잠재프로파일 분석을 통한 중・고등학생의 직업가치 유형 및 영향요인 연구

이 연구의 목적은 국내 중학생 및 고등학생의 직업가치 유형을 파악하고 유형별 영향요인의 특징을 분석하는 데 있었다. 이를 위해 5차년도(2022년) 한국아동・청소년패널조사에 참여한 중학생 및 고등학생의 응답자료를 활용하였다. 결측치를 제외한 표본 규모는 중학생 2,275명, 고등학생 2,205명이었다. 직업가치 유형을 도출하기 위해 잠재프로파일 분석을 실시했으며, 3단계 접근법을 활용하여 유형에 영향을 미치는 선행변인을 탐색하였다. 연구를 통해 도출된 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생과 고등학생의 직업가치 유형은 유사한 패턴을 보였지만, 집단별 표본의 비율과 직업가치별 수준에 차이가 있었다. 중학생에 비해 고등학생의 경우 상대적으로 직업가치 수준의 변화가 적었으며, 전반적으로 직업가치를 높게 인식하는 비율이 증가하는 모습을 보였다. 둘째, 청소년의 직업가치 유형에는 개인, 학교, 가정적 요인이 복합적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 사회적 기여와 명예로 대표되는 사회적 측면을 중시하는 집단이 확인되었으며, 다양한 주체들과 긍정적인 관계가 해당 집단에 포함될 가능성을 촉진하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로교육 경험이 직업가치에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 청소년의 직업가치 수준을 높일 수 있다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년이 자신의 특성 및 환경에 적합한 직업가치를 정확히 인식하고 이와 관련된 진로탐색을 수행할 수 있도록 진로 및 직업교육 개선이 필요하다. 둘째, 청소년의 다양한 주체들과의 관계가 직업가치에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 분석할 필요가 있다. This study aimed to identify the types of career values among middle and high school students in South Korea and to analyze the characteristics of influencing factors for each type. To achieve this, data from the respondents of the 5th(2022) Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey, were utilized. The sample sizes were 2,275 middle school students and 2,205 high school students. Latent profile analysis was conducted to derive types of career values, and a three-step approach was used to explore antecedent and outcome variables that influence these types. The main conclusions of the research are as follows. First, while the types of career values among middle and high school students showed similar patterns, there were differences in the proportion of the sample by group and the level of career values. Second, personal, school, and familial factors collectively have a significant impact on the types of career values among adolescents. Third, a group that values the social aspects represented by social contribution and honor was identified, and positive relations with various entities were shown to promote the likelihood of inclusion in this group. Based on these findings, the following suggestions are made. Improvements in career and vocational education are needed to allow adolescents to accurately recognize career values suitable for their characteristics and environment, and to conduct related career exploration.

트럼프 행정부의 대북정책 전망

Mr Donald Trump was elected as the 45th President of the United States of America by general election on November 8, 2016. Trump won the election despite most of the medias` prediction of Clinton`s advantage. During the presidential election campaign, Trump was harshly criticized by the public including the Republicans due to his unpredictable behaviors. However, he overcame all the huddles, and finally won against Clinton. President-elect Trump has named four retired military officers as head of the National Security Council, Defense, Homeland Security and Central Intelligence Agency. All four are hard-liners on foreign and security policy, particularly on counter-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Thus, Trump administration`s policy towards North Korea can be predicted in three categories: First, the possibility of operating surgical strikes to demolish WMDs and to end Kim`s regime is highly probable. The second possibility is to make a deal with Pyongyang by providing economic incentives in exchange of the removal of WMDs. Like Libya and Iran cases, it has already been proven as a very useful solution, bringing a significant benefit to both sides avoiding harmful military conflict. Third, following in the footsteps of the Obama administration can be another option for Trump administration. Whenever North Korea made military provocation, the US played a leading role in the UN Security Council for adopting a resolution against their actions.

대학 소재지에 따른 청년의 노동시장 이행 궤적 분석 : 수도권과 지방대학 졸업생의 비교를 중심으로

이 연구는 청년들의 대학 소재지에 따른 노동시장 이행 궤적을 유형화하고 비교 분석함으로써 청년들의 노동시장에서의 지위 변화를 이해하고 청년고용 촉진을 위한 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 청년패널에서 4년제 대학을 졸업한 955명(2007~11년)의 8년(96개월)간 경제활동상태 자료를 활용했으며, 집단중심추세분석과 차이분석을 사용하여 대학 소재지에 따른 이행집단과 특성을 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 지방대학 졸업생의 노동시장 이행은 수도권 대학 졸업생에 비해 변동성과 불완전성이 높았다. 둘째, 대학 소재지에 관계없이 여성은 노동시장에서 열악한 지위에 위치하고 있었다. 셋째, 계열별 노동시장 이행과정에서 지방대학 인문계열 졸업생의 상용직 진입이 제한적이었다. 넷째, 노동시장 이행과정에서 자격취득 및 진로상담의 유의미한 차이는 확인되지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 지방대학 졸업생의 고용시장 진입과 유지를 촉진할 수 있는 제도적 접근 강화, 지역의 노동시장개선과 대학의 연계 촉진, 여성 및 계열별 노동시장 이행을 위한 맞춤형 취업 및 진로지원에 대한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to understand the change in the status of youth in the labor market and to provide implications for facilitating youth employment by categorizing and comparing the trajectory of labor market transition according to the university’s location. Economic status data of 8 years(96 months) of 955 graduates(2007~2011) who graduated from university of youth panel was used to analyze the trajectory of labor market transition. The method of analysis used group-based trajectory analysis and difference analysis. The main research results are as follows. First, the labor market transition of local university graduates was higher in volatility and incompleteness than those in metropolitan areas. Relatively, the proportion of graduates from the metropolitan area entering and maintaining regular jobs was high, and in the long run, the ratio of local university graduates to non-wage labor was high. Second, regardless of where the university was located, women were in poor positions in the labor market. Women were less likely to enter regular jobs than men, or were converted into non-economically active populations or non-wage labor after entring. Third, in the transition of labor market status by majors, entry into regular jobs by graduates of humanities from local universities was limited. Fourth, there was no significant difference between certificate acquisition and career counseling in the process of labor market transition. Based on the results of these studies, the following suggestions were made. Reinforcing institutional approach to promote entry and maintenance of labor market for local university graduates, improving local labor market and facilitating linkage with universities, and customized employment and career support for women and liberal arts students.

우크라이나전쟁이 한국안보에 주는 시사점

Russian military invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Ukraine applied European Union membership, and many East European countries already joined the EU. Thus, it is natural to join the EU for Ukraine, but Russia tried to stop Ukraine’s moving towards the EU by the invasion. International community, headed by the United Nations, immediately reacted against Russia’s illegal invasion and assisted Ukraine with a lot of military equipment and weapon systems and rescue funds. Russia’s invasion unexpectedly became a protracted war instead of rapid victory. Ukraine military has fought well and defeated Russian army almost all over the frontal lines. Russian military now takes a defensive posture. The lesson of this war for the ROK is as follow: First, the ROK should maintain a liberal democracy that secures basic human rights. Second, the ROK should have reasonably sufficient military power for its national defense. Ukraine failed to defend its nation country due to insufficient defense capability. Without foreign military assistance, Ukraine could not but surrendering already. Thus, the ROK should build a reasonably sufficient defense capability including Kill chain, KAMD and KMPR. Third, Korean-made-defense products are highly evaluated by international community through Ukraine war. Poland already contracted with Korea purchasing 48 FA-50s fighters, 980 K-2 tanks and 648 K-9 Howitzers. And many countries are actively trying to purchase K-defense products. Forth, strategic alliance is crucial for strengthening national security. Ukraine is still fighting well owing to foreign military assistance. Thus, it is very important for the ROK to strengthen the alliances and friendship with foreign countries in peacetime. Finally, the unity of national people is the most important thing for the survival. When the war broke out, President Zellenskii and former president Poroshenko campaigned for patriotic war-fighting against Russian invaders, and it strongly appealed to international community. Thus, many countries joined in supporting Ukraine and provided a lot of military assistance. Owing to this support Ukraine could strongly resist against Russian invasion.

이스라엘-하마스 전쟁이 한국안보에 주는 시점

Palestine armed group, the Hamas, made a surprise attack on Israel on October 7, 2023. They killed some 1,200 Israeli people and took some 240 hostage from Israel. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu immediately declared a war against the Hamas, and made a merciless counter attack on Gaza Stripe. Some 17,000 Palestinians were killed by Israeli air strikes, and many cities including Gaza City and Khan Younis in Gaza Stripe were devastated. Two months later, Israeli military goal of complete removal of the Hamas on earth are almost fulfilled. Israeli military has attacked all the spots mercilessly no matter where the Hamas were hidden including the hospitals, schools or refugee camps. The Hamas originally could not stand against the Israeli military even though they made a significant success at the surprise attack on October 7. It is because of the lack of airpower. The Hamas does not have airpower while Israel has a superb airpower. The reason why the Hamas broke this war is to grasp the political power in the Palestinians. The Israeli government has recognized the Patah, a rival group of the Hamas, as the representative of Palestine while the Hamas recognized as a terrorist group. This war is very similar to the 1982 Lebanon war. Those days Prime Minister Menachem Begin led the war against the Palestine Liberation Organizations(PLO), and ended it after devastating the PLO. PM Netanyahu has repeatedly declared this war will end after complete demolishment of the Hamas, and he does not care anything for fulfilling this goal. This war gives lots of lessons for the ROK. First of all, the ROK national leaders should learn Israel’s strong leadership for the security of its people. Natanyahu does not care any internal or external pressures, but only care Israeli people’s security.

한국방공식별구역(KADIZ) 발전방안

Recently, China & Japan have expanded their responding ADIZ(Air Defence Identification Zone) to implement each Government's maritime policy and to project their Air Power in preparation for maritime provocation & contingency, especially over the piled area where East Asia countries have claimed to have maritime jurisdiction one another. So this is to guide the Development Option for Korea Air Defence Identification Zone to cope with the maritime intentions of the neighboring countries, considering the international law for ADIZ, the maritime policy and the maritime sovereign & jurisdiction area of the Republic of Korea, etc.

This thesis analyzes the latest operating concept and status for Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) researching overseas ADIZ CONOPS, international legal basis for ADIZ, the intention & background of proclamation for China Air Defense Identification Zone(CADIZ). Firstly, ADIZ is lawful concerning international connivance for ADIZ where around 20 countries have operated, Article 56 "Rights, jurisdiction & duties of the coastal State" and Article 301 "Peaceful uses of the seas" on the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea(UNCLS). Secondly, ADIZ has been regarded as a support means for national interest & policy as well as military air defense one. Thirdly, Based on legal re-interpretation for UNCLS relating to ADIZ, China proclaimed CADIZ where can ensure national maritime policy and strategy including A2/AD(Anti-Access & Area Defence), inroad into the ocean, claim for Senkaku Islands possession, etc..

진로전담교사의 직무수행 및 성과에 대한 다차원적 인식 분석

이 연구는 진로전담교사의 직무에 대한 중요도와 수행도, 성과 및 발전 과제에 대한 진로전담교사, 일반교사 및 학교 관리자의 인식을 다차원적으로 비교분석하는 데 목적이 있었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도의 중등 진로전담교사 482명, 일반교사 324명, 학교 관리자 51명을 대상으로 진로전담교사의 직무수행도, 중요도, 성과와 발전과제에 대한 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 구체적으로 진로전담교사의 직무 중요도와 수행도에 따른 집단 간 차이를 검증하고 중요도-수행도 분석(IPA)을 통해 개선 사항을 비교 분석하였다. 다음으로 진로전담교사제의 성과와 발전과제에 대한 요구의 우선순위를 비교 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로전담교사의 직무수행에 대하여 세 집단 모두 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 공통적으로 진로전담교사 제도도입을 통해 체계적인 진로교육이 가능해졌으며, 이러한 변화에 대해 구성원 모두 긍정적으로 평가하고 있었다. 둘째, 진로전담교사의 직무 중 동료교사 및 학부모의 진로지도 역량 개발과 지역사회 네트워크는 점진적 개선이 필요한 부분으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 진로전담교사제의 성과에 대해서 세 집단 모두 학생의 진로성숙도 향상과 개인 맞춤형 진로상담 활성화의 우선순위가 높았다. 진로전담교사제의 발전과제에 대한 인식을 분석한 결과, 세 집단 모두 진로교육 예산과 환경 지원 그리고 학생 맞춤형 진로개발을 지원할 수 있는 대입제도 개선을 우선순위로 제시하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 진로전담교사의 원활한 직무 수행과 발전과제에 대하여 논의하고 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to conduct a multidimensional comparative analysis of the perceptions of career teachers, peer teachers, and principals on the importance-performance of the career teachers, as well as the outcomes and development tasks of the educational system. To achieve this objective, an online survey was conducted on the job performance, importance, outcomes and task of improving system with 482 middle school teachers in Gyeonggi-do, 324 general teachers, and 51 school principals. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. Specifically, differences between groups according to the importance and performance of career teachers were analyzed, and improvements were compared through importance-performance analysis (IPA). The main research results are as follows. first, It was found that all three groups had a high perception of the job performance in the career education system. In common, systematic career education was made possible through the introduction of the career teacher system, and all the members evaluated this change positively. Second, it was confirmed that the career guidance competency development of fellow teachers and parents and the community network needed gradual improvement among the career teachers’ duties. Third, regarding the outcomes of the career teacher system, all three groups presented improvement in students’ career maturity and activation of personalized career counseling as important outcomes. As a result of requesting the development task of the career education system, it was confirmed that all three groups prioritized the career education budget, environmental support, and improvement of the university admission system, which made it difficult for student-centered career development. Based on the above research results, tasks for job performance and system development of career teachers were discussed, and suggestions for follow-up studies were presented.
