This system give the current to the control amplifier and the current amplifier the velocity of the wind of elements Constantly keep the temperature by design to wind velocity for constant temperature and in other to the temperature of compensation circuits, and minimized the indicate error of the velocity of wind. The developed ANEMOMETER measure that wind temperature is 0 to 100℃ wind velocity is 0 to 50㎧, wind pressure is 0 to 500㎜ Aq. This system can compare with other country, and excellent ability and economy.

In this paper, an instantaneous speed observer with a reduced order is proposed to implement an indirect vector control for an induction motor with excellent dynamic stability and performance in a very low speed region. The proposed observer can estimate the instantaneous speed in very low speed region and simplify the system configuration by adopting an reduced-order observer to estimate the load torque and the rotor speed. Therefore, it is concluded that the speed control system with the proposed instantaneous observer offers excellent speed and torque characteristics in a very low speed region.

This paper describes a hardware implementation for real-time extraction of moving objects from the natural background. The motion of moving objects can be detected by the temporal difference image. On the basis of that information, some computer simulations and experiments were carried out. From the experimental results, it can be found that by the subtraction of successive three image and some logical operations, the moving object can effectively be extracted in real-time from the natural environment. The system is supposed to be variously applicated in the military and industrial field for the automatic control.

This study is concerned with the development of a transducer for automatic electric measuring system. And its main subject is the development of electric power meter using Hall transducer. This project is joint-matched with Chun-il Co., Ltd. Hall element is known as the sensor that responds to the magnetic signals and used for approximation switchs or motor controllers. Furthermore, it can but theoretically, be used for the electric power meter with its characteristic of multiplication operation. However, Hall transducer has some problems such as, bad temperature characteristics, small output power, errors from unvalanced voltage source. In this study, those problems are improved by means of optimal design of electronic circuits far compensating the errors such as, elimination circuit of same phase voltage, compensation circuit of temperature and thermal electro motive force (e.m.f.). Therefore it is developed that the high performance electrical power meter using Hall element. But the problem of error depend on lower factors still remains. And so, improving this problem, the circuit which uses microprocessor with compensation program is designed additionally. The microprocessor is Z8OA 8-bit MPU. The compensation program is systemized as follows. The phase difference between voltage and current id detected by detection circuit. And output Ez of that circuit (ends into A/D converter, From the result, power factor is obtained. Another sides, output of electric power meter feeds into A/D converter. By the multiplication of its output and reference data for compensation, the errors depend on power factor are fixed in 0.01%. Futher it is expected that the development of an automatic system which can measure apparent power, real power, reactive power and power factor at the same. time under the program control using Hall transducer.

Speed sensors are required for the vector control of induction motor. However, this sensor reduce the sturdiness the system and make many problems in operation. A sensorless controller of induction motor has several advantage; availability in a harsh environment. Therefore, a drive system without speed sensor is required. In this paper, to overcome these problems caused by the speed sensor speed estimator is using. The flux information is driving from the currents and voltage. And the speed information is driving from the currents and the estimated stator flux.
