단위 모듈러 구조체의 보-기둥 접합부 해석 모델

최근, 모듈러 구조 시스템은 공기를 단축시킬 수 있는 장점으로 인해 건설 현장에 적용되고 있다. 모듈러 구조시스템은 단위 모듈로 구성되며, 모듈과 모듈의 볼트접합을 위해 보-기둥 접합부에 개구부를 가공하게 된다. 일반적으로 모듈러 구조시스템은 기존 철골모멘트골조와 유사한 하중전달체계를 가지는 것으로 가정하여 설계된다. 이와 같은 설계 가정의 타당성을 확보하기 위해, 단위 모듈의 보-기둥 접합부에 대한 회전 성능이 파악되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 개구부의 구조적 영향이 고려된 접합부의 회전성능을 파악하기 위해 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과 단위모듈은 충분한 변형능력을 가지고 안정적인 이력거동을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 단위모듈의 접합부는 부분강접 접합부로 분류되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 단위 모듈의 비선형 골조 해석을 위한 간단한 스프링 모델을 개발하였으며, 단위 모듈의 비선형 이력 거동을 구현하기 위해 Ramberg-Osgood 이력 모델을 제시하였다. Recently, modular structural systems have been applicable to building construction since they can significantly reduce building construction time. They consists of several unit modular frames of which each beam-column joint employs an access hole for connecting unit modular frames. Their structural design is usually carried out under the assumption that their load-carrying mechanism is similar to that of a traditional steel moment-resisting system. In order to obtain the validation of this assumption, the cyclic characteristics of beam-column joints in a unit modular frame should be investigate. This study carried out finite element analyses(FEM) of unit modular frames to investigate the cyclic behavior of beam-column joints with the structural influence of access holes. Analysis results show that the unit modular frames present stable cyclic response with large deformation capacities and their joints are classified into partial moment connections. Also, this study develops a simple spring model for earthquake nonlinear analyses and suggests the Ramberg-Osgood hysteretic rule to capture the cyclic response of unit modular frames.

An empirical formula that has been empirically shown to be effective for a particular condition can be said to add medical materials to an exciting formula or to make a new prescription by Korean medical doctors' empirical clinic. This dissertation aims to study the prescriptions according to A Confidential Document of A Distinguished Medical Family and to contribute to the development of Korean medicine. A Confidential Document of A Distinguished Medical Family is a medicinal recipe that is an heirloom of the Gyeongju Kim family for the eighth generation. And the date and the writer of the book are unknown. The contents of the book consist of 18 parts and are made up of about 300 medical recipes. Of these, 153 formulas and indications of roundworm, cholera, puffy swelling, abdominal distension, phlegm-rheum, woman, child, summerheat, dryness-heat, eye, and blood are found in the book. From among these, 26 formulas are directly quoted out of The Precious Mirror of Oriental Medicine, 93 formulas are adjusted in proportion or combined and 34 formulas are empirical ones. By the parity of reasoning of the above, I think that this book was published after The Precious Mirror of Oriental Medicine.

The market size of green building is presumed to be occupying about 5% on construction market in 2008. Since then, the green building market kept enlarged up to about $3.7 trillion. Eventually, the market is forecast to grow about $78 trillion in 2020. According to the case of Passive House in Germany, the house is no longer high cost and future-oriented dwelling form but customer can afford like an existing house due to a drop in prices. Therefore, it is predicted to obtain a competitive price on the Green Home market soon in Korea. This research demonstrates the possibility to secure economics at this stage when the Zero-Energy on High Rise Multi-Unit Dwelling is fulfilled with a commercialization and consisted of expended incentive policy.

합리적인 민주적 숙고에서 넓은 반성적 평형의 역할 : 보건의료 자원 배분의 문제를 중심으로

치솟는 보건의료비용과 희소한 보건의료자원은 보건의료에서 배분을 불가피하게 만든다. 보건의료에서 배분은 민주적 숙고를 통해 스스로 부과되는 것이어야 한다. 그러나 민주적 숙고는 몇 가지 문제를 제기한다. 합리적인 민주적 숙고의 대상이 되는 견해들은 어떤 것이어야 하는가? 다수결 원칙과 같은 민주적 의사결정 과정을 포함한 합리적인 민주적 숙고는 이러한 숙고의 결과로 얻은 결정에 대해 도덕적 권위를 부여할 수 있는가? 이러한 질문들에 대한 답을 얻기 위해 필자는 합리적인 민주적 숙고에서 넓은 반성적 평형이 어떤 역할을 하는지 주목할 필요가 있음을 강조한다. 필자는 합리적인 민주적 숙고 그 자체는 상호간에 발생하는 맥락 중심적인 넓은 반성적 평형의 과정이라고 주장한다. 넓은 반성적 평형은 민주적 숙고에서 다음과 같은 두 가지 역할을 수행한다. 첫째, 합리적인 민주적 숙고의 대상이 되는 판단들은 이성적이어야 하고 도덕적으로 허용 가능한 견해여야 하는데, 넓은 반성적 평형의 관점에서 볼 때 이 견해들 각각은 최소한 개인 차원에서 평형에 도달한 견해이다. 둘째, 맥락 중심적 반성적 평형은 숙고의 범주를 한정시키는 역할을 한다. 넓은 반성적 평형의 관점에서 볼 때, 합리적인 민주적 숙고는 다음과 같은 세가지 형태가 가능하다. 우선, 공유된 넓은 반성적 평형을 통한 의견 일치 가능성이다. 또한 서로 다른 반성적 평형들 사이의 중첩된 합의를 통한 의견 일치 가능성도 존재한다. 끝으로 여전히 의견 불일치 상태이지만, 이러한 의견 불일치에 대한 해결 방식 즉 다수결 원칙과 같은 민주적 의사결정 과정을 통해 해결한다는 해결 방식에 대한 의견 일치가 있는 경우이다. 내용에 대한 의견 일치에 이른 앞선 두 경우와 다수결 원칙과 같은 민주적 의사결정 과정을 통해 의견 불일치를 해결하는 마지막 경우는 도덕적 권위에서 차이가 있다. 하지만 이 마지막 경우조차도 민주적 의사결정 과정을 통해 스스로 부과한 보건의료 배분이며, 이것 역시 정당화되거나 충분히 정의로운 것이다. Escalating health care cost and the scarcity of health care resources make health care rationing inevitable. Health care rationing should be self-imposed through democratic deliberation. But democratic deliberation raises some questions. What opinions can be exposed to rational democratic deliberation? Can rational democratic deliberation including democratic decision-making process give m oral authority to its decisions? We need to focus on the roles of wide reflective equilibrium in rational democratic deliberation. Rational democratic deliberation itself can be considered to be a process of context-centered wide reflective equilibrium at the interpersonal level. There are two roles of wide reflective equilibrium in rational democratic deliberation. First, opinions under rational democratic deliberation should be reasonable and m orally permissible views, each of which reaches an equilibrium in the personal level of w ide reflective equilibrium . Second, context-centered wide reflective equilibrium makes the domain of deliberation defined. There are three possible outcomes of rational democratic deliberation from wide reflective equilibrium ; an agreement through a shared wide reflective equilibrium ; an agreement through overlapping consensus in different w ide reflective equilibria; still disagreement but getting a solution to the disagreement through democratic decision-making process. There is a difference in m oral authority between the two cases that we reach an agreement and the last case that moral disagreements are solved through democratic decision-making process such as voting or the majority rule. But health care rationing in the last case is also self-imposed through democratic decision-making process. It is “justified” or “just enough.”

무작위 임상시험의 윤리적,법적 문제

Human experimentation can be ethically justified when subjects participate on a voluntary basis. Informed consent is required for clinical trials, including randomized clinical trials. Nevertheless, ethical issues arise when subjects are randomly distributed to experimental and control groups in randomized clinical trials. I argue that equipoise as well as informed consent is a condition of randomized clinical trials. Benjamin Freedman distinguishes theoretical equipoise from clinical equipoise. I call the former the "individual physician equipoise" and the latter the "clinical community equipoise". Under clinical community equipoise, randomized clinical trials are ethically justified because physicians may still provide the best treatment to their patients. The above ethical principle should be applied to placebo-controlled randomized clinical trials. When experimental drugs and placebos are in clinical community equipoise, a trial may be ethically justified. In addition, placebo-controlled randomized clinical trials should be designed with double-blinding. The reason for this requirement is that physicians would cheat their patients without doubleblinding. Current FDA regulations in Korea and the US do not sufficiently reflect the above ethical points. Institutional review boards should review their protocols in light of these ethical points. In particular, IRB regulations should reflect the basic ideas of equipoise in randomized clinical trials and double-blinding in placebo-controlled randomized clinical trials.

초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 Nannochloropsis sp. 미세조류로부터 바이오디젤 생산용 지질의 추출

본 연구에서는 미세조류인 Nannochloropsis sp.로부터 바이오디젤 생산용 지질을 얻기 위하여 유기용매 및 초임계이산화탄소(SC-CO2)를 이용하여 추출을 수행하였다. SC-CO2 추출법으로 얻은 지질의 지방산메틸에스테르 함량은58.31%로 높았으며, Bligh-Dyer 추출법은 18.0 wt.%의 가장 높은 조지방 수율을 나타내었다. SC-CO2 추출법에 극성을 높이기 위해 공용매로서 methanol을 사용한 결과, 조지방 수율 12.5 wt.%, 지방산메틸에스테르 함량 56.32%, 지방산메틸에스테르 수율 7.04 wt.%였으며, SC-CO2 만을 이용하는 추출 방법에 비하여 추출 시간을 2시간에서 30분으로 단축시킬 수 있었다. 따라서 미세조류에서 지질을 추출하는데 기존의 유기용매 추출법과 비교하여 SC-CO2 추출법이 친환경적이며, 효율적인 방법임을 확인하였다. In this paper, microalgae lipid extractions were performed using conventional organic solvent and supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) for biodiesel-convertible lipid fractions. The highest levels (58.31%) of fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) content in the lipid extracted by SC-CO2 was obtained, and 18.0 wt.% crude lipid yield was achieved for Bligh-Dyer method. In the SC-CO2 extraction, methanol as a co-solvent was applied to increase the polarity of extract. The experimental results indicated that crude lipid yield, FAME content and yield extracted by combination of SC-CO2 with methanol were 12.5 wt.%, 56.32% and 7.04 wt.%, respectively, and this method could reduce the extraction time from 2 hour to 30 min when compared to SC-CO2 extraction. Therefore, SC-CO2 extraction is proven to be an environmentally- friendly and an effective method for lipid extraction from microalgae.

‘참여정의’에 대한 기독교 윤리적 고찰

정의라는 윤리적 규범은 여전히 논란의 여지가 많은 규범 중 하나이다. 특히 경제에서 정의를 논하려 할 때, 능력에 따른 정의와 공정한 분배정의가 주목된다. 본 논문은 이 두 가지 정의를 절충할 이른바 참여정의를 강조한다. 참여정의는 사회 구성원 모두가 사회에 포괄적으로 참여하는 것이 목표다. 현대 사회에서 사회에 참여하는 여러 가지 방식 중에서 중요한 방향을 설정하는 것은 경제적 참여일 것이다. 이런 의미에서 노동을 통한 경제적 참여는 중요하다. 노동시장에서 퇴출당하거나 소외될 경우, 그는 사회참여와 정치참여까지 위협을 받기 때문이다. 사회구성원들의 자발적 사회참여와 정치참여의 과정에서 소외된 자들에게 기회를 부여하는 기관은 국가이다. 본 논문은 참여정의가 성서적이며 신학적 토대에서 기인한 것을 밝힌다. 그러기에 정의에 대한 철학적 논의가 요구된다. 정의에 대한 성서의 증언은 이웃사랑의 계명과 연관성을 가지고 있다. 성서와 에큐메니칼 운동에서의 참여정의는 가난한 사람들을 우선 고려하고 지원해야한다는 것이다. 가난한 사람들에게 일자리가 제공되는 것이 참여정의의 중요한 부분이다. 인간의 실존을 위한 물질적 안전장치는 노동에 참여하는 것이기 때문이다. 이런 의미에서 참여정의의 실현을 위한 중요한 개념은 노동이다. 성서에서의 노동은 하나님이 죄인인 인간을 살리기 위해서 노동이라는 것을 위임으로 주신 축복이요 동시에 노동을 해야 살 수 있는 저주인 것이다. 노동은 사회공동체에 이바지하는 것이며 공동체의 연대성을 필요로 하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 국가, 교회 그리고 노동조합의 조직은 참여정의의 실현을 위한 각각의 임무를 가진다. 특히 교회는 국가와 노동조합 사이의 긴밀한 협력관계를 유지해야 한다. An ethical norm of justice is one of the controversial issues. In discussing justice in the area of economy, the justice in terms of ability and distribution is a significant issue. This study argues the importance of ‘justice of participation’ which will compromise the two aspects of justices. It is the aim of justice of participation that all the members should participate in a society in a comprehensive way. It is likely that the economic participation is one of the significant ways of participating in the society. In this respective, it is very important to participate in the economic work through labor. If a person expelled from the labor market, his/her social and political participations would be endangered. The role of state is to provide and protect the rights of voluntary social and political participations of the people who are isolated from the society. This study argues that justice of participation is based on christian ethic. Therefore, the philosophical discussion of justice is needed. The justice in the christian is closely associated with love of neighbour. According to bible and the ecumenical movement, to support and love the poor and the isolate is the first thing to do. It is a crucial point of the conception of the justice of participation that to offer a job to those who are isolated from society, This is because the labour is the basis of life of human. In order to implement the justice of participation, the key concept is the labor. In the bible, labor is blessing through which man can live. However, labor is also imprecation through which man should live. The labor can contributes to the developments of community and is needed for the solidarity of community. To accomplish the justice of participation, the institutions of the state, church and labor union have each mission. In particular, the church should keep close relationships with the state and labor union.
