창업보육센터장의 책임과 역할에 관한 연구

남서울대학교 창업보육센터장의 직무를 2018년부터 3년여간 창업보육센터 업무를 수행하면서 국가부처 및 보육 센터에서 약 20여년이상 중소기업의 창업과 지원에 대한 실제적인 내용을 파악 할 수 있었다. 국부의 창출을 위해 창업보육은 매우 중요한 국가적인 과제임을 알 수 있었다. 창업보육센터장의 역할은 센터의 관리 및 운영을 대표하 며 사업지원 프로그램을 총괄관리 및 조정한다. 창업경영자의 대부분은 창업경험이 없는 경우가 많으므로 센터장은 기업경영의 경험이 많고, 창업관련지원업무에 능통하며, 정부나 금융기관 등 외부기관과의 연계 등 대외적인 활동을 성공적으로 수행할 수 있는 능력이 있어야 하며, 창업가적 열성도 갖추어야 한다. 그러나 현실적으로 교수가 겸직을 하면서 수업 및 연구 수행 등 병행하고 있다. 따라서 창업보육에 대한 실질적인 효과를 기대하기 어려우며 본 연구는 그에 대한 상황을 살펴보고 대안을 제시하고자 한다. While serving as the head of the Center for Start-up Education at the University Namseoul Korea for three years from 2018, he was able to grasp the actual details of small and medium-sized businesses’ start-ups and support at state ministries and child care centers for more than 20 years. For the creation of national wealth, child care for start-ups could be seen as a very important national task. The role of the head of the Start-up Business Incubator Center represents the management and operation of the center, and the project support program is managed and coordinated. Since most start-up often have no experience in starting a business, the Director of the Center should have a lot of experience in corporate management, be fluent in supporting start-ups, be able to successfully carry out external activities such as links with the government or financial institutions, and must also have a keen sense of entrepreneurship. In reality, however, the professor is working at the same time, performing both classes and research. Therefore, it is difficult to expect any real effects on Start-up Business Incubator child care for start-ups, and this study wants to look at the situation and suggest alternatives.

사회복지기관에 적합한 ESG경영 전략도출 및 성과관리방안 : 천안시사회복지재단을 중심으로

Since municipal welfare institutions operate for different purposes from general companies or public enterprises, ESG practice items and model construction should be conducted through various and comprehensive social welfare studies. Since there are not many studies available in domestic welfare institutions yet and there are no suitable ESG management utilization indicators, the Cheonan Welfare Foundation's strategy and management strategy system were established to spread the model to other welfare institutions and become a leading foundation through education and training. The foundation and front-line welfare institutions selected issues identification and key issues through the foundation's empirical analysis and criticality analysis, focusing on understanding ESG management and ways to establish a practice model that positively affects institutional image and business performance. Based on this, the promotion system was examined by establishing a performance management plan after deriving appropriate strategies and establishing a strategic system for social welfare institutions. Environmental and social responsibility, transparent management, safety management system establishment, emergency and prevention, user (customer) satisfaction system establishment, anti-corruption prevention and integrity ethics monitoring and evaluation, responsible supply chains, and community contribution programs. This study attempted to specifically present efforts to settle ESG management through the consideration of the Cheonan Welfare Foundation. Therefore, it is considered to be useful data for developing ESG management by referring to the systematic development process of the Cheonan City Restoration Foundation to develop ESG measurement indicators.

This research is a case study about the personnel management policy of Bachae co., Ltd. Bachae Co., Ltd. suggests as a successful model that by implementing the pro-active personnel management strategy eliminated the seniority, age-limit, academic snobbism, the qualities critical for managerial success are leadership, motivation, decisiveness, flexibility. It gives a solution especially to medium-sized companies suffering the manpower shortage, that the adequate motivation through strong leadership to employee results in not only job satisfaction but also organization absorption. The fact that company care about even the failure staying at their jobs longer without hurting their self pride to be loyal employee is a very demonstrative and great method which motivates middle & midium size of companies how to manage and utilize the human resources.

BI의 창업기업 성과달성 방안에 관한 연구

Start-up is a very important task for the development of the country as well as individuals for entrepreneurs with novel ideas, experiences, and know-how. Most of the new start-ups often have no start-up experience, and the government and universities operate start-up incubator centers so that start-up companies can grow and develop. The goal is to improve the success rate of technology-based start-ups. It supports various needs of start-up companies and supports start-up companies to succeed by enabling them to maximize their potential. The expected effect of the start-up incubator center can be said to be a contribution to the development of the national economy through the revitalization of start-ups. This study aims to consider ways to achieve performance through the efficient operation of domestic start-up incubator centers. 창업은 참신한 아이디어 또는 경험과 노하우를 가진 창업가는 개인뿐만 아니라 국가 발전을 위해 매우 중요한 과제이다. 신규로 창업하는 대부분은 창업경험이 없는 경우가 많으며 창업기업이 성장, 발전할 수 있도록 정부와 대학에서는 창업보육센터(BI)를 운영하고 있다. 목표는 기술기반 창업기업의 성공률 제고에 있다. 창업기업의 다양한 니즈를 지원하고, 기업이 보유한 잠재력을 최대한 발휘할 수 있도록 함으로써 창업기업이 성공할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. BI의 기대효과는 창업의 활성화를 통한 국가경제발전의 기여라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 BI의 효율적인 운영으로 발전방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

Along with the rapid supply of apartments, bathtubs are becoming a must-have item for our lives, but research is very insufficient. This study is an empirical case study for formalization of taciturn as a long-time worker in the bathtub field. Bathtubs are developing different types of materials due to various factors, and we would like to draw characteristics based on their contents. The bathtub is characterized by its materials according to its manufacturing, housing structure and distribution process. First, it is a locally produced product because import and export is difficult. The second depends on the building soccer team, such as wet and dry. Third, it is different in relation to industries such as manufacturing and distribution. I would like to suggest the differences between the fourth countries. We hope this research will serve as a cornerstone for the study of bathtubs, and we hope it will be useful for those involved.

국제 창업경진대회에서의 경영성과달성에 관한 연구

한국과 중국은 지리적으로 매우 가깝게 위치하고 있으며, 중국은 세계의 공장 역할을 하며 폭발적인 교역의 증대 가 있었다. 근래에 한국은 기업들이 저조한 실적으로 실업률의 증가와 대학졸업생의 취업률이 매우 낮은 상황에서 돌파구가 창업을 독려하며 국가에서 많은 지원을 하고 있는 가운데 창업기업은 국내 뿐 만아니라 해외에도 눈을 돌리는데 매우 어려움이 있어 중소벤처기업부, 한국창업보육협회, 대학창업보육센터 등 기관에서 공동으로 해외창업 경진대회를 통해 기업경영에 도움을 주고자 한다. 창업보육센터는 지원 운영 사업가운데 보육업체 중 국제간의 투자자로부터 자본투자를 받거나 국외에 진출하고자 하는 기업, 수출‧입을 통한 거래를 하고자 하는 기업 등 국제거래를 통해 기업의 발전을 도모하는데 역할을 해야 한다. 본 연구는 중국산동성 위해시에서 한중창업경진대회에 관계자로 참여하면서 한국과 중국의 정치, 경제, 기업 등 문화적 배경이 달라 시행착오를 겪은 바 있다. 따라서 창업보육센터는 보육업체가 해외에 수출, 현지 국에 창업, 투자 를 받는 등 국제간의 창업경진대회를 성공적으로 성과달성을 위한 방안에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. Korea and China are located very close to each other, and China, withholding its role as the world's factory, has faced an explosive increase in its trade. On the other hand, Korean companies have been showing poor performance while the Korean economy is going through increase in unemployment rate, especially of university graduates. For these reasons, Korean government has been providing supports to encourage startup businesses. Nevertheless, start-up businesses are having difficulties operating not only within the country, but also abroad, and therefore, the organizations such as the Small and Medium Business Administration, the Korea Entrepreneurship and New Business Incubation centers Association, and the University New Business Incubation Center are making efforts to support corporate management through joint overseas startup competition. New Business Incubation centers should play a role in promoting the development of companies through international transactions, such as business owners who receive capital investment from international investors, those who want to enter overseas, and those who want to trade through export and import. This study has undergone trial and error due to different cultural backgrounds, politics, economy, and businesses of Korea and China, while participating in the Korea-China startup competition in Weihai, Shandong Province, China. Therefore, the New Business Incubation Center aims to study ways to successfully achieve international entrepreneurship competitions, such as exporting overseas, starting up in local countries, and receiving investment.
