18세기 이후 한글 편지에 나타난 ‘-- ’ 변 화 양상

이 논문은 한글편지를 대상으로 중세국어에서 객체 높임의 기능을 수행하던 ‘-- ’의 변화양상을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 17세기 이후 ‘-- ’은 객체 높임의 기능을 보이거나, 화자를 겸양하여 청자를 높이는 부수적 기능을 수행하는 양상을 보인다. 19세기 이후 객체 높임의 기능은 어휘로 남아있고, 청자높임의 종결어미로 문법화한다. 본고에서 대상으로 하고 있는 한글 편지 자료은 17세기부터 20세기 초까지의 송준길 가의 것이다. 현재까지파악된송준길가소장한글편지의발신자는61명이고, 편지건수는429건으로 40건은<선세언독>에수록되어있고, 그외374건은낱장으로되어전해진다. <선세언독>의 40건과낱장96건은판독되어역주작업이진행되어136건의송준길가한글편지의판독이 이루어진 것이다. 이에 미판독된 약 200여건의 한글편지를 판독하여 연구를 진행하였다. 확인 결과, 송준길 가의 한글편지에 나타난 ‘-- ’의 변화에 따른 청자 높임법의 양상 역시기존에연구된한글편지와동일하다는것을발견할수있었다. 즉17세기이후객체 높임의 기능의 잔재로 현대 국어에 남아있는 어휘 ‘여쭙다, 받잡다’ 등의 기능과는 별개로서 화자 겸양의 기능을 수행한다는 것이다. 화자를 겸양하여 청자를 높이는 부수적 기능을 하던 ‘-- ’이 19세기 이후에는 상대 높임으로 문법화되는 현상을 보인다는 것이다. This study is aimed to the function changes of ‘-( sa p)-’ in letters of Song Jungil family since 17th century. The senders of letters are 61people, and the numbers of letters are 429 pieces. About 136 letters were deciphered. So this study is aim to remained 200 letters. Since the 17th century, ‘-- ’ demonstrates the function of enhancing the objective or modests the speaker to enhance the listener. Since the nineteenth century, the function of enhancing the objective remains a vocabulary, and it grammaticalizes as a ending of the ending of the listener. The letters of Han-gul are from the 17th century to the beginning of the 20th century. To explain concretely, ‘-- ’ had been a pre-ending of objective honorific in 15th century before the change to a pre-ending of speaker modesty in 17th century. Since then it has been changed the speaker modesty to the listener honorific ending in 19th century. Today it is confirmed ‘-ㅂ/습니다’ ‘-- ’ s hows the grammatical characteristic contemporaneousness but the letters are written that is why the grammatical forms are conservative. Although those features, this study has to be given the meaning of confirming the function changes ‘-( sa p)-’ This Hangeul letters have not been deciphered perfectly until now. They need to decipher in the next study.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the measurement results of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) in Patient Using Sensitiv $Imago^{TM}$ (SI) and Ryodoraku. Methods We conducted SI test and Ryodoraku test to a 7-year-old DMD patient who visited to Oriental pediatrics, Kyung Hee Medical Center. Results We obtained SI and Ryodoraku test results from a DMD patient. Conclusions Further study with more samples is necessary to establish accuracy of SI in clinical use.

신생아 B형 간염 예방 접종 후 하지 부종이 발생한 환아 치험 1례

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effects of oriental medical treatment on Extensive limb swelling which is rare adverse reaction of vaccination. Methods A 11 months old infant who appealed unilateral thigh swelling after immunization and signs of local inflammation was administered a complex herbal medicine consisting of five decoctions; Gwakhyangjunggisan, Binsosan, Danggwisusan, Samchulgunbitang and Gwibitang. The length of the constant regions of the thigh circumference was measured every visit. Each process was recorded by photograph. After one year from the first visit, phone call was conducted to follow-up. Results The length of the thigh after administration of herbal medicine did not change much, but the part where swelled hard became little bit softer. A year later, patient's growth and walking was normal but the swollen part not changed. Since then the similar adverse effects did not recur on booster doses vaccines. Conclusions The adverse reactions of vaccination are rarely reported and there is no specific treatment for swelling from Hepatitis B vaccine. It will be more helpful to study if more cases reported about any adverse drug reactions or any side effects from the immunization.

영아 기관절개술의 임상적 고찰

Background and Objectives: Improvements in the fields of neonatology and surgical subspecialities make tracheotomy possible to the younger population. But complication rates for infantile tracheotomy are significantly higher than that for the other pediatric tracheotomy. This study was designed to present our 9-year experiences of infantile tracheotomy and to evaluate the effect of several factors of complications. Materials and Methods: From 1996 through 2004, 60 tracheotomies were performed. Charts were reviewed with respect to indications for tracheotomy, underlying diseases, success rate in decannulation and length of support time until decannulation, complication and mortality rate. Results: There were 41 male patients and 19 female patients. Ventilatory support for neurological impairment(38.3%) was the leading indication for tracheotomy, followed by subglottic stenosis(36.7%), laryngomalacia(13.3%). Decannulation was accomplished in 60.0% of infants with an average of 56.5momths with tracheotomy. Complications occurred in 43.3%. There was one tracheotomy-related mortality in case of tracheal atresia. Most common complication was subglottic stenosis. Conclusion: Infantile tracheotomy had significant morbidities and its outcomes are thought to be usually related to the underlying disease and age. To prevent complication, early decannulation is advisable, and for long-term tracheotomy patients, regulation of reflux and infection may be necessary.

Foreign bodies of the upper aerodigestive tract in the pediatric population are a common occurrence. However, despite significant advances in prevention, first aid and endoscopic technology, they remain a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. Early diagnosis is the key to successful and uncomplicated management of these accidents. An orderly and systematic approach to these patients including a careful history, physical exam and radiographic studies is detailed in this review.

야제(夜啼) 발생에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 설문 연구

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that cause nocturnal crying. Methods This clinical study has been carried out with 133 infants and children, who visited to the department of Pediatrics, ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Oriental Medical Hospital from September 2012 to October 2012. Patient's guardian filled out the questionnaire consisting of pregnancy-birth domain, child care domain, sleep domain, nocturnal crying domain and other domains. We used PASW Statistics 18.0 to analyze each factors by Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test and independent samples t test. Results The prevalence of nocturnal crying between "frequently changing sleep posture group" and "stable sleep posture group" were significantly different (p=0.002, OR=3.557). The prevalence of nocturnal crying between "sleep problem group" and "no sleep problem group" were significantly different (p=0.022, OR=4.052). The nocturnal crying prevalence of the rest of the groups had no significant difference. Conclusions The frequently changing sleep posture increases the risk of nocturnal crying, and the presence of sleep problem increases the risk of nocturnal crying.

The purpose of this paper is to explain time and space adverbs in Korean. The word order of time and space adverbs is considered the way of cognitive reflection about time and space. Time is discussed within innate ability and the grammatical morpheme has been developed in Korean. They are conjugated with verbs. Therefore, space adverbs could be closer than time adverbs. In addition, time adverbs are not absolute position in sentences compared to space adverbs since time expression is combined with the verbs. Time is the subjective representation of the cognitive workings of human being, which is represented by a verb, and is represented in the first term as a verb. By the distant position from verbs, the space becomes the physical condition of the event and the time is the part of verbs combined. The space refers to the part of events, and the time refers to the event. The word order of Korean is SOV, a subjective is an agent, the objective could be the aboutness1) by verbs. Therefore, space adverbs could be aboutness as well.

According to development of IT technology and a lot of work using computer, various diseases are increased. These phenomenons are treated by correcting posture. So, many ways to analysis of muscle fatigue are implemented by using EMG(Electro Myo Gram). In order to adopt this paper in practical, simpler and more precise method than other papers previously studies are implemented by using analysis of muscle fatigue in this paper.
