        교양체육 참가자들의 기본심리욕구, 운동몰입 및 운동지속의 관계

        This study was aimed to verify and the relationship and differences among basic psychological needs, exercise commitment and exercise adherence depend on personal characteristics in the group of participants in collegiate physical activity classes. For this purpose, PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs were used for confirmatory factor analysis, frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis with 751 collegiate students who were attending physical activity classes in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The results were shown below. First, there was a significant difference between basic psychological needs, commitment and adherence depend on gender, and male had higher mean scores in all sections. Second, there were significances in autonomy and exercise adherence of basic psychological needs, commitment and adherence depend on grades, and the senior students had higher mean scores than freshmen. Third, all of subfactors of basic psychological needs showed positive significance to all subfactors of exercise commitment. Fourth, autonomy and reatedness of subfactors of basic psychological needs showed positive significance to exercise adherence. Finally, congnition commitiment of subfactors of exercise commitment showed positive significance to exercise adherence.

        태권도 선수의 코치지지가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of sports confidence in the relationship between coach`s support and Junior level Taekwondo athletes` adaptation to school life, and it is meaningful to present basic data for adaptation to school life of Taekwondo athletes. For this, 288 students of Junior level Taekwondo athletes received questionnaire data on coach`s support, school life adjustment, and sport self confidence. Using SPSS 21.0, AMOS 18.0 and Excel 2010, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation Analysis, structural equation model analysis, and the significance of mediation effect was verified by bootstrapping. As a result, first, coach`s support showed positive influence on adaptation to school life of Junior level Taekwondo players. Second, coach`s support has a significant effect on sport self-confidence. Third, sports self-confidence has a significant effect on adaptation to school life. Finally, sports self-confidence partially mediated the relationship between coach`s support and school life adaptation. Based on these results, we discussed coach`s support, sports self-confidence, and adaptation to school life.

        리듬체조코치들의 리더십유형과 방향이 선수만족 및 지도효율성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between the leadership style and direction of a coach and player satisfaction and instruction efficiency, and to suggest efficient instruction methods to enhance the performance of the rhythmic gymnasts Athletes. The results were summarized as follow. First, there were no differences in the leadership direction, player satisfaction and instruction efficiency according to the player`s age and athletic career as rhythmic gymnast. However, there was significant difference in person-oriented-leadership according to the player`s age, and statistically meaningful difference in organization-oriented leadership according to athletic career. Second, the results of the examination of the relationships between the leadership style of rhythmic gymnastics coach and player satisfaction showed that emotional leadership appeared to affect player satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between the leadership direction of rhythmic gymnastics coach and player satisfaction, individual-oriented leadership affects player satisfaction. Fifth, there was no meaningful statistical relationship between the leadership style of a rhythmic gymnastics coach and instruction efficiency. Fifth, there was no statistically impact of the direction of a coach on player satisfaction and instruction efficiency.

        교양체육수업 참가자의 운동욕구와 수업만족도의 관계에서 재미요인의 매개효과검증

        The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between the activity need and the satisfaction of class in the physical education class and to verify the mediation effect of the fun factor. For this purpose, 268 college students who participated in physical education class were asked to use questionnaire data on activity need, class satisfaction and fun factors. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0, AMOS 18.0, and Excel 2010 programs. The significance of mediation effect was verified by bootstrapping. As a result, first, it was found that the activity need of the participants in the physical education class had a positive effect on the satisfaction of the class. Second, the activity need had a significant effect on the fun factor. Third, the fun factors had a significant effect on the satisfaction of class. Finally, the fun factor partially mediation the relationship between activity need and class satisfaction. based on these results, we discussed the activity need, class satisfaction, and fun factors.

        교양체육 참여 대학생의 자아탄력성이 심리적행복감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to clarify the relationship among undergraduate students’ ego-resilience, self-esteem and psychological happiness. The subjects is undergraduate students who take the physical education class in the university, and actually, total 317 questionnaire sheets were used for this study. The samples were taken from undergraduate students in 5 universities campus by using convenience sampling among non-probability sampling. To analyze data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression, and multiple regression analysis were executed by using SPSS 17.0 Window. Also, to verify mediating effect, the verification of Baron & Kenny(1986) was used, and the statistical significance level was set at α<.05. Conclusions obtained from these analyses are as follows: First, among the factors of undergraduate students’ ego-resilience, optimistic attitude and curiosity had statistically significant influence on psychological happiness. Second, among the factors of undergraduate students’ ego-resilience, optimistic attitude, curiosity and personal relations had statistically significant influence on self-esteem Third, undergraduate students’ self-esteem had statistically significant influence on psychological happiness. Forth, undergraduate students’ self-esteem mediated between the undergraduate students’ ego-resilience and psychological happiness, in the all factors of optimistic attitude, curiosity and personal relations.

        체조선수의 자아탄력성이 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향: 자기관리의 매개효과 검증

        Purpose: Because of the limited number of athletes, the drop-out rate of young gymnasts imposes significant threat to Korean gymnastics which have been quite successful at the international level. To avoid discontinuances in athletes` carriers and to maintain such successes, this study aimed to identify the factors influencing the level of adherence. Especially, in addition to the the previously reported effects of gymnasts` ego-resilience on exercise adherence, the mediating effect of self-management was tested. Methods: One hundred twenty six gymnasts were collected with purposive/non-probability sampling who register in Korean Olympic Committee (KOC). Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, structure equation modeling analysis were performed with SPSS 18.0, AMOS 18.0 and Excel 2010 programs, and significance of mediated effect was verified with bootstrapping. Results: The ego-resilience of gymnasts has positive relation with exercise adherence, and self-management fully mediates the relation between ego-resilience and exercise adherence.

        태권도 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX)가 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향: 배경변인에 따른 조절효과 검증

        This study aims to provide fundamental knowledge on approaches to enhance the performance of taekwondo players by validating how the leader-member(coach–player) exchange(LMX) affects perceived performance and how its effect varies between gender, experience and award-winning. A survey was conducted on 341 Taekwondo players in all of which are official members of Korea Taekwondo Association. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 Version program and AMOS 23.0 Version program. Results are summarized as below. First, leader-member exchange(LMX) had a statistically positive influence on perceived performance of Taekwondo players. second, leader-member exchange(LMX) showed a greater impact on perceived performance in a group of experience.

        코치와 부모의 자율성 지지가 리듬체조 2부 경기 참가자의 기본 심리적 욕구와 내적동기에 미치는 영향

        This study was aimed to verify the effect of autonomy supports of parents and coaches on the basic psychological needs and intrinsic motivation of the tier 2 rhythmic gymnastics competition participants, and define mediate effect of the basic psychological needs on the relationship between autonomy supports and intrinsic motivation, so the results can suggest proper direction for improvement, renewal of the tier 2 rhythmic gymnastics competition and promote young athletes. The 280 Tier 2 Rhythmic Gymnastics competition participants, who were not registered as an official athlete to the Korea gymnastics association between the periods from August, 2018 to October, 2018, came in on the study. Frequency Analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structure equation modeling were used for data analysis with SPSS 21.0 version program and AMOS 21.0 version program, and the results are shown below. The overall results showed the autonomy support from parents and coaches which is recognized by the tier 2 rhythmic gymnastics participants have positive effect on basic psychological needs and intrinsic motivation, and the autonomy support appears to improve intrinsic motivation through basic psychological needs.

        청소년 운동선수들의 완벽주의성향과 인지된 경기력의 관계에서 실패내성의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of perfectionism on perceived performance of adolescent athletes and investigate mediating effect on failure tolerance .The data of 386 athletes were collected from physical education middle and high school. The collected data were analysed with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation analysis. The results of analysis were as follows; First of all, perfectionism of adolescent athletes had positive effect on perceived performance. Secondly, perfectionism of adolescent athletes had positive effect on failure tolerance and failure tolerance had positively affect perceived performance. Lastly, failure tolerance of adolescent athletes fully mediated the relationship between perfectionism and perceived performance.
