        배구 서브 기술에서 점진적 연습 방법과 자기통제 연습 방법의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to exam effectiveness of using gradual increasing practice and self-controlled practice on three volleyball serve skills learning and to analyze the difference of self-efficacy per each group. Participants(N=72) were randomly assigned for GS, GSY, SS, SY, GG and BB groups. The experimental task was to send the ball accurately to the target point using the three methods(over, side, under)of the volleyball serve. Statistical analysis was performed by one-way ANOVA in pre-test, retention test, and transfer test. In the acquisition phase, two-way ANOVA was performed. The results of the study were as follows: First, GS group showed more effective learning effect than GG, BB, GSY, YY groups and SS group than GG group in retention test. Second, GS and SS groups showed more effective leaning effect than GG, GSY, BB, YY groups in transfer test. The results of three self-efficacy tests showed significant differences in the measurements before the retention test. Self-controlled groups(GS and SS) showed higher points than the other groups. These results demonstrate that the practice of autonomous supportive environment for volleyball serve task is effective for learning motor skills.

        배드민턴 서브기술 과제에서 자기통제 주의초점의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to test the leaning effect of self-controlled attentional focus in badminton long-high serve task. The subject were composed of 48 university students who have had no previous experiences regarding long-high serve. The subjects were randomly assigned to four groups: 1) self-controlled group, 2) mixed group, 3) distal group, 4) proximal group. In the acquisition phase, 4(groups) × 6(blocks) two-way ANOVA with repeated measures on the last factor. In the delayed retention and transfer test, 4(groups) × 2(blocks) two-way ANOVA with repeated measures on the last factor. For dependant variables, a mean radial error(MRE), and a bivariate variable error(BVE) were measured. The results of this study could be as follows. First all groups improved their performance at acquisition phase. Second, self-controlled group was more effective than other groups in delayed retention and transfer test. This results indicated that self-controlled attentional focus enhanced badminton long-high serve skill learning.

        다양한 자기통제 연습의 운동기술 학습효과 및 자기효능감

        The purpose of this study is to examine the mixed effects of general practice and self-controlled practice using baseball pitches and to analyze the difference of self-efficacy between groups. Subjects(n=60) were randomly assigned to general+self-control(GS), general+self-control yoke(GSY), self-control+self-control(SS), self-control+self-control yoke(SSY), and general(GG). The task was to throw the ball accurately at the target point using a non-dominant hand. The accuracy score was used as a dependent variable. Statistical analysis was performed by one-way ANOVA in pre-test. In the acquisition phase, delayed retention test, transfer test, and self-efficacy, two-way ANOVA was performed. The results of the study were as follows: First, GS group showed more effective learning effect than GG, GSY, SSY groups and SS group showed more effective learning effect than SSY group in retention and transfer test. Second, In the self-efficacy test results, only GS group showed partial effects. The results showed that the learning effect in the general and autonomy support environment showed a significant effect and it could be extended to the learning environment of various exercise skills.

        무용전공 중, 고등학생과 교사의 상호작용, 무용자신감, 무용몰입의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the model structurale rlationship among dance-majoring middle/high school student-teacher interactions, dance confidence, dance flow. A total of 505 dance-Majoring middle/high school student in this study, exploration and conrfmi atory factor analysis and reliability test were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of the measurmeent tools. Data which is obtained through selfdetermination was analyzed using by the correlation analysis, SEM and multi-group analysis with SPSS 18 and AMOS 20. The result of analysis is give as following. First, interactions had positive effect on dance confidence and dance flow also dance confidence had positive effect on dacne flow. and dance confidence have direc t and in-direct mediation effect for relationship between interactions and dance flow. Second, there are significant difference of 2 direct path in test of the structuraml odel invariance across grade(interactions→dance confidence, interactions→ dance flow)

        배드민턴 서브기술 학습에서 주의초점 및 주의초점 피드백의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the learning effect of combination method, external attention of focus instruction and external attention of focus feedback,. as advance information for learners in badminton long-high serve task. The subject were composed of 30 university students who have had no previous experiences regarding long-high serve. The subjects were randomly assigned to three groups: 1) combination group, 2) instruction group, 3) feedback group. In the acquisition phase, 3(groups) × 6(blocks) two-way ANOVA with repeated measures on the last factor. In the delayed retention and transfer test, 3(groups) × 2(blocks) two-way ANOVA with repeated measures on the last factor. For dependant variables, a mean radial error(MRE), and a bivariate variable error(BVE) were measured. The results of this study could be as follows. First, combination and feedback group were more effective than instruction group. Second, combination group was more effective than instruction group. This results indicated that combination method(external attention of focus instruction and feedback) enhanced badminton long-high serve skill learning.

        자기통제 연습의 운동기술 학습효과 및 자기효능감

        The purpose of the present study is to examine effectiveness of self-controlled practice (USC and LSC) using a baseball throwing task. Specifically, the study examined the effects of practice with autonomy support on learners’ self-efficacy. Among 48 participants, 12 students were randomly assigned per group according to the exercise conditions. Participants practiced throwing with their non-dominant arm for target. Each experimental design of acquisition phase was 4 (group)×6 (block), retention and transfer tests were 4 (group)×2 (block), and self-efficacy was 4 (group)×3 (time) factorial design. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measure on blocks were conducted. Performance and self-efficacy scores were used for independent variables. In delayed retention and transfer test, USC (unlimited self-control) group was more effective than UY (unlimited yoke) and LY (limited yoke) groups. There was no difference between SLC (limited self-control) and LY groups. In addition, self-efficacy measured after practice and before delayed retention was increased in USC group and partially in LSC group. The findings indicate that the autonomy provided by self-controlled practice can raise learners’ self-efficacy, with effective consequences on motor learning.

        자가면역성 만성 활동성 간염과 동반된 괴저성 농피증

        Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an inflammatory ulcerative condition of unclear etiology. In more than 50% of cases, lesions occur in association with an underlying systemic disorder-most notably; inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), rheumatoid arthritis, or a hematologic abnormality. Here, we report a rare case of pyoderma gangrenosum associated with autoimmune chronic active hepatitis. A 34-year-old woman presented pyoderma gangrenosum and an appropriate exclusion was performed. She had abnormal results for liver biochemical tests, with a hepatitis-like picture and high titer of antinuclear antibodies. According to the scoring system proposed by the Intemational Autoimmune Hepatitis Group she had `definite` autoimmune hepatitis and responded well to immunesuppressive treatment.         기술수준에 따른 자기통제 피드백의 제공이 배드민턴 서브기술 학습에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 배드민턴 서브기술 학습에서 학습자의 기술수준이 자기통제 피드백의 차별적 효과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 규명하여 운동기술 학습에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 피드백 제시방법의 근거를 마련하는데 있다. 피험자는 고등학교 남학생 120명을 대상으로 수업단계와 사전검사를 거쳐 기술수준별(상위, 하위)로 자기통제 그룹과 동반그룹에 각각 10명씩 무선 할당하였다. 습득단계는 2(기술수준)×2(피드백 유형)×6(분단)으로, 전이검사는 2(기술수준)×2(피드백 유형)×2(분단)의 반복측정 요인설계로 구성되었다. 분단을 반복측정하는 삼원변량분석이 사용되었고, 종속변인으로는 평균반경오차(MRE)와 이원변량가변오차(BVE)가 사용되었다. 분석결과 첫째, 평균반경오차와 이원변량가변오차에서 자기통제 그룹이 동반그룹보다 통계적으로 유의하게 낮은 오차 값으로 자기통제 피드백의 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 이원변량가변오차의 전이검사에서 기술수준과 피드백의 상호작용 효과가 나타났다. 상위그룹에서는 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 하위그룹에서는 자기통제 피드백이 동반그룹보다 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 학습자의 기술수준이 자기통제 피드백의 차별적 효과를 나타내는 중요한 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to ascertain to prove that the learner`s level is an important variable in determining the distinct effect of self-controlled feedback. The test subjects were 120 male high school students, the subject group constituted of 40 students randomly assigned to high and low learning levels(10 self-controlled and 10 yoked) who were placed into the appropriate group based on the results of their training stage and pre-test. subjects were asked to practice badminton serve as a closed skill. The acquisition phase was made up of a 2(learner`s level)×2(feedback mode)×6(Block of trial) and the transfer test was made up of a 2(learner`s level)×2(feedback mode)×2(Block of trial) factorial design with repeated-measures on block. A three-way ANOVA with repeated measures on block were conducted. For dependent variables, a mean radial error(MRE), and a bivariate variable error(BVE) were measured. The results of Firstly, in according to the mean radial error and bivariate variable error the significantly lower error data that proved the self-controlled feedback group. Secondly, according to the bivariate variable error in transfer test, the interaction effect was visible respective to the learner`s level and feedback mode. In the low level group, self-controlled feedback was more effective than in the yoked group. Therefore the conclusion of this study shows that learner`s level is an important variance on the distinct effect of self-controlled feedback.

        심상훈련과 피드백 제시유형에 따른 골프 퍼팅 기술의 수행 및 학습효과

        The purpose of this study to exam performance and learning effect of golf putting skill according to imagery training and the presentation types of feedback. Sixty college students who have no experience on golf putting task. The participants were randomly assigned to one of six experimental groups: (1) imagery-self-controlled feedback group(n=10), (2) imagery-100% feedback group(n=10), (3) imagery-control group, (4) non-training-self-controlled feedback group(n=10), (5) non-training-100% feedback group(n=10), (6) non-training-control group(n=10). Subjects performed 60 acquisition trials followed by 20 immediate retention and 20 delayed retention tests. ANOVAs with repeated measures were performed on the various dependant variables: absolute error(AE), variable error(VE) and total error(E). Firstly, the results indicated that self-controlled feedback and 100% feedback showed more effective performance than control group in the acquisition phase, but there were statistical difference on the total error(E) for training condition. Secondly, imagery training more effective than non-training and self-controlled feedback performed significantly better than the other feedbacks in immediate retention and delayed retention test. These findings prove that perceptual pretraining by imagery training and self-controlled feedback were an effective method in golf putting task.

        내적심상 및 외적 주의초점이 농구 자유투 과제의 수행 및 학습에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the learning effect of two learning methods, internal imagery and external-attention focus, as advance information for learners in case of a basketball free throw task. In addition, this study aimed to verify whether the combination of internal imagery, a new learning method, and external-attention focus triggers synergy in learning, and whether that effect can be generalized in the learning of sports techniques. The subjects were composed of 40 right-handed middle school boys who have had no previous experiences regarding free throw tasks. The subjects were randomly and equally assigned to four different experimental groups: 1) mixed group, 2) external-attention focus group, 3) internal imagery group, and 4) control group. In the acquisition phase, 4 (groups) x 6 (blocks) two-way ANOVA with repeated measures on the last factor. In the delayed retention test, 4 (groups) x 2 (blocks) two-way ANOVA with repeated measures on the last factor. The following results are based upon the findings of this study. First, mixed group was more effective than external-attention focus group, internal imagery group, and control group. Second, external-attention focus group and internal imagery group were more effective than control group. This result indicated that mixed condition(external-attention focus and mental) enhanced basketball free throw skill learning for the middle school students.
