        유기혼합물의 위험성 평가기법

        화학물질의 기본적인 물리적 특성으로서 인화점은 화학물질에 의한 재난방제에 있어서 중요한 인자 중에 하나이다. 많은 혼합물에 대한 체계적 자료는 매우 빈약하여 이들 물질에 대한 인화점 측정은 어렵다. 따라서 화학적으로 합성과정에 있는 물질 뿐 만 아니라 현재 제품으로 사용하고 있는 물질의 물리화학적 특성을 모두 실험에 의하여 구하는 것은 현실적으로 곤란하다. 본 연구의 관심은 화학적 구조와 인화점 사이에 관계를 이용한 유기개념도를 이용하여 화학적 구조만으로 화학물의 인화점을 대략적으로 예측하는 방법을 시도하고자 하였다. As a basic physical property of chemical substances, the flash point is of great importance as far as the prevention of chemical disasters is concerned. The measurement of flash point is not easy, and the number of compounds for which systematic data have been collected pitifully small. Because, a need exists for some means of predicting the flash point of compound for which experimental data are unavailable, not only those which are currently in use or at the production stage, but also, those not compounds which are in the process of synthesis and design. The present research concerns the application of OCD (organic conception diagram) to the association between chemical structures and flash points, and an attempt made to discover a method of predicting the approximate flash point of a compound from its chemical structure alone.

      • 용해분산법에 의해 제조된 microcapsule의 방출 성능에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Biodegradation of cruid oil at sea surface is limited with nutrients(N,P) concentration. Theoretically, cruid oil can be cleaned up by various skimming devices, but conditions seldem allow to succeed, our studies on the limiting factors of cruid oil biodegradation in natural seawater is responsetothe addition of nutrient(N,P). Nutrient, Consist of the ratio of 10 part ammonium chloride and 1 part of potassium phosphate, were encapsuled with waxes of n-paraffin and bees wax as the wall material. the improved way of preparation of microcapsules by hat methanol for high speed mixing with impeller could decrease the rate of nutrient release from the microcapsules and enhance the maximum amount of nutrient release. We confirm that enhancement of biodegradation by the addition of improved microcapsules. The materials used in the work as well as method of preparation of the spherical microcapsule(melting spray congealing method). For this purpose, the first objective is to obtain some sample(microcapsule) able to deliver the nutrient with a constant or a controlled rate. As a result, the release of nutrient salt in seawater shows interesting kinetics of release : the rate of nutrient salt delivery increases with a positive acceleration when an improved model of the microcapsule(I.M.C) is preparation.

        범죄취약계층 보호를 위한 지역사회의 역할과 개선방안

        Although the modern society has made a verity of efforts to resolve and prevent problems of crime, many people still suffer from it. In particular, members belonging to the group vulnerable to crime, such as females, children, elderly people and persons with disabilities are highly exposed to it, actually leading to direct victimization. Both changes in the population structure, including reduction of working-age population and increase of the aging population and single-person households, and the social characteristics such as extended economic recession and rise in the youth unemployment rate act as factors that increase the psychological anxiety of social members and simultaneously extend the scope of the group vulnerable to crime. Such characteristics increase the possibility that the socially and economically vulnerable group may be exposed to crime and make it hard for it to be recovered from crime victimization. This study, therefore, aimed to discuss measures to prevent crime and remedy damage, for social members belonging to the group relatively vulnerable to crime, including females, elderly people, persons with disabilities and single-person households, and suggested following alternatives through a theoretical review and an examination of actual conditions: first, community-based approaches are required to secure the efficiency of protection for vulnerable groups, and it is necessary to escape from formalism in decision and execution of related policies; second, police officers and local governments should actively encourage the social solidarity of civil security agencies in communities and actively consider the promotion of social enterprise around communities, for groups vulnerable to crime; third, it is necessary to establish community-based cooperative policing systems and reinforce informal control; fourth, the formal punishment level of crime against groups vulnerable to it should be increased.

      • 화재조사에 관한 수사제도의 실태 및 개선방안

        In this study, especially during the fire accident, with distinguishing arson from accidental fire, arson is one of the violent criminal so this study try to research that ; in spite of the arson, fire officers and police officers at the scene can not clarify substantial cause of the accident unless there is real evidence or witness, because they treated the case as unknown or accidental fire. Cases that are really hard to reveal signs of murder, cause of suspect who com-mit arson after the murder to conceal it have increased. And cases of suffering unfairness due to insurance fraud that is designed on insurance payment using vulnerability of fire insurance are more and more increasing. There is no exact data about the lack of expertise in fire investigations and the case of stolen insurance money from good insurance members. So this study try to analyze that compart to foreign examples, our country's arson and accidental fire type and cases. And thus this study try to support theoretically (admissibility of evidence) that after the fire accident, survey results from the first incident until the investigation is responsible for the substantive out the truth.

      • 廢棄物 成分分析 處理에 關한 硏究

        For the stabilization of leachate from municipal landfill treatment plants aerobic and anaerobic sludge digestion processes have been applied in mesoplilic temperature range. Uncertainty of the dynamics of leachate production has led to difficulties in the design and in plematation of control strategies, including full-scale leachate treatmente aperation. The general process, in order to control pollution effectively, require long retention time(10∼20days). In this study, thermal thermophilic aerobic digestion process for stabilization of study is a developed process based on the utilization of released heat from bio oxidation of organic matter to increase the process temperature in the therphilic temperature range(50-60℃). Possibility of pretreatment with coagulant including Chitosan solution, CaCO_3 and Diafloc mixture was tested on this raw leachate and aerated leachate. The results are summarized as follows. 1. Thermal thermophilic aerobic digestion temperature 50-60℃ at operation. 2. Effective for Chitosan solution, CaCO_3 and Diafloc of various flocculant at rapid mixing period 5 to 10 minutes. 1) Chitosan with 0.2mg/ℓ was resulted 97% removal of turbidity at pH 8. 2) When flocculant is used but COD and BOD was increasing after aeration. The major advantages of this study are process design for the destruction of pathognic micro organism normally contained in the leachate.

        Detonation, a shock wave supported energetically by chemical reactions in flames, is a most dangerous form propagation through explosive media. The fact that flames are unable to pass through narrow passages has been known as quenching phenomena. This principle is applicable for the direct quenching of detonatin flames, using a quenching element with a large number of passages of small diameter. This report describles about quenching abilities of sintered wire gauze and sintered metal against detonation flames propagating in stationary propane-air mixtures, The propagation rate of flame is extingushed with arrester imme-diately was propotional to the thickness of arrester, inversely to the size of the hole.
