We fabricated organic integrated circuits on PEN substrate by using pentacene TFTs, such as inverter, ring oscillator, NAND and NOR gates, and rectifier. The OTFTs used bottom contact structure and produced the average mobility of 0.26 ㎠/V.sec and on/off current ratio of 10?. All circuits worked successfully like the simulation results. Especially, the rectifier was able to operate up to 1 ㎒ input signals, and ring oscillator exhibited oscillation frequency of 1㎒ at 40 V.

A highly stabilized 0.25×200 um HEMT local oscillator with a dielectric resonator in Ku-band MIMIC reciever is designed. We used dielectric resornator for the main merit of high Q factor. And basically oscillator circuit type is designed to reflection DEO because of the advantages of a small size and a low phase noise. The designed DEO circuit is optimized, using a commercial harmonic balance based simulator Super Compact. From the DRO designed here is obtained 10.67dBm output power, 22.53dB spectrum purity, oscillating at 10.75GHz, 21.2% of high efficient, and phase noise of -148dBc/HZ for offset of 100KHz. In the variation test, we can see the result, the yield of more 62.5%, can be achieved for 10% variation L, C, and gate width. Small and Large signal parameters used for simulation are based on the data from ETRI foundary.
