This experiment was conducted to determine the substitution level of dried hens manure (DPM) for wheat bran in fattening ration for Korean native steer. Twenty yearling steers, weighing on average of 245 ㎏ were randomly alloted to four treatment groups according to the level of DHM. Treatments consisted of four rations constraining 0, 10, and 20% DHM substituted for wheat bran and 30% DHM substitute for wheat bran (20%), corn (6%) and soybean oil meal (4%). The results obtained are summarized as follows : 1. Average daily gains of DHM 0, 10, 20 and 30% fed groups were 0.95, 0.90, 0.89 and 0.88 ㎏, respectively. There was no significant difference among treatments. Data revealed that the average daily gain decreased slightly as the level of DHM substituted increased. Dressing percentage was not affected by the different level of DHM feeding. 2. Dry matter intakes of DHM 1, 10, 20 and 30% groups were 7.15, 7.21, 7.41, and 7.63, respectively. Daily dry matter intake increased as the substituted level of DHM in ration increased. 3. When DHM cost was considered, to be zero won per ㎏ feed cost required per ㎏ of body weight gain was decreased as the level of DHM in ration increase. When DHM cost was estimated to be 30 won per ㎏, feed cost required per ㎏ of weight gain was similar for DHM 0 and 30%, and slightly higher for DHM 10 and 20% groups than for DHM 0 and 30% groups Based upon the dats concerning body weight gain and economic analysis, it is concluded that inclusion of DHM may be practiced upto 30% in fattening ration for Korean native steer and the price of DHM per ㎏ should be less than 30 won in any case.
低溫플라즈마를 이용한 poly(ethylene terephthalate)섬유에의 아크릴산의 그라프트 중합

Graft copolymerisation of acrylic acid on the surface of poly(ethylene terepthlate) (PET)fiber was investigated using low temperature plasma treatment. Argon plasma was used as an initiator on PET fiber and followed post copolymerisation by inducing acrylic acid vapor under required conditions. The morphological changes of grafted PET film surface was evaluated by SEM and roughness tester, and grafted feature, grafting yield were evaluated by SEM and FT-NMR respectively. The result obtained are as follows: 1) The surface of PET fiber being etched and activated by plasma treatment. 2) On the roughness of plasma grafted PET film, it can be seen that the longer the plasma treatment time, the lower the height of wave and the spreader the wave width. 3) It can be detected the poly(acrylic acid) grafted on PET fiber by H¹-NMR.
라이프 스타일 ( Life Style )에 따른 스포츠 참여성향 분석

This study was designed to investigate the sport activity consciousness according to life style of physical education major student and general student. In this study, questionnaire was used to investigate empirically the sport activity consciousness of student for actualization of university sport. The 413 subjects were selected from four university student, who were classified into two group (physical education student, general student). On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, the conclusion could be drawn to follows. First, the physical education major student invested more time and pocket money than general student for sport activity. The general student invested mostly 5~10% of pocket money sport activity, but a few of physical edecation student invested 30% over of pocket money for sport activity. Second, in the frequency of sport activity, the 1~2day per a week showed the most number. The part of physical education major student appeared to participate 3~4 day per a week. The physical education student participated in sport activity more often than general student. Third, the most of university student participated in ball game sport, nextly, the physical education student showed marine sport and general student showed leisure sport. Fourth, the most of university student appeared to use commercial sport facility and facility in university. Specially, the physical education student showed more many number than general student in public sport facility use. Fifth, in each life style variable difference analysis, sport showed significant difference except for sport organization.

공기중의 Rn-222 자핵종들의 농도를 구하기 위해서 개선된 치보글로우 방법이 널리 사용되어져 오고 있다. 본 실험에서 이용된 방법에 있어서 공기시료 채취후 세개의 시간구간에서 총 알파붕괴를 얻는 방법을 이용했다. 라돈 자핵종 각각의 농도는 알파붕괴, 시료채취 유속과 알려진 수학적인 계수들을 포함한 방정식으로부터 얻어진다. 본 실험에서는 채취유속은 5분이고 측정 되어지는 세개의 시간 구간은 시료채취후 2-5, 8-25, 37-55분이다. 라돈-222의 농도는 루폐스 셀을 이용해서 구했다. 본 실험은 1990년 7월 30일부터 8월 30일까지 한양대학교에서 실시 되었다. 실험결과 방사평형 인자는 실내에서 0.68이고 실외에서 0.58이었다. 라돈 자핵종의 농도를 working level로 환산한 결과 실내에서 0.0049이고 실외에서 0.0027이었다. The modified Tsivoglou method has been widely used to determine Rn-222 daughters, RaA(Po-218), RaB(Pb-214), and RaC(Bi-214), in air. In using the modified Tsivoglou method here, an air sample is obtained and the total alpha disintegrations in three selected time intervals after the end of air sampling determined. The concentration of each nuclide is then obtained from an equation involving the alpha disintegrations, the sampling flow rate, and known numerical coefficients. In this work, the air sampling time was 5 min and the three selected time intervals set 2-5, 8-25 and 37-55 min after the end of sampling. The concentration of radon-222 was measured by using the scintillation cell(Lucas cell). This work was performed at Han Yang university in Seoul from 30 July, 1990 to 30 August, 1990. The equilibrium factors, F, for indoor and the open air as an averaged value were found to be 0.68 and 0.58, respectively. And the working levels of indoor and the open air were 0.0049 and 0.0027, respectively.
