산화물 반도체 감지막이 동작온도에 따라 감응특성을 가지는 마이크로 흐름센서를 설계하기 위해서 통계적 수법에 기초한 Markov 체인 MCM을 이용하여 기초방정식을 정식화하고 마이크로 소자의 열 전달특성을 해석하였다. 계산 결과를 통하여 기존 유한차분법이 가지는 계산 정밀도와 차이가 없음을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 Markov 체인 MCM을 활용하면 다양한 마이크로 소자의 열전달 특성과 같은 물리적 특성을 해석하고 설계하는데 유용할 것으로 판단된다. To design micro flow sensor varying depending on temperature of driving heater in the detector of Oxide semiconductor, Markov chain MCM(MCMCM), which is a kind of stochastic and microscopic method, was introduced. The formulation for the thermal transfer equation based on the FDM to obtain the MCMCM solution was performed and investigated, in steady state case. MCMCM simulation was successfully applied, so that its application can be expanded to a three-dimensional model with inhomogeneous material and complicated boundary.
In the recent years, self-access language learning has been considered as a critical element for successful English language learning. In particular, one of the solutions to resolve problems with English education in an EFL context where English exposure absolutely lacks would be to raise students’ self-access language learning abilities, making abundant learning opportunities available to them. This study was aimed at presenting guidelines on what kinds of English learning materials and leveled activities can be used for self-access learning for English listening and speaking skills development. In addition, this study examined students’ reflections on the self-access language learning experience through the analysis of questionnaires. Fifteen middle school students and one teacher in C school in Seoul voluntarily participated in the self-access listening-speaking learning program for four weeks. A range of study materials including English books (both fiction and nonfiction), DVDs, speech recognition software, the Internet sites were introduced; six types of listening and speaking activities and worksheets were suggested according to three different English levels. When it comes to students’ reflections, they were satisfied with the development of listening and speaking skills over a short span of participation.
In this paper, we implemented the real-time active noise control of system using SISO method. This algorithm could settle the howling problem, which the MIMO system has in general. The SISO system which one microphone can not only input the signal but also observe the error signal was implemented with TMS320C32 DSP Board. Experimental results demonstrate that the noise level was reduced about 80% when the noise level was measured inside closed box after noise source radiated to the closed box.
In this paper, we implemented a realtime digital reverberator using feedback type IIR filter and variable index method. This reverberator can reduce the amount of calculation by directly convolution. Also the variable index method can minimize the memory of the reverberant system. So it can represent a various reverberation effect by using recorded room impulse response. The result of reverberator implementation using TMS320C32 DSP Board, we could felt a sense of distance and a space perception in a virtual room.
The purpose of this study is to anlayze listening activities in high school English textbooks and to ascertain whether the results are applicable to the 7th national curriculum aims. Based on the analysis criteria presented by Morley(1991), Richards(1983), and Ur(1984), two different analysis cirteria were applied for an in-depth analysis of the listening activities involved in the textbooks. The results of the analysis show that the philosophy of the 7th national curriculum is properly reflected in some parts of the textbooks. On the other hand, some listening activitis in textbooks are emphasized insufficiently and improperly. Through the results of the study, it is presented that the textbook should be designed and improved for the development of students' listening abilities and their communicative competence with the contents of more various and balanced listening activities.
