상사의 비인격적 감독이 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 정서적 스트레스와 직무열의의 이중매개효과

본 논문은 조직에서 상사의 비인격적 감독이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 그 경로에서 정서적 스트레스와 직무열의의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장인 317명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS Macro 및 Bootstrapping 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 비인격적 감독, 정서적 스트레스, 직무열의, 이직의도 간의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의한 것을 확인하였으며 이중매개관계가 통계적으로 유의한 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 상사의 비인격적 감독과 정서적 스트레스, 직무열의, 이직의도에 대한 경로를 규명하였다는 점에서 시사점을 제공한다. 향후 종단적 연구 및 경로에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 심층 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. This study was to verify the effect of the supervisor's abusive supervision on turnover intention and the mediating role of emotional stress and work engagement in the process. The online survey was conducted on 317 employees and the data were analyzed through SPSS Macro and bootstrapping. The results are as follows: the correlation between abusive supervision, emotional stress, work engagement and turnover intention was confirmed to be statistically significant, and dual mediating effect of emotional stress and work engagement was statistically significant. This study showed meaningful results on the path of the abusive supervision and turnover intention. Further studies with longitudinal method and in-depth studies on factors influencing pathways will be needed to verify substantially the dual mediating effect.

시트형 마스크 팩에 대한 인식 및 사용실태에 관한 연구

In recent years, women have grown to become interested in their appearance, making skin care included in their daily routine at home. As a result, consumers have come to choose ‘sheet type facial mask’ as a home esthetic product, which has led to a sharp growth of the mask pack market. From the findings from the study, it is considered that given that simple sheet type facial mask, among other types, is more popular among women and is gaining popularity as much as basic items like lotion, sheet type facial mask has great development potential. Nevertheless, continued development requires improvement of usability and enhanced safety to gain trust of consumers. Consequently, industries should make sustained efforts to develop safer and convenient sheet type facial mask items and ingredients and do their best in the automation of sheet type facial mask production and improvement of sanitation processes. It is expected that these results of the study will help set directions for the development of various materials and functions of sheet type facial mask and provide data necessary for ongoing research and effective marketing strategy for sheet mask makers.

디지털 환경이 발달하면서, 디지털 미디어를 활용한 브랜드의 체험마케팅이 증가한 반면, 실제 디지털 미디어를 활용한 체험 마케팅의 효과에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 화장품 브랜드 들이 디지털미디어를 활용 하여 체험 마케팅을 제공하고 있는 사례를 분석하여 유형을 도출하고, 유형별 특징을 분석하였다. 나아가 위의 유형을 대표하는 브랜드의 체험 마케팅을 경험한 사용자를 대상으로 사용자 심층 인터뷰를 실시하여 디지털 미디어를 활용한 체험 마케팅 서비스의 한계점을 도출하였다. 그 결과, 디지털 미디어를 활용한 체험 마케팅 서비스는 적극적 활용 유형, 소극적 활용 유형, 비 활용 유형으로 구분 되었으며, 적극적 활용 유형은 서비스 시작 단계에서 디지털 미디어의 활용도가 낮고, 소극적 활용 유형은 서비스 사용 후 디지털 미디어 활용도가 낮은 것으로 나타나 이를 보완한 서비스가 필요함을 시사한다.

Chosun went through a big change and faced a great threat called "The West". Frequent appearances of western ships, fast spread of Catholicism, and the news about the Opium War(阿片戰爭, 1839) in China made the fear grow bigger. Some part of Chosun started to realizethat their safety would not be secured anymore under the concept, 'China is the center of the universe'. Yoon Jong-Eui(尹宗儀, 1805-1886)'s Byuk-Wi-Shin-Pyun(闢衛新編) was one of the solutions presented for Chosun to deal with the situations it was in. He started to write this book in 1840's before he went into the government service and finished in 1880's. It shows his opinion on "Who the Westerners are" and "How to deal with them". Byuk-Wi-Shin-Pyun was written based on the data Yoon collected from some references about world geography and other intellectuals' articles on the 'maritime defense(海防)' and 'wickedness expulsion(斥邪)'. Most of his references were from the books and articles from Chung(Qing, 淸); the main references used in the beginning of the writing were Myung-Sa(明史) and Kyung-Se-Moon-Pyun(經世文編). He gave people better understanding on Catholicism, wickedness expulsion against it, and the western world. However, the references he used had the limitation of inaccuracy because they were from China and had the negative view toward western world; moreover, those did not contain any new information. Later this limitation was complemented by newly collected data and references. Yoon's point of view on The West changed slowly as he read Hae-Kook-Do-Ji (海國圖志) and Young-Hwan-Ji-Ryak(瀛環志略) and wrote the second edition of Byuk-Wi-Shin-Pyun around 1852. Through newly collected data and references he learned more details about The Westand the fear about their possible attack grew even bigger. It led him to look for more practical means of maritime defense; the most noticeable one was "defeating The West by learning their strength(師夷制夷)". He came up with this idea based on the concept that Chinese technology was the origin of that of The West and the opinion of Wee Won(魏源), the writer of Hae-Kook-Do-Ji had a great effect as well. Yoon did not agree to Won's idea of entering into a treaty with The West and starring a commerce trade however, it was innovative to learn the strength of The West beyond to know who they were. Yoon wrote Byuk-Wi-Shin-Pyun as a part of his effort to wisely confront the change of the view of the world. However, it did not mean that he fully accepted the new wave; bur he wanted to preserve existing view as much as possible at the same time effectively deal with the new wave. Therefore, he suggested to gather detailed information on the western circumstances, but to keep carrying out the ideological expulsion. That was because he was one of the Sung Confucianists and agreed to aggressive defending toward attack of The West. However, his theory of wickedness expulsion was different from that of other Confucians'. Others made their theory based on the existing and limited Confucianism only whereas he tried to widen his understanding on the western world and Catholicism first through collecting diverse information. He did so because he thought The West needed to be correctly understood and learned to be wisely dealt with. This enabled him to know more than anyone else about The West, the relationship between their overseas trade and the spread of the Catholicism, and their attack to make more colonies. Even though he suggested the wickedness expulsion, he not only clarified Sung Confucianism but also tried to learn more about the western world. This makes his theory different from that of Wijeong-Chuksa(衛正斥邪論) and his effort to learn more about The West and accepting their culture opened the door for the enlightenment group (開化派) to come into out history.

STPA를 적용한 의료기기 시스템의 안전성 프로세스 가이드라인

의료기기의 오작동이나 고장은 인명 피해나 큰 상해가 발생할 수 있으므로 안전성 확보가 필수적인 분야이다. 이를 위해 국제 표준을 제정하고 준수하도록 하고 있지만 이들 표준은 상호의존적이고 특히, 안전성 분석 활동의 경우 시간, 노력, 비용이 많이 소요되어 표준 활동을 통합하고 커스터마이징할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 의료기기 소프트웨어 개발 단계별 수행 활동과 안전성 프로세스의 활동을 통합하였다. 통합된 프로세스를 통해 하나의 프로세스로 체계적인 관리가 가능하며, STPA 기법을 기반으로 하는 프로세스 단계별로 가이드가 제공되어 안전성 활동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있다. Malfunctions and failures linked to medical devices may result in significant damage for human being. Thus, in order to ensure that safety of medical device is achieved, it should be established and applied the international standard. It is required to integrate and customize activities at standards, owing to reference relationship between standards, especially, activities based safety analysis is too expensive. This paper proposes a integration process that integrate activities of development lifecycle and safety process. Additionally, we derived a guidance based on STPA for integration process. As a result, we can be performed systematically from early stage of the development and increased effectiveness of integration process by the guidance. which is to identify hazard for preventing the accidents and minimizing the potential harm

There are many things in common between visual communication design and rhetoric because they both deliver meanings and seek for the method for more effective communication. Today, according to the field of rhetoric is expanded, rhetoric has new analysis and it is applied to many other fields such as advertisement, cinema, music and various field of design. The basic design education is very important aspect for the students who study design because students should learn the method from the class to solve the design problems for the effective way of communication through the logical thinking process. Rhetoric thinking process and the methodology of rhetoric expression can help the students to solve the design problem and their idea developing process. Therefore, the study of rhetoric visual thinking and rhetoric expression is significantly necessary area for the effective design education in visual communication design field. The study aims at the research of design education process through the rhetoric with the calendar assignment.
