Just in time backup of the essential materials at industry and military is very important. Especially in case of military essential materials at wartime is so important as it controls victory and/or defeat. This paper presents the new approach for just in time suppling the essential materials at the beginning wartime - security step of materials, reservation priority and quantity requirement degree. In order to build the new approach, we introduced the concepts of cost and effect analysis for each essential item. First of all, the developed model will be useful to maximize combat sustaning power under constraint of budget.
다단계 자동가공/조립제조시스템에서 다목표 작업제어 기법

This paper is concentraed on a study of operation control for mutiple objectives in a automated manufacturing system with multiple machining cells or assembly cells. Largest Sum Processing-time First(LSPF) was developed in order to minimize makespan, mean flowtime and maximize mean utilization and compare with Ho and Chang's algorithm(HC) and Hunsucker and Shah's algorithm(HS). The results show that LSPF provides better soutions than HC at 78.2% and than HS at 67.8% of total problems to frequency. LSPF reduces 5.8% of makespan by HC and 22.1% of the valus by HS and curtails 15.8%, 7.5% of mean flowtime by recpective algorithms(HC, HS). And mean utilization is also higher about 5.5%, 20.8% than HC and HS.

This study is concerned with image information management system form small scale hospital. We intended to developing image management system which is used of the existing analog devices such as medical camera, supersonic analyser, endoscope etc. We developed a video in interface board based USB 2.0 for handling image in real time. It is capable of transmitting image input signal like as NTSC, PAL to personal computer through USB 2.0. The developed board can transmit image up to 40times speed compared with the exiting system based USB 1.0. Especially the developed system is very helpful for small hospital like as dental clinic, because it is easy and convenient to manage image information without expert. So it will provide reduction of time and cost for handling image information(collecting, saving, retrieval, transmitting image).
