최근 무선통신 기술의 발전으로 PC뿐만 아니라 PDA, 휴대전화 등 다양한 이동 단말을 통하여 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공받을 수 있게 되었다. 이동 단말은 제한된 하드웨어 성능을 갖는 것 이외에 무선망에서 동작하므로 낮은 네트워크 대역폭을 사용하게 된다. 이러한 이동 단말의 특성을 고려하여 스트리밍 미디어 서비스를 받기 위해서는 동작 환경에 적합하게 미디어를 트랜스코딩 하는 기술이 필요하다. 그러나 이동 단말은 무선 네트워크를 사용하며, 유선 환경에 비하여 주변 환경이나 AP(Access Point)와의 거리 등에 따라서 불안정한 네트워크 대역폭을 가지기 때문에 안정적인 QoS를 제공하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 무선 네트워크를 통해 이동 단말에 안정적인 QoS의 스트리밍 미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 트랜스코딩의 동적 비트율 제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 무선 네트워크의 상황에 맞게 실시간으로 트랜스코딩의 비트율을 동적으로 조절함으로서 끊임없는 스트리밍 미디어 서비스를 제공하며, 기존의 동적 트랜스코딩 서비스 시스템에 비해 보다 적은 전송 오류를 발생함을 실험을 통해 평가한다. Owing to the improved wireless communication technologies, it is possible to provide streaming service of multimedia with PDAs and mobile phones in addition to desktop PCs. Since mobile client devices have low computing power and low network bandwidth due to wireless network, the transcoding technology to adapt media for mobile client devices considering their characteristics is necessary. However, since mobile clients use wireless network and the wireless network have less stable bandwidth according to distance from AP and environments, it is hard to support stable QoS to mobile clients. In this paper, we propose a dynamic bit rate control method for transcoding in order to supprot stable QoS of streaming media service to mobile clients via wireless network. The proposed method is shown to serve seamless streaming media service with adaptive bit rate control according to state of wireless network in real time and to reduce transmission failure from experiment.

본 연구의 목적은 사회정서역량과 성취정서 사이의 관계를 밝히고 중등학교 학생들의 정신적 건강과 학업성취도를 향상시키기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 첫째, 중학생과 고등학생의 성취정서에는 어떤 차이가 있는지, 둘째, 사회정서역량 수준에 따른 성취정서 차이를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 사회정서역량의 하위변수가 성취정서에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 본 연구는 중등학교 학생 322명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 첫째, 중학생들은 고등학생들에 비하여 긍정 성취정서는 높고, 부정 성취정서는 낮은 점수를 보였다. 둘째, 사회정서역량이 높은 학생일수록 긍정 성취정서가 높았으며, 부정 성취정서는 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정 성취정서에 영향을 미치는 사회 정서역량의 하위변수는 책임 있는 의사결정, 자기관리였으며, 부정 성취정서의 경우 자기인식, 자기관리 가 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. The aims of this study were to investigate the relationship between social and emotional competencies and achievement emotions and to provide basic research references for improving the emotional health and academic achievement of secondary school students. In doing so, this study analyzed first the differences in achievement emotions between middle- and high- school students, and second the differences in achievement emotions according to by the level of social and emotional competencies. Last, this study analyzed the extent to which sub-components of social and emotional competencies affect achievement emotions. A sample of 322 secondary school students were analyzed in this study. The findings of this study are as follows. First, middle school students showed higher level of positive achievement emotions, but lower level of negative achievement emotions than high school students. Second, the higher the social emotional competencies, the higher the positive achievement emotions and the lower level of negative achievement emotions. Third, sub-components of social and emotional competencies affecting positive achievement emotions were responsible decision-making and self-management, while self-awareness and self-management appeared to influenced negative achievement emotions.

Molded case circuit breaker(MCCB) is typically used because it has superior characteristics without fuse, such as safety, controllability and ability to collaborate with other devices. The molded case circuit breaker, it must be examined by a regular test for acquiring a standard. One of standard tests is short circuit test. During the short circuit test, causing cracks and damages on the component. AEC BASE had troubles having cracks and damages when short circuited. AEC BASE of MCCB had been designed and analysed by using Pro/ENGINEER and commercial FEM code ANSYS.

In this paper, studied were successful strategies of both business and operation of Seoul Metro Line 9 which will be opened in 2009. The Seoul Metro Line 9 is the first metro line by a private capital. If the Seoul Metro Line 9 failed to compete with other transportation systems, it will bring big problems like a raising tax burden of citizens and an increasing social expense by failing public transportation policy and a negative precedent of private railroad business. So the Seoul Metro Line 9 must maximize its competitive power by getting effective business and operation using its good equipments. Then SWOT analysis of the Seoul Metro Line 9 was carried out and countermeasures to cope with SWOT were also considered. In addition deeply discussed were the methods to improve business and operation of Seoul Metro Line 9 inside the Line 9, with other railways, with bus transit and with private transportation. In conclusion Seoul Metro Line 9 can get advance of its competitive power and victorious penetration of a transportation market with the scheme reported in this paper.
