This study verifies the influence of staff job satisfaction on client orientation and organizational performance. Based on the investigation on the effects of casino employee’s customer centered attitude, it establishes the measures to improve workers’ job satisfaction and maximize the business results while offering some insights. For the investigation, the population targets the employees of the foreigner exclusive casinos in Seoul and Busan. And it uses convenience sampling method and questionnaire survey with the sample, the staffs in G and P corporations among the population. The data had been collected from March 2, 2019 to March 31, 2019. The respondents of the questionnaire were given information about the contents in advance and 200 copies of the questionnaire were distributed. The final statistical analysis used 182 copies retrieved. It processed the collected data with data coding and data cleaning by SPSS 22.0 for Windows statistics package program. Casino industry is the typical service business that heavily depends on human resources as well as a core of tourist industry. As Asian nations are investing casino facilities for tourism development, job creation, tax revenue security and economic development, casino market faces rapid changes and intensive competitions. In order to gain an advantage over foreign casino corporations and ensure sustainable growth in the infinite competition of global casino industry, the efforts should be preceded to improve job satisfaction of casino employee.

항공사 조직분위기가 감정노동과 직무성과 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향

In this study it was intended to search the process of the path from cabin crew’s perceived organizational atmosphere, to job performance and turnover intention through cabin crew’s emotional labor. The verifying results of hypotheses were as follows. First, it was proved that the leader characteristic of airline’s organizational atmosphere gave influence on cabin crew’s emotional labor. Second, it was proved that both sub-factors of the emotional labor, internal behavior and external behavior, gave influence on the job performance. Third, it was proved that both internal behavior and external behavior gave influence on the turnover intention. That the leader characteristics, a factor of the airline‘s organizational atmosphere affected on the emotional labor, had drawn the importance of leader characteristics, a sub-factor consisting the organizational atmosphere and implied the necessity of the leader characteristics for future study of airline’s organizational atmosphere. And, as the influence of cabin crew’s internal behavior on the turnover intention had been reported, this study results had implied the necessity of the effort to transform the external behavior to the internal behavior of the cabin crew’s emotional labor.

웰니스 관광 활성화를 위한 탐색적 연구: 전라남도를 중심으로

As a method to save in the danger of extinction and stagnant regions, this study focused on the revitalization of the tourism industry with particular focus on the exploration of wellness tourism where scale and growth potential are important. This is because the employment creation effect of this industry is superior to that of other industries, the value added is more than twice that of the main business in the manufacturing industry and the tax-induced multiplier is higher than the entire industry average. According to a report by the Korea Employment Information Service of Korea in 2016, "The Seven Analysis on the Local Demolition of Korea”, based on the ratio of the female population aged 20 to 39 compared to the population aged over 65, 17 regions (77%) of its 22 cities and counties in Jeollanamdo were found to be in danger of extinction. Therefore, we studied the specific proposal for stimulating wellness tourism with focus on Jeollanamdo with its poor conditions. The purpose of this study was to identify and classify cases of wellness tourism to identify resources in Jeollanamdo regions which were then utilized in presenting strategies to revitalize wellness tourism to local tourism officials to promote progressive decision-making on their part. The proposal recommended in this study include investing in and providing administration support for Haenam Oceano resort as tourist destination, active utilization of YouTube as a medium to promote tourism, and developing healing foods, construction of colorful sculptures to foster recognition as wellness tourist destinations, maintenance of wellness tourism service quality.

Formaldehyde is a colorless irritating gas of pungent odor, which is used as a disinfectant, antiseptic, deodorant, tissue fixative and embalming fluid, It is used in the formation of resins, alcohols and acids, and in permanent press processes in the textile industry. If formaldehyde is swallowed, severe abdominal pain and vomiting is immediately noted. Corrosive gastritis can follow with diffuse ulceration, fibrosis and contracture of the stomach, resembling linitis plastica, which may be severe enough to require gastrectomy. We report a case of cicatricial contracted stomach due to the ingestion of formalin.
