        The data presented here are to determine the effects of nicotine concentration in the corn-meal standard medium on the rates of pupation and adult emergence in Drosophila melanogaster. (1) The effect of nicotine concentration was significantly inhibited on the rate of pupation in each test group. (2) In the rate of adult emergence, 0.01M and 0. 5M groups of nicotine concentrations were significantly lower rate than control group, respectively. (3) From the experimental results, we concluded that the effects of nicotine concentration in the medium was significantly inhibited on the rate of pupation and adult emergence in Drosophila, but the concentration was effect on the physiological character of the organs over 0.005M.

        체육분야 국가자격의 실효성 제고방안 연구(I): 체육지도자 처우개선과 지위향상을 위한 제도개선 방안

        이 연구는 체육지도자들의 처우개선과 지위향상 문제해결에 도움을 주기 위하여 체육지도자들의 근무실태 및 문제점 등을 살펴보고 이에 대한 제도적인 개선 방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 총 350명의 체육지도자를 대상으로 개방형 설문조사를 실시하고, 심층면담 6명, 전문가 집단토의 6명을 대상으로 귀납적 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 연구방법을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 체육지도자의 처우개선 및 지위향상 요인을분석함에 있어 총 586개의 세부요인이 도출되었다. 도출된 전체 세부요인을 중심으로 2차 귀납적 범주 분석을 실시하여 전체 14개의 중영역 중 정규직전환, 무기계약, 경력 환산제 도입은 ‘고용안정’이라는 대영역으로 구분되었고, 수당, 임금표준화, 부대경비가 묶음화되면서 ‘임금’이라는 두 번째 범주로, 세 번째는 규정, 인원동원, 인적인프라, 자기계발을 포함하고 있는 ‘업무요인’으로, 마지막은 공간확보, 휴가, 재정, 비재정 요인으로 묶음화되면서 ‘복리후생’으로 도출되었다. 체육지도자의 처우개선 및 지위향상을 위한 법적 개선안으로는 ‘기간제 및 단시간근로자 보호 등에 관한 법률’시행령 제3조 제3항 제7호와 ‘학교체육진흥법’ 시행령 제3조 제4항 제3호 규정의 삭제 안이 제시되었다. 또한 ‘국민체육진흥법’ 시행령 제23조의2(기금의 배분비율) 지원대상별 구체적 배분비율에 체육지도자 양성 및 운영 항목 신설 안이 제시되었다. This study purported to explore labor conditions and related problems to provide the systemic directions for labor condition improvement and status enhancement of physical education directors. In order to achieve the research purpose, open survey with 35 physical education directors, in-depth interview with six physical education directors and content analysis of group discussion with six experts were conducted. Based on the results of this study, after extracting a total of 586 sub factors, a category analysis was conducted, and 14 categories were developed. Among them, transition to regular job, indefinite contract and career conversion introduction were classified as job stability, extra pay, salary standardization and extra cost as salary, regulation, personnel mobilization and self-development as job operation, and space securement, vacation, finance, and non-finance as welfare. Legal improvements for the labor condition improvement and status enhancement of sports directors have been proposed to remove the Fixed-term and Part time workers Protection Law enforcement ordinance article 3 section 3 No. 7 and the School of Physical Education Promotion Law enforcement ordinance article 3 section 4 No. 3. and Item new draft of the physical education leadership training and management were presented in the National Sports Promotion Law enforcement ordinance article 23-2.

        From Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to Manufacturing for Design (MFD) via Hybrid Manufacturing and Smart Factory: A Review and Perspective of Paradigm Shift

        Manufacturing paradigms have historically been shaped by social, economic, and technological aspect, including limitations and needs. Design for manufacturing (DFM) has been the main paradigm for last three decades since design is defined by the limitations of available manufacturing processes. Since reducing the time required for the development of new products has been one of the key issues for businesses, removing the gap between designers and manufacturers has been one of today’s main goals. Many methods were developed to reduce this gap including information and communication technologies (ICT). However, current issues have been shifting towards design-related issues such that researchers have been trying to make products desired by the customers rather than that which is cheaper to manufacture. In this article, hybrid manufacturing (HM) and the concept of smart factory are introduced as key technologies for the future paradigm of manufacturing: Manufacturing for Design (MFD). Issues related to the development of HM process and examples of HM process are explained, and the importance of smart factories for the implementation of MFD is shown. Finally, future trends of HM and smart factory are predicted at the end of this article.
