본 연구의 목적은 건설현장을 대상으로 환경오염방지시설의 설치 및 환경보전비의 운용 실태를 파악하고, 제도 개선 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 192개 건설현장을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 총 공사비 대비 환경보전비의 계상 비율은 0.59%, 그리고 실제 소요 비용은 총 공사비의 0.94% 수준으로 나타났다. 공사 규모나 현장 입지 조건 등에 따라 유의할 만한 차이점은 없었다. 환경보전비 계상 방식을 보면, 표준품셈 등에 의한 원가 계산 방식 33.6%, 총 공사비 대비 일정 요율 적용 33.7%, 미계상 14%로 나타났다. 건설현장에 설치된 환경오염방지시설을 보면, 소음 진동방지시설보다는 세륜기 방진망 등과 같은 대기 오염방지시설에 대한 투자가 더욱 높았다. 총 공사비와 환경보전비의 상관성은 r2값이 0.23 수준으로 매우 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 환경보전비 계상 방식으로는 일정 요율에 의한 방식보다는 원가 계산 방식이 확대될 필요성이 있다. 이를 위하여는 공사 종별로 설계 적산 단계에서 필수적으로 검토해야 할 환경오염방지설비에 대하여 법적인 기준을 마련하고, 시설별로 적산 기준의 제정 보급이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find the reality of environmental management cost in construction projects and to suggest some policies in order that owners appropriate the environmental management cost reasonably in the construction budget for reducing the environmental pollution at job sites. We surveyed the actual state of appropriating and expending the environmental management cost over 122 construction sites. According to the results of the survey, while the appropriated rate of the environmental management cost was 0.59% of the total construction cost. the expended rate reached at 0.94%. When examining the antipollution facilities which were operated in job sites, the investment for equipment against air-pollution such as tire washer, dust-proof device was relatively higher than other antipollution equipment. As the method appropriating the environmental management cost, we concluded that a quantity-per-unit costing method is more reasonable than appropriating at a fixed rate of total construction cost considering that there is little correlation between total construction cost and the environmental management cost. To do so, antipollution facilities that must be examined at a design or estimation stage of a construction project should be prescribed by the law. Moreover, referenced cost data for the quantity-per-unit costing should be prepared and officially published.

This study is the results to survey on the problems and improvable Policies for current escalation system in construction contracts, through a Delphi survey to experts. From the survey results, it is desirable to decide the fluctuation rate of construction cost, which is the requirement of escalation clause, on the basis of inflation rate or construction cost index. The desirable price fluctuation rate is proposed as a $3\%$ level. However, it is difficult for construction companies to cope with the sudden increase of material price in advance, arising from short-term shock factors such as exchange rate and international raw material's price. Accordingly escalation system for specified materials, as an exceptional mode, should be introduced. As a method to calculate the fluctuation rate, ARCA(adjustment rate for the categories of articles) is more desirable than ARI(adjustment rate for an index), because the ARCA can be more reflected the characteristics of each construction work.To rationalize the ARI method, it is needed to announce the wage index, material index and machinery expense index via detailed classification by construction types. Also, it is desirable to prescribe the bidding date as a starting date of the price change, rather than contact signing date. considering the price change can happen since the biddiilg stage.

This study was conducted to investigate a correlation of factors that have an influence on the happiness of college students, and to investigate the effect of factors on happiness of college students by analyzing the structure of influencing factors of happiness. To this end, 430 freshmen in college were selected and tested on character, self-esteem, self-leadership, and happiness. The measurement tools used in this study were the 30 questions of Character Scale that Choi Min-Soo and Im Eun-Young(2013) developed and modified by Im Eun-Young(2015), a Self-Leadership Scale of Manz(1998) classified into behavioral strategy and cognitive strategy that Wang Ji-Seon(2011) translated and modified. a Self-Esteem Scale(SES) of Rosenberg(1986) that the researcher modified and used, and The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire of Hills and Argyle(2002) that Choi Yo-Won(2002) translated and the researcher modified. According to the research result, for correlation with happiness, self-esteem was .86, self-leadership was .74, and character was .66, and for correlation with self-leadership, character was .70, self-esteem was .66, and correlation between character and self-esteem was .57. Secondly, for direct effect on happiness, self-esteem was .62, character as .20, self-leadership was .19, and for direct effect on self-leadership, character was .49 and self-esteem was .38. Thirdly, indirect effect of character on happiness through self-leadership was .94 and indirect effect of self-esteem on happiness through self-leadership was .73. Through these research results, it was identified that character, self-esteem, and self-leadership of college students are the influencing factors on happiness, and that self-esteem is the biggest influencing factor on happiness of college students among the three variables. The results of this study suggested that university students’ personality had a positive relationship with self-esteem and that university students’ personality, self-esteem, and self-leadership altogether had a direct influence on happiness. Moreover, both personality and self-esteem of university students had an indirect influence on happiness through their self-leadership.
자아탄력성, 직무환경, 직무열의가 보육교사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 자아탄력성, 직무환경, 직무열의를 잠재적 예측변인으로 선정하여 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 변인들 간의 구조관계를 밝히기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 광주광역시, 부산광역시, 전라북도, 전라남도 지역에 거주하는 보육교사 349명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 자아탄력성, 직무열의는 이직의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 보육교사의 직무환경은 이직의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 자아탄력성, 직무환경은 직무열의에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 보육교사의 이직의도의 원인이 되는 요인들을 사전에 예방하고 안정된 보육현장에서 보육교사에게 주어진 직무열의에 집중할 수 있는 방법을 탐구하는데 기여할 수 있다. 또한 보육교사를 대상으로 하는 교사교육 프로그램, 상담 및 힐링프로그램 연구, 안정적인 보육교사로서의 생활을 위한 지원과 보육정책 개발을 위한 실증적 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to identify a structural relationship between variables that affect turnover intention of childcare teachers by selecting ego-resilience, job environment, and job engagement as potential predicting variables. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 349 childcare teachers in the cities of Gwangju, and Busan, and the provinces of Jeollabuk-do, and Jeollanam-do, and analyzed the collected data using AMOS 22.0. The research results are as follows. First, we identified that ego- resilience and job engagement of childcare teachers do not have a direct effect on turnover intention, and job environment of childcare teachers has a direct effect on turnover intention. Second, we identified that ego-resilience and job environment of childcare teachers have a direct effect on job engagement. The results can prevent factors that become the cause of turnover intention of childcare teachers in advance and contribute to the study of methods that help to focus on job engagement of childcare teachers in a stable childcare field. The results can also be used as empirical data for studies on teacher education programs, and counseling and healing programs of childcare teachers and can be used to develop support and childcare policy for the stable life of childcare teachers.

본 연구의 목적은 중학생을 대상으로 학교스포츠클럽 활동의 효과와 문제점을 찾아보고 학교폭력예방 관점에서 학교스포츠클럽 활동이 주는 의미를 심층적으로 탐구하는데 있다. 이를 위해 광주광역시 소재의 U중학교 3학년을 대상으로 편의표집법(convenience sampling)을 이용하여 남·여 학생 50명씩 총 100명을 선정하였다. 본 연구방법은 개방형 질문지와 심층면담을 사용하여 학교폭력과 학교스포츠클럽 활동에 대한 학생들의 주관적인 견해를 수집하여 체계적으로 범주화하고 의미를 탐구하였으며, 그 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생들이 인식하고 있는 학교스포츠클럽 활동의 효과는 인성발달 및 교우관계 개선, 신체적 발달, 정신건강 개선, 휴식, 학업성적 향상으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학생들이 인식하고 있는 학교스포츠클럽 활동의 문제점은 미흡한 운영, 스포츠강사의 문제, 시설·환경적 문제, 학생들의 인식문제로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교폭력예방 관점에서 본 학교스포츠클럽 활동의 긍정적 의미로는 교우관계 개선, 스트레스 해소, 인성발달로 인한 학교폭력을 예방할 수 있다고 나타났다. 학교스포츠클럽 활동의 부정적 의미로는 끼리끼리 문화, 비적극적인 참여, 운동 종목 자체의 문제, 스포츠의 공격성 및 갈등상황, 강압적인 지도, 운동을 좋아하지 않는 학생들, 오히려 역효과, 근본적인 문제 해결 어려움, 이미 따돌림 받고 있는 학생들의 이유로 학교폭력을 예방할 수 없다고 나타났다. 이와 같이 학교폭력예방 관점에서 학교스포츠클럽 활동의 긍정적이고 잠재적인 의미를 발견하였고 여러 가지 문제점들에 대한 구체적이고 통합적인 해결방법을 탐구하였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is School violence prevention perspective, explore the effects and problems of school sports club are targeting middle school student to explore in depth the meaning that the school sports club. Methods: For this study, 50 male student and 50 female student, totally 100 student, in Gwangju were chose by convenience sampling. The opinions of the student about school violence and School Sports club collected through open questionnaire and interview were categorized and studied as following. Results: First of all, the student think that School Sports club have an effect on human nature development, friendship improvement, physical and mental health improvement, relaxation, and the learning on P.E. Secondly, the student responded that the problems of School Sports club are poor management, under qualified instructors, old facilities, and student misunderstanding about them. Thirdly, the positive effects of School Sports club concerned with school violence prevention are shown as friendship improvement, the decrease of stress levels, and human nature development. On the other hand, some student considered that School Sports club cannot prevent school violence due to negative effects that they have, that is, mutually exclusive atmosphere, reluctant participants, the inherent problems of the specific activities, the competitive situation, forceful instruction, the difficulty to hand the fundamental problems, and the already bullied student. Conclusion: As above, the study proved the positive effects and possibilities of School Sports club for the school violence prevention, and tried to find out the concrete and comprehensible solutions for these problems.

본 연구는 유아들이 경험하는 학대의 정도와 유형은 유아의 자아존중감에 어떠한 관련이 있는지를 파악하기 위한 것이었다. 연구대상으로는 광주광역시와 전라남도에 위치한 3곳의 유치원과 3곳의 어린이집에서 만4세와 5세 유아 210명을 선정하였다. 연구에 밝혀진 결과 유아의 배경변인에 따라 성, 연령, 부모의 나이, 형제수에서는 학대유형에서 차이가 없었고, 부모의 교육정도, 가족형태, 생활정도에서는 학대유형에서 차이가 있었다. 또한 학대를 많이 받는 유아일수록 자아존중감이 낮게 나타났고, 학대의 유형에 따라 자아존중감에 미치는 영향은 성적학대를 제외한 신체적 학대, 정서적 학대, 방임에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. The object of these studys supplies efficacy data to parents and teacher for protecting child abuse by researching the relation with abuse types and self-esteem of child experience. The research problems were selected for accomplishing the object as follows. Research question 1. Are there any relationship with abuse types of child experience in family's background changing elements? Research problem 2. Are there any relationship with child self-esteem according to abuse types. The study subject was 5 years old of 60 infants and 6 years old of 150 infants whose was attended 2 kindergartens and a child-house in Gwangju-city and a kindergarten and 2 child-houses in Jeollanamdo -province, It was researched by oral the question of abuse types and self-esteem of child experience. The developed child abuse valuation measurement and self-esteem picture measurement used for measuring the child experiences. And the collected data analysis were used relation analysis, dispersion analysis of memberships changed quantity and t-verification, The results are as follows; First, there was a difference abuse of child experience according to family background changed reason. that is, there was not a difference in child age, sex, parents age and brothers numbers but there are difference in lifestyle degree, education level, family situation and family type. Second, there was low ratio self-esteem of relation with abuse types of child experience when they are received more and more physical abuse, emotional abuse and noninterference except sexual abuse.
예비유아교사의 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 관련 변인들의 구조 관계

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 변인들 간의 구조 관계를 밝히기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 셀프리더십 관련 선행연구를 통하여 인성, 대인관계 능력, 의사소통능력을 잠재적 예측 변인으로 선정하여 셀프리더십의 형성 및 발현 과정을 구조화하는 모형을 구축하였다. 연구모형의 검증을 위하여 광주․전남지역 3-4년제 유아교육과 학생 608명을 대상으로 인성, 대인관계능력, 의사소통능력, 셀프리더십을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS PC용 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 인성, 대인관계능력, 의사소통능력은 셀프리더십에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 인성, 의사소통능력은 대인관계능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 인성은 의사소통능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 예비유아교사의 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변인들에 대한 구조 관계 분석을 통하여 밝혀진 연구결과는 향후 유아교육현장의 유아교사 및 예비유아교사 양성대학에서 효과적인 셀프리더십 프로그램을 개발하고, 유아교육정책을 수립하는데 필요한 실증적인 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The objective of this study was to investigate the dynamics of factors that influence the self-leadership of prospect preschool teachers. To this end, we conducted a literature review on studies related to self-leadership, and we developed a structural model of self-leadership formation and manifestation by selecting personality, interpersonal skills, and communication skills as potential predictors. To test the model, we conducted a survey that measured personality traits, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and self-leadership skills among 608 early childhood education major students in the Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. The collected data were analyzed using AMOS 22.0, designed for SPSS PC. The study results show for prospect preschool teachers that personality, interpersonal skills, and communication skills have a direct impact on self-leadership skills personality and communication skills have a direct impact on interpersonal skills, and personality has a direct impact on communication skills. The study results on the dynamics of factors that influence prospect preschool teacher’s self-leadership, and empirical baseline data for developing effective self-leadership programs and establishing education policy could be utilized for teacher"s training and development.

본 연구는 최근 국가적으로 관심이 집중되고 있는 인성교육에 대한 방안을 모색하여 영유아 인성교육의 내용범주 및 접근방법을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 두 가지 연구문제는 첫째, 영유아 인성교육의 내용은 어떠한가? 둘째, 영유아 인성교육 접근 방안은 어떠한가? 이다. 연구결과는 세 가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 인성교육의 내용 범주는 기본생활습관, 사회정서적 덕목, 윤리도덕적 덕목으로 구분될 수 있다. 둘째, 영유아 인성교육의 접근방법으로는 역할놀이를 통한 인성교육, 문화예술 체험활동을 통한 인성교육, 바깥놀이를 통한 인성교육, 전래놀이노래를 통한 인성교육, 꽃을 통한 인성교육 방안 등 다양한 방안이 제시되었다. 셋째, 유아교육현장에서의 바람직한 인성교육의 방향으로는 먼저 영유아들의 연령에 적합한 핵심적 인성교육 내용요소를 직접 교육내용에 포함시켜 구체적인 지도내용으로 제시할 수 있는 협의적 접근이 필요하고, 동시에 유아교육과정 내용의 전반에 걸쳐 인성교육 요소를 연계시켜 지도할 수 있는 광의적 접근이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to present the content scope, and approach of character education for infants and young children to seeks for ways to character education which has recently been focused in a national level. Two questions of study set to achieve such a purpose are: first, what about the contents of character education for infants and young children?; second, how about the ways to character education for infants and young children? The results of this study were as follows: First, the content category of character education consists of basic life habits, social and emotional virtues, and ethical and moral virtues. Second, the approaches to the character education for infants and young children include character education by role-playing, cultural and artistic activities, playing outside, traditional play songs, using flowers, and many other ways. Third, for the desirable directions of character education in the early education field, first, cooperative approaches to present central character education components suitable for the ages of infants and young children as specific guidance by including them into one part of the early childhood education curriculum directly are needed and at the same time a much broader sense of approaches to associate character education components with the contents across all the early childhood education curriculum for infants and young children are also presented to be necessary.
