whereas these villagers take only 60g.(87%) protein and 14g.(35%)fat, we can anticipate the status of the villager's health, and the level of personal income. Consequently their low nutritional status is shown to be similar to that of Koo. 2. Though tesult of the survey on Hb may not be coorect because it does not considerthe possible effect of perasites. Compared with Hong, and knag and Koo, the result is considerably low. Perhaps it is considered that the cause results from tating habits. In the age group of adults from 16 to 55, the results are the same as koo, but they are nonetheless below the standard which is more than 13.5. Being developed their physical frame Yong children and students of elementary and middle schools have to furnish Hb to improve their health, and then sound improvement of eating habits (diatery life) will be satisfied for developing their brains too. 3. As the records relating to adults do not yet come to hand, I am not sure how applicable the result of the survy is to the adults of these villages, but we can,however, compare the survey of the physical condition of elementary school children to previous studies. Such a comparison reveals that the children of these villages are far behind others in developing their bodies, especially it is noticable that their physical standard is inferior to that of Japanese you ngsters four years ago. This is worthy of notice of a possible future national defence consideration. After the Munich Olympics were over, the Ministry of Education sent a large number new teachers of pysical education to elementary schools throughout our country. If their purpose is the making of athletic records, such a campaign will be helpful but more importantly. I think we must do our best to provide students with good meals and to improve the health of mothers and their children. We should also strive to increase incomes in the rural areas so as to improve the physical standard not only of elementary and middle school students, but also of unborn babies and women in their confinement. It is most important, I believe, to take countermeasures to treat such health problems. We cannot expect to improve physical constitution without first providing people with abundant nutrients. If you urge weak students to run rapidly, it is like wishing for the moon. I fell sure that the authorities will make every effort to seek new measures to clinically improve physical standard and health.

中高生 및 敎師의 性意識構造에 關한 硏究 : 全北地方을 中心으로 Focused on the Jeonbug

For understanding the real state of sex education of the Middle and high school and consciousness of sex of the Middle and high school students, The purpose of this study is to acquire the data for the sex education. For the purpose, the study was carried out to the choice methode and open or free response questionaire. The subjects are 4,815 middle school boys and girls, 3,152 high school boys and girls, 254 teachers in urban area and 3,579 middle school boys and girls, 3,124 high school boys and girls, 235 teachers in rural area in Jeonbug. I come to the conclusion as following, they had the knowledges of contraception, pregnancy, artifical abortion, and venereal diseases but sexual intercourse and petting and asserted necessity of the sex education for students at the curriculum of school.

鹿茸汁의 家兎의 血液細胞에 미치는 藥效

(1) R.B.C 形成過程에서 아기토끼의 그것의 數値가 어미토끼의 平均値에 달하려면 보통 생후 70∼75일을 요하게 되는데, 實驗區에서는 20일이 빠른 생후 55∼60일에 어미토끼의 그것에 달한 것으로 보아서 鹿角의 약효가 상당하다는 것을 알 수 있다다. (2) W.B.C와 體重은 특이한 변화가 없으므로 投藥과는 별로 관계가 없는 것으로 생각된다. (3) R.B.Cdhl W.B.C가 成兎値에 달했지만 發情이 없는 것으로 보아서 血球의 形成速度와 個體의 成熟速度와는 달라서 後者에 대해서는 별로 영향이 없는 것으로 생각된다. (4) 鹿角의 약효가 뚜렷하니까 鹿茸의 實驗은 必要치않으나 參考로 鹿角의1/3量이나 同量으로 實驗한 結果를 本實驗과 比較할 必要가 있을것으로 생각한다. (1968. 10월) 1. In the formative process of R.B.C., it takes 70-75 days that the blood-corpuscles of young rabbits are brought to the mean numerical value of matured rabbits' blood-corpuscles at the contrast section, but the same result is accomplished at the expermental section for 55-60 days. According to this fact, as I mentioned in the preface, I can prove that the medicinal effect of Rokkak isn't than that of Rokyong in the formative process of blood-corpuscle. 2. I could not find not only any direct influence of medication to W.B.C. and the weight of the animals, but also any special change; to say another words, they showed almost the same numerical numbers at the both sections. 3. They did not show any phenomena of sexual excitement even though they were brought up to show matured rebbits' numerical value in R.B.C. and W.B.C. According to this fact, I prove that medication does not show special influence to the process of maturation. But some continuous experimental observation must be continued in order to find out whether there are some different durations to be matured rabbits at the both sections. 4. The medicinal effect of Rokyoung is unquestionable, and therefore the medicinal experiment of it will not be necessary; but it will be a referential experiment to compare this experiment with another experimental result that is supposed to be shown by an experiment with one-third or same quarntity of Rokyong under the same condition with the former experiment.

디지탈 주파수 체배기 구성에 관하여

Frequency multipliers find applications in the Fourier and Walsh spectrum measurments of periodic signals. Earlier digital frequency multipliers use two counters;l) An up counter which determines the period of the input signals by the number of clock pulses accumlated in a period of signal. 2) A down counter preset to the contents of up counter when zero. In this process the considerable amount of errors is introduced in output frequency because the fractional counter contents are ignored in the frequency multiplication phase. This paper uses two clock signals CLK_1, CLK_2 which drive I count-er and F counter respectively at proper time instant to reduce error. The considerable amount of errors are reduced by using method.
