Since satellites operates and performs their jobs in the space orbit, it is impossible to fix them when they are broken. Therefore, to make payload to be used in satellites function normally, accurate assembly and installation of parts are crucial. To prevent the abnormal functioning in the extreme launch and space environments, it is essential to test changes of parts and system levels by operating alignment measurement before and after the launch environment test and the space environment test. Recently, non-contact three dimensional precision machinery of medium and large sized parts has been developed. One of them is theodolite measurement system, which is widely used in aero-space industry. This study measures the angle of dual thruster module that is used to control the attitude of KOMPSAT by using theodolite and performs alignment measurement and reliability analysis for that.

An I/O buffer with impedance calibration feature for GDDR3 memory controller is presented in this paper. The proposed I/O buffer operates upto 1.2 Gb/s with 1.8-V supply voltage. The test chip was fabricated in standard 0.13-㎛CMOS process with 1.2-V supply voltage. A level-up shifter and a level-down shifter with little duty-cycle distortion are also introduced to implement 1.8-V I/O buffers in given process.
