A highly stabilized 0.25×200 um HEMT local oscillator with a dielectric resonator in Ku-band MIMIC reciever is designed. We used dielectric resornator for the main merit of high Q factor. And basically oscillator circuit type is designed to reflection DEO because of the advantages of a small size and a low phase noise. The designed DEO circuit is optimized, using a commercial harmonic balance based simulator Super Compact. From the DRO designed here is obtained 10.67dBm output power, 22.53dB spectrum purity, oscillating at 10.75GHz, 21.2% of high efficient, and phase noise of -148dBc/HZ for offset of 100KHz. In the variation test, we can see the result, the yield of more 62.5%, can be achieved for 10% variation L, C, and gate width. Small and Large signal parameters used for simulation are based on the data from ETRI foundary.
