        정부기관의 R&D 지원 기업의 생산성과 성장성 분석: 바이오·의료 산업을 중심으로

        This study is expected governmental R&D investments in situations where there is a problem of efficiency in government R&D investment and investment performance continued being raised is evaluated as to whether you can have an impact on corporate performance. So, This study classified 40 Industries, which are divided into the leading growth industry and the main industry, focusing on the second stage of the Leading Industry Development Project for Economic Region, to the similar industry between the representative flagship and the growth leader based on KSIC. Through this, Government R&D budget affects the management performance by industry and company size, and the business performance when it is invested in Regional companies. Based on the results of this study, we propose a policy direction for efficient investment of R&D. In order to analyze the performance of government R&D investment, the Bio·Medical industry (regional project) was selected from among the leading industry development project. For the analysis, we selected biotechnology and medical industry (local business) among the Leading Industry Development Project for Economic Region that were promoted for three years from 2012. Analysis indicators we analyzed the enterprise (large, medium-sized enterprises, SME) productivity indicators (gross value-added per capita, sales per capita) with growth indicators (net sales growth rate, operating profit growth rate, net profit growth rate, asset growth rate, employee growth rate). The productivity indexes of companies(large, small and medium enterprises) that received R&D support from government by selecting biotechnology and medical industry (regional business) among the large-area leading projects that were promoted for three years from 2012 (value added per employee, Sales growth, operating profit growth, net profit growth, total assets growth, and employee growth rate). As a result, both the representative flagship industry and the growth leading industries showed an increase in sales per capita, which is an indexes of productivity, over time. The value added per employee, which is the most important productivity index, measures profits attributable to a wide range of stakeholders. The average value of the representative flagship industries is higher than the growth leading industries. We find that government R&D investment has a positive effect on firm performance, as both the total assets growth rate, the net profit growth rate and the number of employees increase. Even in the case of similar industries, we could confirm the difference between industrial classification, company size, and financial characteristics between the growth leading industry and the representative flagship industry. In addition, a t-test was conducted to obtain statistical significance for the analysis. The limitations of this study are that the size of SMEs participating in the project varies, and it is necessary to compensate the difficulty in distinguishing the differences on the error bar. From this research, in the future, it is necessary to set direction for government R&D investment through comparative analysis of 40 industries.

        지역기업에 대한 정부 R&D 지원의 효과분석(2002-2016)

        With acceleration of global competition and expansion of the production network where capital and labor move freely, competitiveness at a regional level, rather than as a country, is becoming an immediate national challenge. In addition, with the spread of the innovation-driven economy around the world, creation and fusion of knowledge and new technology are being applied through rapid and flexible cooperation across industries at a regional level. Recognizing that regional competitiveness is the competitiveness of the country, South Korea Government has promoted the regional industry policy since the 1990s. In 2008, the government implemented the promotion program for regional strategic industry(Post 4+9), starting with the promotion policies of innovative regional industries in 1999. In 2009, the leading industries development project in the mega-regional economy was promoted for strengthening global competitiveness of the regions; the economic cooperation industry promotion business has been promoted that can set the region through autonomous consultation between the cities and provinces since 2015. In accordance with the direction of the government, regional policies have been changed in various ways, and the spatial range has also changed from the level of cities and provinces to the one of metropolitan scale, returning to the level of cities and provinces. Research and development have been of great importance as support measures have changed from infrastructure to software-driven. In particular, R&D can be the basis for the government intervention because the investment can reach below the social optimal level as R&D has the externality, thereby playing a role of reducing the probability of market failure. However, there have been various discussions on achievements of R&D support: there was a precedent research presenting that government R&D investment plays an important role in the management of productivity and innovation level of companies. Based on these discussions, this study aims to find out the performance of regional R&D projects of national R&D projects by investigating companies that have participated in regional R&D projects to find out whether their productivity, growth, and profitability improved. For the analysis, corporate financial information panel data(2002∼2016) for 15 years of 1,493 companies were used. In addition to the growth rate analysis, statistical significance was verified by comparing the means between the groups by indicator and year.

        A company's sustainable growth is a very important goal, and for this purpose, the company's business model is changing into a convergence of products and services. The purpose of PS-Offering is to maintain a long-term relationship with customers, and customer experience management is necessary for this. This study presents a service design methodology that can support customer experience management of the PS-Offering business model. The experience management portfolio analysis methodology consists of four steps: 1. Deriving service encounter through customer journey maps; 2. Identify the service structure of each service encounter in three forms (FFC, FSC, FSE). 3. Analyze the customer's emotional variables, that is, customer experience, at each service encounter, Finally, 4. After plotting the level of customer experience at the service encounter, the analysis is conducted with a customer experience management portfolio that seeks future strategic plans for this. The methodology presented in this study will help in the service design of the service encounter unit centered on customer experience. And it will improve the financial performance of the company by raising the service level of the business model.

      • 뱃노래 주제에 의한 flute·25현 가야금 이중주

        뱃노래는 굿거리 장단의 흥겨운 경상도 민요이다. 이 뱃노래를 flute가 25현 개량가야금의 2중주로 변주해 보았다. 제1악장은 파도의 물결을 연상시키는 도입부로 시작하여 굿거리 장단으로 이어진다. 굿거리장단에서 flute과 가야금이 대화를 나누며 분위기를 고조시킨 후 자진모리 장단으로 연결되고 마지막은 빠른 4박자로 경쾌하게 끝난다. 제2악장은 느린 중모리 장단의 가야금 solo로 시작하여 단모리 장단으로 변화를 준 뒤 굿거리 장단으로 이어진다. 25현 가야금의 넓은 음역을 폭넓게 사용하였으며, 왼손과 오른손을 이용한 다양한 형태의 분산화음과 7개의 음까지 중첩시키는 화음을 사용하여 새로운 느낌이 들도록 하였다. 그리고 가야금의 특징인 왼손의 농현과 퇴성, 전성 등을 적절이 구사하여 전체적으로 전통과 새로움이 조화를 이루도록 하였다. The paetnorae in minyo of Kyongsangdo province in Kutkoˇri changdan(a swaying 12/8 rhythm). I made an effort to write a variation of paetnorae for the 25 string kayagum and flute. The opening section of the first movement brings to mind the waves of the sea going into the kutkoˇri changadn. In this part the flute and kayagum raise the mood of the piece by sharing a moment in conversation. Which in followed by change to chajinmori (a quicker 12/8), closing with a brisk 4/4, light in nature. The second movement begins with the kayagum soloing in a slow jungmori, moving tanmori (fast 4/4) and back to kutkoˇri. The wide range of notes of the 25 string kayagum are used along with two-handed plucking to create diverse broken chords with all seven notes of the scale stacked upon each other, creating new feelings of expression. In addition, the special left hand techniques of the kayagum (nonghyoˇn-vibrato, toesoˇng-falling tone, choˇnsoˇng-short vibrate) are all suitably employed, to achieve a hamonious union of the traditional and the new.
