The purpose of this work is an experimental investigation of combustion and emission characteristics in DI diesel engine applied high EGR rate as known general method of low-temperature combustion. In order to analyze theeffect of EGR rate variation, single-cylinder DI diesel engine was operated under various EGR rate conditions. In addition, injection timing conditions was variously controlled to investigate the effect of injection timing in DI diesel engine using the EGR system. NOx emissions were decreased, as a result, by increasing EGR rate. Soot emissions were generally increased under applied EGR conditions. However, soot emissions were decreased in a few injection timings under high EGR rate conditions. The results showed that the charge could have a premix period sufficiently due to be increased the ignition delay period by decreased oxygen concentrations in combustion chamber under the high EGR rate.

The purpose of this work is an experimental investigation combustion and emission characteristics in DI diesel engine applied multiple injection strategy. In order to analyze the effect of multiple injection, single-cylinder DI diesel engine was operated under electrically controlled fuel injection system. In this study, multiple injections were injected as two types of multiple injection that were defined as the pilot injection and the post injection. The pilot injection and the post injection was injected 30% of total fuel injections mass quantity. The results of multiple injection were compared to those of single injection and each multiple injection types. To investigate for a low speed engine and middle range load, the experimental conditions were conducted under a fixed engine speed and constant stoichiometric ratio condition. The combustion results show that each multiple injections decreases peak heat release rates but increases indicated mean effective pressure. The emissions results that pilot injection increases emissions but post injection reduces NOx, HC and CO emissions.
서비스 블루프린트를 활용한 사용자 참여적 박물관 서비스 개발

박물관은 공적 영역과 사적 영역이 결합된 대표적인 제3의 공간으로 관람객의 능동적 관람 행태로의 변화와 함께 관람객과의 상호소통적인 전시 경험의 필요성과 중요성이 강조되기 시작하였다. 사용자 참여적 박물관이란 관람객이 주도적으로 관람 과정을 이끌어가며 정보의 의미와 가치를 깨달을 수 있도록 하고 보다 다각적인 경험을 제공하여 잊히지 않는 전시 경험을 선사한다는 특징이 있다. 또한 IoT 기술의 발전에 따라 실제 데이터에 기반한 맥락적 정보를 바탕으로 사용자에게 새로운 경험을 제공하는 시도가 확산되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 IoT 기술을 활용하여 박물관 내에서 관람객이 적극적으로 전시에 참여할 방안에 대한 구체화한 서비스 개발 과정을 연구하였다. 박물관 전시 관람에 관한 사용자 경험 연구를 위해 전시 관람의 총체적인 경험 과정을 데이터 흐름의 관점에서 통합적으로 분석하기 위해 서비스 블루프린트 모형을 적용하였다. 데이터를 활용한 서비스 블루프린트를 기반으로 데이터를 중심으로 한 터치 포인트를 정의하고 각종 기회 요소를 발견할 수 있었다. 제안한 데이터 기반 서비스 블루프린트를 사용하여 콘텐츠 탐색, 공유 및 거래 기능을 중심으로 세 가지 유형의 사용자 참여적 미래 박물관 관람 서비스 모델을 설계하였다. IoT 기술이 적용된 사용자 참여적 박물관 관람 서비스는 기존의 일방적인 서비스 제공 양식에서 벗어나 대중과의 집중적인 상호작용을 유도하여 박물관의 목적을 적극적으로 수행하고 관람객의 몰입도와 관심도를 지속해서 증대할 것으로 기대된다. The museum being a representative third space combining public and private areas, with the role change of visitors, the importance of interactive exhibition experiences with visitors has been emphasized in various ways. User participatory museums provide unforgettable experience by allowing visitors to actively engage with the value of the works. Also, due to advance in IoT technologies, attempts to provide new experiences based on contextual information with actual data are increasing. This study conducted a research on service development process of user-participated service for IoT applied museums. A service blueprint from the perspective of data flow was applied to explore an entire experience process of museum exhibition. This allowed to define various touch points around data and discover new opportunities. Furthermore, three user-participated service models for future museum have been designed using the proposed data-based service blueprint. User-participated museum that adopted IoT technology is expected to achieve its purpose more efficiently by creating intensive interaction with the public and continuously increase the level or immersion and interest of visitors leaving the existing one-sided service provision format.

This study attempted to determine the degree of asbestos release from the aging slate roof by comparing the asbestos content in the slate roof rain gutter with a colored steel plate (tin plate) over the slate roof. Four slate roof houses located in Haengmok-ri, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and one house constructed with a colored steel plate on the slate roof were selected to collect the sediment of the roof rain gutter. The asbestos fiber content was calculated by a point counting method using a polarization microscope after pretreatment with conversion treatment and hydrochloric acid treatment. The average asbestos content of the four slate roof rain gutter were 1.89%. However, asbestos was not detected in the Slate covering roof rain gutter, which were constructed on the slate roof. Asbestos fiber content was the highest at 2.89% in the slate roof rain gutter installed in 1976, followed by 2.44% in 1953. From the above results, it is necessary to minimize secondary damage as asbestos fibers released from slate roof houses to the surrounding atmosphere or leaked from slate roofs as rainwater may cause soil pollution and seriously affect residents' health. Although covering with colored steel plates (tin plates) has been shown to prevent the leakage of asbestos fibers to some extent, it is believed that a policy alternative to remove the slate roof as soon as possible is needed to solve the fundamental problem.
